Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a refrigerator and a method of manufacturing the same.
Background
Generally, a refrigerator includes: a refrigerator main body provided with an opening portion at a front surface and having at least one storage chamber; and a door section that can close the opening of the storage chamber in an openable and closable manner. The door part is formed in a rotary type or a drawer type. A door portion of a household refrigerator is the most visible to an end user, and therefore, it is particularly important to have excellent appearance. Therefore, in recent years, the surface of the door portion is formed of a glass member, and the entire door portion has a beautiful appearance.
For example, patent document 1 discloses a door body having the following structure: the display device includes a rectangular parallelepiped frame, a glass front panel for sealing one opening surface of the frame, and a back panel for sealing the other opening surface of the frame. The frame body has a support plate extending toward the inside. The front panel has a decorative sheet on the back surface side, and the outer peripheral edge of the decorative sheet is bonded to the support plate via a double-sided adhesive film. A heat insulating material made of a foamable resin is filled in a frame body sealed by a front panel and a rear panel.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2016-125792
In the door body of patent document 1, the double-sided adhesive film is punched out into a shape like a letter-shaped frame or a belt-like structure in accordance with the shape of the frame. However, it is very difficult to precisely and carefully attach the square double-sided adhesive film to the support plate. Therefore, the double-sided adhesive film may be misaligned to form a gap between the support plate and the front panel. In addition, in the tape-shaped double-sided adhesive film, since it is necessary to overlap the end portions, there is a possibility that a step is formed at one end portion and a minute gap is formed at the step portion. The frame may be formed by combining 4 sides of the upper, lower, left, and right sides, which are formed as separate members. When the components are combined, a minute step may be generated between adjacent components. In this case, the adhesive double-sided tape cannot completely absorb the step, and a gap may be formed between the support plate and the front panel. In this way, when a liquid foam resin is injected into the inside of the housing with a gap formed between the support plate and the front panel, for example, the liquid foam enters the gap and foams, and the front panel peels off, or the liquid foam resin leaks from the gap and is exposed to the outside, which may impair the aesthetic appearance.
In addition, in the refrigerator, an impact is applied to the front panel every time the door is opened and closed. In this case, if the bonding strength between the support plate and the front panel is reduced by the gap formed between the support plate and the front panel, the front panel may be peeled off and fall off when the door is opened and closed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator having a structure in which a frame member and a decorative plate are adhered to each other without a gap, and having an excellent appearance, and a high reliability, which can be used safely and securely, and a method of manufacturing the refrigerator.
The refrigerator of the present invention comprises: a refrigerator main body provided with an opening portion at a front surface and having at least one storage chamber; and a door section that openably closes an opening of the storage chamber, the door section including: a rectangular frame member; an inner plate that closes an opening surface on the storage compartment side of the frame member; a decorative plate for closing an opening surface on the front surface side of the frame member; a heat insulator provided in a space enclosed by the frame member, the inner panel, and the decorative panel; and a hot melt agent which bonds the frame member and the decorative plate, and does not melt by heat when solidified under moisture.
According to the present invention, since the frame member and the decorative plate are adhered to each other without a gap by the hot melt agent having a high adhesive force and having fluidity when melted by heating, the heat insulator filled in the sealed internal space does not leak to the outside, and the appearance with excellent appearance can be provided. In addition, the adhesive strength between the frame member and the decorative plate can be improved, and therefore, the decorative plate can be used safely and securely.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted or simplified as appropriate. In addition, the shape, size, arrangement, and the like of the structures described in the drawings may be appropriately changed within the scope of the present invention.
Provided is an implementation mode.
First, the overall structure of the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a refrigerator 100 is configured by a refrigerator main body 1 having an opening portion on a front surface, a plurality of partition plates partitioning the inside to form a plurality of storerooms 2, and a door portion 3 provided on the front surface of the refrigerator main body 1 to openably close the opening portion of each storeroom. A space sealed by an inner box made of hard resin, which is the inside of refrigerator 100, and an outer box made of steel plate, which is the outside of refrigerator 100, is formed in refrigerator main body 1. A vacuum heat insulating material is provided in a space enclosed by the inner box and the outer box, and a foam heat insulating material such as urethane foam is filled in the space.
For example, storage room 2 includes refrigerating room 20, switching room 21, ice making room 22, freezing room 23, and vegetable room 24 in this order. Each storage room is distinguished by a settable temperature range (set temperature range), and for example, the refrigerating room 20 can be set to about 3 ℃, the switching room 21 can be set to about 0 ℃ or-7 ℃, the ice-making room 22 and the freezing room 23 can be set to about-12 ℃ to-18 ℃, and the vegetable room 24 can be set to about 5 ℃. The storage chamber 2 is not limited to the illustrated structure. The set temperature of each storage chamber is not limited to this, and can be appropriately changed depending on the installation location and the contents.
The refrigerating compartment 20 is disposed at the uppermost layer where the frequency of use is high and the user can enter and exit without bending. A split type refrigerating chamber door 30 including a refrigerating chamber left door and a refrigerating chamber right door is provided at an opening portion of a front surface of the refrigerating chamber 20. The refrigerating chamber left door and the refrigerating chamber right door are rotatably supported by hinge portions supporting door rotating shafts, respectively.
The switching chamber 21 is a structure capable of switching to a freezing temperature of, for example, about 0 ℃ or about-7 ℃. A drawer-type switching chamber door 31 is provided at a front opening portion of the switching chamber 21. A drawer type ice making chamber door 32 is provided at a front surface opening portion of the ice making chamber 22. A drawer-type freezing chamber door 33 is provided in a front surface opening portion of freezing chamber 23. In addition, a drawer type vegetable room door 34 is provided at a front surface opening portion of the vegetable room 24. Further, although not shown, a door gasket for preventing the cool air in the room from flowing out is attached to each door portion along the inner peripheral edge.
Next, the structure of the door portion 3 of the refrigerator 100 will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 6. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a door part of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a sectional view of a door part of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion a shown in fig. 3. In the present embodiment, the vegetable room door 34 provided at the front surface opening of the vegetable room 24 is described as an example of the door portion 3, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The door 3 constituting the other storage chamber 2 can be implemented in the same manner.
As shown in fig. 2, the vegetable compartment door 34 has: a rectangular frame member 4, an inner plate 5 for closing an opening surface of the frame member 4 on the vegetable compartment side, and a decorative plate 6 for closing an opening surface of the frame member 4 on the front surface side. In addition, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the vegetable compartment door 34 has: a heat insulator 7 provided in a space enclosed by the frame member 4, the inner panel 5, and the decorative panel 6, and a hot melt 8 for bonding the frame member 4 and the decorative panel 6 to each other.
As shown in fig. 2, the frame member 4 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin, and has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. The frame member 4 is formed by forming, for example, upper, lower, left, and right 4 sides as separate members and then combining them. This is to suppress the cost of a die used for molding each member and to facilitate the operation after molding.
The frame member 4 has: an outer frame 40 forming an outer periphery, and an adhesive surface portion 41 provided along a peripheral edge of the outer frame 40. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the adhesive surface portion 41 provided on the upper edge side of the outer frame portion 40 is provided so as to be curved outward from the end edge of the outer frame portion 40. On the other hand, the adhesive surface portions 41 provided on the left and right edges and the lower edge of the outer frame portion 40 are curved inward from the end edge of the outer frame portion 40. The bonding surface portion 41 has a width L of 10mm to 30mm 1 And (4) forming. If the width L of the bonding surface 41 is larger 1 When the thickness is smaller than 10mm, the bonding area is small and the bonding strength is low, so that the decorative sheet 6 may be peeled off from the frame member 4. On the other hand, the adhesive surface portion 41 may be slightly warped. Therefore, if the width L of the adhesive surface 41 is set to be larger than the predetermined value 1 If the thickness is larger than 30mm, it is difficult to correct the adhesive surface 41 due to the rigidity of the adhesive surface 41 when the decorative plate 6 is pressed against the adhesive surface 41, and the adhesive strength may be reduced because the adhesive surface 41 and the decorative plate 6 cannot be brought into sufficient contact with each other. Further, the amount of hot-melt agent 8 appliedAnd also increase the manufacturing cost. That is, in the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment, the width L is set to be 10mm to 30mm inclusive 1 By providing the adhesive surface portion 41, the adhesive strength between the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative sheet 6 can be improved by securing a sufficient adhesive area, and the decorative sheet 6 can be prevented from being peeled off from the adhesive surface portion 41. In addition, the width L of the bonding surface 41 1 More preferably 15mm to 30 mm.
As shown in fig. 3, a hook portion 42 for hooking the decorative panel 6 is provided at an end edge of an adhesive surface portion 41 provided on an upper edge of the outer frame portion 40. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, stepped portions 43 are provided between the adhesive surface portion 41 and the left and right edges and the lower edge of the outer frame portion 40, and the stepped portions 43 abut against the outer end edge of the decorative plate 6 provided on the adhesive surface portion 41. Further, the adhesive surface portion 41 of the left edge, the right edge, or the lower edge of the outer frame portion 40 may be formed to be curved outward from the end edge of the outer frame portion 40, and the hook portion 42 may be provided at the end edge of the adhesive surface portion 41. Further, the adhesive surface portion 41 of the upper edge of the outer frame 40 may be formed to be curved inward from the end edge of the outer frame 40, and the step portion 43 may be provided between the upper edge of the outer frame 40 and the adhesive surface portion 41.
The inner panel 5 is made of, for example, synthetic resin, and is provided to face the decorative panel 6 via a heat insulator 7 as shown in fig. 3. Although not shown, a frame structure for movably supporting the vegetable compartment door 34 with respect to the refrigerator main body 1 is attached to the vegetable compartment side of the inner plate 5.
The decorative panel 6 forms a surface of the vegetable compartment door 34. As shown in fig. 2, the decorative plate 6 is composed of a transparent glass plate 60 and a decorative sheet 61 attached to the back surface of the glass plate 60. The thickness of the glass plate 60 is, for example, about 4 mm. The thickness of the decorative sheet 61 is, for example, about 0.1mm to 0.5 mm. Various colors and patterns are applied to the surface of the decorative sheet 61, and the appearance of the door portion 3 is improved by the colors and patterns seen through the glass plate 60.
As shown in fig. 3, the heat insulator 7 includes a foam heat insulator 70 made of urethane foam and a vacuum heat insulator 71. The foam heat insulator 70 is obtained by injecting a polyurethane stock solution in which a polyol, an isocyanate, moisture, and a foaming agent such as cyclopentane are mixed into a space sealed by the frame member 4, the inner panel 5, and the decorative panel 6, and foaming the mixture. The foaming heat insulator 70 is filled in the frame member 4 by vaporizing the foaming agent by the reaction heat while solidifying the polyurethane stock solution to foam and expand the polyurethane stock solution into a sponge shape. The vacuum heat insulator 71 is attached to the inner surface side of the inner panel 5 by, for example, a rubber-based hot melt agent.
As the hot melt 8, for example, a polyurethane hot melt of a type that cures under moisture and does not melt again by heat when solidified is used. The foamed heat insulating material 70 may have a maximum rise of reaction heat to around 140 ℃. Therefore, for example, in a type of hot melt that is melted again by heat after once solidified, such as a rubber-based hot melt used for fixing a vacuum heat insulator, the hot melt may be melted during foaming of the foamed heat insulator 70, and may be pushed out from the gap between the decorative plate 6 and the frame member 4 to the outside under the pressure of the foaming. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a polyurethane hot-melt agent is used. However, the hot-melt agent 8 is not limited to the polyurethane hot-melt agent, and may be another type. In some cases, a rubber hot-melt adhesive may be used depending on the structure of the door portion 3.
The hot melt 8 is provided on the surface of the adhesive surface portion 41 along the peripheral edge of the frame member 4. The thickness of the hot melt 8 is 0.2mm to 0.3 mm. If the thickness of the hot-melt agent 8 is smaller than 0.2mm, the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6 may not be sufficiently adhered. If the hot-melt agent 8 is thicker than 0.3mm, a part of the applied hot-melt agent may leak to the outside through a gap between the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6. That is, in the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment, the thickness of the hot melt 8 is set to the above thickness, so that the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6 can be sufficiently adhered, and a part of the applied hot melt 8 can be prevented from leaking to the outside from the gap between the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the hot-melt agent 8 is provided with a gap S of about 2mm to 3mm from the stepped portion 43. When the hot melt 8 is provided at a position close to the stepped portion 43, it may be exposed to the outside. On the other hand, if an excessive gap is provided between the decorative sheet and the stepped portion 43, water, juice of food, cleaning detergent, or the like enters the gap, and the decorative sheet 61 may be peeled off or discolored. That is, in refrigerator 100, by providing hot melt 8 with gap S of about 2mm to 3mm between step portion 43, hot melt 8 is not visible from the outside, and even if water, juice of food, detergent for cleaning, or the like enters a small gap, it does not reach the surface of decorative sheet 61, so that the aesthetic appearance can be maintained for a long period of time.
Fig. 5 and 6 are explanatory views showing a modification of the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the hot melt 8 is preferably configured to have an extension 81, and a part of the extension 81 extends from the front end edge of the adhesive surface portion 41. If a gap is formed between the front end portion of the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6, the urethane liquid injected into the frame member 4 enters the gap, and the adhesive strength between the decorative plate 6 and the adhesive surface portion 41 may be reduced by the pressure of the foaming of the urethane foam. That is, by forming the extension 81 of the hot melt 8, the urethane liquid can be prevented from entering between the front end portion of the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the hot melt 8 is preferably configured such that a widened portion 82 having a width larger than that of the side portion is provided at a corner portion of the frame member 4. When the hot-melt agent 8 is applied in a linear shape on the surface of the adhesive surface portion 41 along the peripheral edge of the outer frame portion 40, the corner portion of the frame member 4 may have an R-shape and may not sufficiently reach the end portion when being crushed. In this case, the bonding area between the decorative panel 6 and the bonding surface portion 41 is reduced at the corner portion, and the bonding strength is low. Therefore, by providing the widened portion 82 in the hot melt 8, the adhesion strength between the decorative plate 6 and the adhesive surface portion 41 at the corner of the frame member 4 can be improved.
Next, a method for manufacturing a refrigerator according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 9 with reference to fig. 2 to 6. Fig. 7 is a plan view illustrating a state in which a hot melt is provided to a frame member of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a portion B shown in fig. 7. Fig. 9 is an explanatory view showing a point of attaching a decorative plate to a frame member in the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the hot melt 8 is applied linearly along the peripheral edge of the outer frame portion 40 on the surface of the adhesive surface portion 41, and as shown in fig. 8, a position where application is started and a position where application is ended are repeated in the middle portion of any one side portion to form a repeated portion 80. The reason why the overlapping portion 80 is formed in the middle portion of any one side portion is that the overlapping portion 80 is easily formed in the side portion as compared with the corner portion of the bonded surface portion 41, and the operation is easy for the operator. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the hot-melt agent 8 is applied at a position separated by about 5mm from the front end of the adhesive surface portion 41.
The overlapping portion 80 is bonded to the width L of the surface portion 41 1 Length L of less than half 2 And (4) forming. That is, the width L of the overlapping portion 80 at the adhesive surface portion 41 1 20mm or less, and has a length L of 10mm or less 2 And (4) forming. The coating amount of the hot melt 8 in the overlapping portion 80 is doubled compared with that of the hot melt 8 in other portions. Therefore, if the width L of the adhesive surface portion 41 is smaller than the width L of the adhesive surface portion 41 1 When the overlapping portion 80 is formed to have a length of half the length, the remaining hot melt 8 may leak to the outside when the decorative plate 6 is pressed against the adhesive surface portion 41. Therefore, in the method of manufacturing the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment, the following structure is adopted: to bond the width L of the face part 41 1 Length L of less than half 2 The overlapping portion 80 is formed to prevent the remaining hot melt 8 from leaking to the outside.
Then, as shown in fig. 9, the outer edge portion of the decorative plate 6 is placed on the adhesive surface portion 41, the outer edge portion of the decorative plate 6 is pressed against the adhesive surface portion 41, and as shown in fig. 4, the hot melt 8 is pressed to bond the adhesive surface portion 41 to the decorative plate 6. The hot melt 8 can secure a wide bonding area in a small amount. Further, since the hot-melt agent 8 is easy to handle, it can be stably applied in a linear form without interruption by anyone without depending on the skill of the operator. After the inner panel 5 and the decorative panel 6 are attached to the frame member 4, the raw liquid of the foam heat insulator 70 is injected from an injection hole provided in the inner panel 5.
As described above, the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment includes: a refrigerator main body 1 provided with an opening portion at a front surface and having at least one storage chamber 2; and a door portion 3 that openably closes an opening of the storage chamber 2. The door portion 3 has: a rectangular frame member 4, an inner plate 5 for closing an opening surface of the frame member 4 on the storage compartment side, a decorative plate 6 for closing an opening surface of the frame member 4 on the front surface side, a heat insulator 7 provided in a space sealed by the frame member 4, the inner plate 5, and the decorative plate 6, and a hot melt agent 8 for bonding the frame member 4 and the decorative plate 6. Specifically, the frame member 4 includes an outer frame 40 forming an outer periphery, and an adhesive surface portion 41 provided along a peripheral edge of the outer frame 40. The hot melt 8 is provided on the surface of the adhesive surface portion 41 along the peripheral edge of the frame member 4. The adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6 are bonded by a hot melt 8. Accordingly, since the refrigerator 100 is configured to adhere the frame member 4 and the decorative plate 6 closely to each other without a gap by the hot melt 8 having a high adhesive force and having fluidity when melted by heating, the heat insulator 7 filled in the sealed internal space can exhibit an appearance with excellent appearance without leaking to the outside. In addition, since the adhesion strength between the frame member 4 and the decorative plate 6 can be improved, the decorative plate can be used safely and securely.
Further, since the hot melt 8 is amorphous, the frame member 4 is assembled by using a plurality of different members, and even if a step occurs at the joint portion of the members, the step is matched, and therefore, the occurrence of a gap can be reliably prevented.
The adhesive face 41 has a width L of 10mm to 30mm 1 And (4) setting. Accordingly, in the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment, the adhesion area between the decorative plate 6 and the adhesive surface portion 41 can be sufficiently ensured, and the adhesive surface portion 41 does not need to be corrected, so that the adhesion strength between the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6 can be improved, and the decorative plate 6 can be prevented from being peeled off from the adhesive surface portion 41.
In addition, an extension 81 is formed in the hot melt 8, and a part of the extension 81 extends from the front end edge of the adhesive surface portion 41. Accordingly, the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment can prevent the urethane liquid concentrate from entering between the front end portion of the adhesion surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6, and can improve the adhesion strength between the frame member 4 and the decorative plate 6.
The thickness of the hot melt 8 is 0.2mm to 0.3 mm. That is, the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment can sufficiently adhere the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative panel 6, and can prevent a part of the applied hot melt 8 from leaking to the outside through a gap between the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative panel 6.
In the method of manufacturing a refrigerator according to the present embodiment, the hot melt 8 is linearly applied to the surface of the adhesive surface portion 41 along the peripheral edge of the outer frame portion 40, and the overlapping portion 80 is formed by overlapping the position where application is started and the position where application is ended in the middle portion of any one of the side portions. Then, the decorative plate 6 is pressed against the adhesive surface portion 41, and the adhesive surface portion 41 and the decorative plate 6 are bonded by pressing the hot melt agent 8. Accordingly, in the refrigerator 100 manufactured by this manufacturing method, the hot melt 8 is applied along the peripheral edge of the outer frame portion 40 without a gap, so that the bonding strength between the frame member 4 and the decorative plate 6 can be reliably improved, and an appearance with excellent appearance can be presented.
The repeating part 80 is bonded to the width L of the surface part 41 1 Length L of less than half 2 Repeatedly formed. This prevents the hot melt 8 from leaking to the outside when the decorative plate 6 is pressed against the adhesive surface 41.
The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the configurations of the above-described embodiments. For example, the decorative plate 6 may be a steel plate or an acrylic plate to which a decorative sheet is attached. The frame member 4 is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and may have another embodiment as long as it has an outer frame portion 40 forming an outer periphery and an adhesive surface portion 41 provided along a peripheral edge of the outer frame portion 40. In summary, the present invention includes a range of design changes and application changes that are generally performed by those skilled in the art, without departing from the scope of the technical idea thereof.
