the second controller is further configured to control the centrifuge, perform precipitation when the amount of dirt in the separated oil stain aqueous solution is smaller than a first preset range, perform low-speed centrifugal stirring and precipitation when the amount of dirt in the separated oil stain aqueous solution is within the first preset range, perform medium-speed centrifugal stirring and precipitation when the amount of dirt in the separated oil stain aqueous solution is within a second preset range, and perform high-speed centrifugal stirring and precipitation when the amount of dirt in the separated oil stain aqueous solution is within a third preset range, so that the dirt in the separated oil stain aqueous solution is precipitated at the bottom of the waste bin 17;
