In the process that the air in the box body 4 enters the protective cover 2 through the air inlet pipe 421, the pressure in the box body 4 is gradually reduced, so that the sliding plate 43 is gradually reset under the action of the spring. At this time, the communication member 6 is operated in the reverse direction, and thus the moving plate 71 is slid downward, so that the first rack 711 is gradually engaged with the first ring gear 831, and the rotation shaft 83 is rotated in the reverse direction, thereby closing the intake valve 8.
