up, stands up comparatively difficultly simultaneously, leads to the problem of both legs edema after the time of lying down overlength.

As a preferred embodiment, air enters the first through slot 302302 and the inside of the third groove 302303 through the first connecting tube 3022, the atomizer 302305 atomizes the disinfectant in the second cavity 302304 through the water inlet tube 302307 and outputs the disinfectant to the third groove 302303 through the water outlet tube 302306 to be mixed with the air, and then enters the second groove 302104 through the first connecting tube 3022, and is sprayed into the first cavity 302102 through the first hole position 302103 to sterilize the environment in the first cavity 302102, and kill bacteria in the air, so that the infection caused by the bacteria in the open wound of the puerpera is avoided, and the problem that the infection easily occurs after the perineal side incision is adopted in the current production of women, and the later recovery is difficult is solved.
Referring to fig. 1-6, 8 and 10-11, in the embodiment of the present invention, a gas sterilizing apparatus 3028 includes a gas pump 302801, a gas inlet tube 302802, a first electromagnetic valve 302803, a sterilizing chamber 302804, a sterilizing lamp 302805, a gas outlet tube 3020806 and a second electromagnetic valve 302807, the sterilizing chamber 302804 is disposed inside a case 3025 on one side close to a partition 3026, the gas pump 302801 is disposed on the top of a sterilizing chamber 302804, a gas inlet of the gas pump 302801 is communicated with the sterilizing chamber 302804, one end of the gas inlet tube 302802 is communicated with a gas inlet of the gas pump 302801, the other end of the gas inlet tube 302802 is communicated with a filter chamber 302601, the first electromagnetic valve 302803 is mounted on the gas inlet tube 302802, the first electromagnetic valve 302803 is mounted on one side of the gas inlet tube 302802 close to the partition 3026, the sterilizing lamp 302805 is disposed inside the sterilizing chamber 302804, one end of the gas outlet tube 3020806 is communicated with one side of the sterilizing chamber 302804, the other end of the gas outlet tube 3020806 is communicated with one side of the gas pump 302801, the second electromagnetic valve 302807 is mounted on the gas outlet tube 3020806, a second solenoid valve 302807 is mounted on the outlet tube 3020806 on a side thereof adjacent to the air pump 302801.
In a preferred embodiment, a start command is sent to the controller 403 by the start switch 405, the controller 403 controls the first solenoid valve 302803 and the air pump 302801 to be opened, the air pump 302801 pumps the air in the isolation cover 3021 into the box 3025 through the circulation pipe 30210, the filter block 3027 absorbs the floating materials and moisture in the air, the filtered air is input into the disinfection box 302804, the pressure sensor 407 monitors the air pressure in the disinfection box 302804 in real time and sends a signal to the controller 403, after the air pressure in the disinfection box 302804 rises to a preset value, which is defined as 0.6MPa in this embodiment, the controller 403 closes the first solenoid valve 302803 and the air pump 302801, turns on the disinfection lamp 302805, the disinfection lamp 302805 irradiates the inside of the disinfection box 302804 to sterilize the filtered air for fifteen minutes, the controller 403 opens the second solenoid valve 302807, the air in the disinfection box 302804 is introduced into the air storage bottle 3029 for storage, simultaneously, air in the air storage bottle 3029 enters the first through groove 302302 and the third groove 302303 through the first connecting pipe 3022, enters the second groove 302104 through the first connecting pipe 3022, and is sprayed into the first cavity 302102 through the first hole position 302103 to kill bacteria in the air, so that the infection caused by the fact that the open wound of a puerpera is contacted with the bacteria is avoided, the problem that the later recovery is difficult due to the fact that the infection easily occurs after the perineal side incision is adopted in the production of the current female is solved.

In this embodiment, the temperature sensor 401 detects the temperature inside the enclosure 3021 in real time, and sends a signal to the controller 403, after the temperature sensor 401 detects that the temperature inside the enclosure 3021 is lower than a preset value, which is defined as twenty degrees celsius in this embodiment, the controller 403 starts the heating wire 3021003, the heating wire 3021003 exchanges generated heat after heating through the heat conducting sheet 3021002 to the air return pipe 3021004 to heat the air inside the air return pipe 3021004, the heated air enters the inside of the box 3025 through the air return pipe 3021004, and enters the inside of the first cavity 302102 through the first connecting pipe 3022, after the temperature reaches the preset value, which is defined as thirty degrees celsius in this embodiment, the controller 403 closes the heating wire 3021003, thereby avoiding the problem of discomfort of the parturient women caused by the low temperature in winter.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the present invention also provides a method for operating a rehabilitation device for gynecological and obstetrical care, comprising the steps of:
s1, position adjustment, wherein a descending signal is sent to the controller 403 through the ascending and descending switch 404, the controller 403 controls the hydraulic cylinder 203 to retract, an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 203 drives the transmission rod 204 to rotate anticlockwise around the support 206, the transmission rod 204 drives the support rod 205 to move downwards, the support rod 205 drives the bed frame 101 to move downwards to reduce the height, a parturient extends the lower half of the body into the isolation cover 3021 through the opening 302101, the elastic belt 3024 seals the parturient with the isolation cover 3021, an ascending signal is sent to the controller 403 through the ascending and descending switch 404, the controller 403 controls the hydraulic cylinder 203 to extend out, the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 203 drives the transmission rod 204 to rotate clockwise around the support 206, the transmission rod 204 drives the support rod 205 to move upwards, and the support rod 205 drives the bed frame 101 to move upwards to increase the height;
s2, first disinfection, sending a starting command to the controller 403 through the starting switch 405, the controller 403 controlling the first electromagnetic valve 302803 and the air pump 302801 to be opened, the air pump 302801 pumping the air in the isolation cover 3021 into the box 3025 through the circulating pipeline 30210, the filter block 3027 absorbing the floating matters and the water vapor in the air and inputting the filtered air into the disinfection box 302804, the pressure sensor 407 monitoring the air pressure in the disinfection box 302804 in real time and sending a signal to the controller 403, after the air pressure in the disinfection box 302804 rises to a preset value, which is defined as 0.6MPa in the embodiment, the controller 403 closing the first electromagnetic valve 302803 and the air pump 302801, turning on the disinfection lamp 302805, the disinfection lamp 302805 irradiating the interior of the disinfection box 302804 to disinfect the filtered air for fifteen minutes, the controller 403 opening the second electromagnetic valve 302807 and the atomizer 302305, and the air in the disinfection box 302804 is introduced into the air storage bottle 3029 to be stored, meanwhile, air in the gas storage bottle 3029 enters the first through groove 302302 and the third groove 302303 through the first connecting pipe 3022, the atomizer 302305 atomizes disinfectant in the second cavity 302304 through the water inlet pipe 302307, outputs the atomized disinfectant to the third groove 302303 through the water outlet pipe 302306, mixes the atomized disinfectant with the air, enters the second groove 302104 through the first connecting pipe 3022, and is sprayed into the first cavity 302102 through the first hole position 302103 to disinfect the environment in the first cavity 302102;

s2, first disinfection, a starting command is sent to a controller (403) through a starting switch (405), the controller (403) controls a first electromagnetic valve (302803) and an air pump (302801) to be started, the air pump (302801) pumps air in an isolation cover (3021) into a box body (3025) through a circulating pipeline (30210), a filter block (3027) absorbs floating objects and water vapor in the air and then inputs the filtered air into the disinfection box (302804), a pressure sensor (407) monitors the air pressure in the disinfection box (302804) in real time and sends a signal to the controller (403), after the air pressure in the disinfection box (302804) rises to a preset value, the controller (403) closes the first electromagnetic valve (302803) and the air pump (302801), a disinfection lamp (302805) is turned on, the disinfection lamp (302805) irradiates the inside of the disinfection box (302804) to sterilize the filtered air for fifteen minutes, and the controller (403) turns on a second electromagnetic valve (302807) and an atomizer (302305), air in the disinfection box (302804) is introduced into a gas storage bottle (3029) for storage, meanwhile, air in the gas storage bottle (3029) enters a first through groove (302302) and a third groove (302303) through a first connecting pipe (3022), a nebulizer (302305) atomizes disinfectant in a second cavity (302304) through a water inlet pipe (302307), outputs the disinfectant to the third groove (302303) through a water outlet pipe (302306), mixes the disinfectant with the air, then enters the second groove (302104) through the first connecting pipe (3022), and is sprayed into a first cavity (302102) through a first hole site (302103) to disinfect the environment in the first cavity (302102);
