Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to novel antirust oil and a preparation method thereof, in particular to novel antirust oil capable of prolonging salt spray time and improving antirust performance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The rust problem is distributed in various industries, and two protective measures, namely permanent and temporary, can be adopted according to different rust prevention requirements. Permanent rust prevention is mostly performed by using methods such as paint, coating or electroplating, and temporary rust prevention is mostly performed by using rust preventive oil for protection. The rust preventive oil is prepared by taking mineral oil as base oil and adding a proper amount of rust preventive. The rust preventive oil is coated on the surface of metal to form a very thin adhesive film to prevent rust, and is mainly used for indoor short-term sealing and rust prevention of metal materials and products thereof.
The antirust agent generates physical adsorption on the metal surface due to electrostatic attraction between polar dipoles and the metal surface, and some antirust agent polar groups also generate chemical reaction with the metal surface to form chemical adsorption. Most of traditional anti-rust oil is pure mineral oil as base oil, the polarity is poor, the adsorption capacity with the metal surface is not strong, and the anti-rust oil cannot be well isolated from substances such as water in the air, so the anti-humidity performance is poor, and the salt spray resistance test is not performed. According to the invention, PAG synthetic oil is additionally added, and the excellent polarity of PAG synthetic oil compared with mineral oil is utilized, so that the PAG synthetic oil is preferentially combined with the antirust agent to be adsorbed on the metal surface, and the adsorption layers play a role in preventing oxygen, moisture and acidic substances in the air from corroding the metal surface, thereby achieving an antirust effect, wherein the stronger the polarity of the antirust agent is, the firmer the adsorption is, and the better the antirust effect is.
At present, the production current situation of many users is that the product needs long time for transportation, storage, use and sealing after leaving factory, and the ambient climate conditions and the like, and a more durable salt spray resistance test is needed to achieve a longer storage time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of short salt spray time of the pure mineral type anti-rust oil, and the key point is that the added PAG synthetic oil can be preferentially adsorbed on the metal surface due to better polarity, so that double-layer film forming protection is achieved, and the salt spray time is prolonged.
The invention provides novel anti-rust oil, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

The mineral oil is used as a carrier of the anti-rust oil, is a basis for adsorption film formation on the metal surface, and has a certain lubricating property; the solvent oil can improve the dispersibility of the additive in a system and can also improve the quick drying property of the rust preventive oil; the PAG synthetic oil has better polarity than mineral oil, is adsorbed on the metal surface in preference to the mineral oil, plays a role in double-layer film formation protection and better inhibits corrosion; the antioxidant is the antioxidant property of the anti-rust oil, so that the storage time of an oil product is ensured, and the service life is prolonged; the oil-soluble antirust agent forms a protective film on the surface of the metal to inhibit the corrosion of the metal workpiece;
preferably, the mineral oil comprises one or more of a paraffin-based mineral oil and a hydrogenated mineral oil;
preferably, the solvent oil is one or more of aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil;
preferably, the PAG synthetic oil is one or more of polyethylene glycol ether;
preferably, the antioxidant is one or more of amine antioxidant and phenolic antioxidant;
preferably, the antirust agent comprises one or more of petroleum sulfonate, dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate and dibasic acid;
the invention also provides a preparation method of the novel anti-rust oil, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing mineral oil, solvent oil and PAG synthetic oil, and stirring at 60-80 deg.C for 30min to obtain a first mixed solution;
2) and sequentially mixing the first mixed solution with the antioxidant and the antirust agent, and stirring for 1-2h to obtain the clear, transparent and stable novel antirust oil.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides novel anti-rust oil and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides anti-rust oil which is recorded by mass percent, and the formula comprises the following components: 35-40 wt% of mineral oil; 49-53 wt% of solvent oil; PAG synthetic oil 3% -7 wt%; 0.01-1 wt% of an oxidant; 2-6 wt% of an antirust agent; the mineral oil is used as a carrier of the anti-rust oil, is a basis for adsorption film formation on the metal surface, and has a certain lubricating property; the solvent oil can improve the dispersibility of the additive in a system and can also improve the quick drying property of the rust preventive oil; the PAG synthetic oil has better polarity than mineral oil, is adsorbed on the metal surface in preference to the mineral oil, plays a role in double-layer film formation protection and better inhibits corrosion; the antioxidant is the antioxidant property of the anti-rust oil, so that the storage time of an oil product is ensured, and the service life is prolonged; the oil-soluble antirust agent forms a protective film on the surface of the metal to inhibit the corrosion of the metal workpiece; the practical results show that: compared with the traditional antirust oil, the antirust oil provided by the invention has longer salt spray time and has very good positive effects on long-time storage and long-distance transportation of products.
