Optionally, the preset condition is T ═ (x-1) × T1; where T is a duration that the smart device 100 does not receive the heartbeat packet, x is a sequence number corresponding to the MAC address of the smart device 100, and T1 is a predetermined time.

Optionally, the referee determination module 630 may be further configured to elect itself to be the referee when a response message returned by other intelligent devices 100 in the intelligent home system 10 according to the device detection message is not received.

In summary, according to the referee election method, the apparatus, the intelligent device and the computer-readable storage medium provided by the present invention, when the intelligent device accesses the intelligent home system, the device broadcasts a detection message, when a response message returned by other intelligent devices in the intelligent home system according to the detection message is received, the MAC address carried in the response message is acquired, the acquired MAC address and the MAC address of the intelligent device are sorted, the referee is elected according to the sorting result, and the sorting result is broadcasted. Therefore, when the intelligent equipment is connected to the intelligent home system, the referee machine election process is automatically initiated, so that the referee machine is elected in the intelligent home system in a more flexible and intelligent manner; the local arbitration mechanism of the referee machine is elected by sequencing the MAC addresses of the intelligent devices in the intelligent home system, the time consumption is short, and the technical effect of quickly determining the referee machine in the intelligent home system is achieved. In addition, the referee machine notifies the existence of other intelligent equipment by broadcasting heartbeat packets at preset time intervals, and initiates the referee machine election process again when the time length of the heartbeat packets which are not received by the intelligent equipment and the sequencing serial number corresponding to the MAC address of the intelligent equipment accord with the preset condition; therefore, under some abnormal scenes (such as network disconnection and power failure), one referee machine can be kept online all the time, and the condition that the referee machine is hung up cannot occur; and different heartbeat timeout durations are set for different intelligent devices, so that the situation that when the referee machine is abnormal can be avoided, a plurality of intelligent devices simultaneously initiate the referee machine election process, the referee machine election probability is effectively reduced, and the stability of the referee machine is ensured.

Claims (13)

1. An election method of a referee, applied to an intelligent device (100), the method comprising: when the intelligent equipment (100) is accessed into the intelligent home system (10), broadcasting equipment detection messages; when response messages returned by other intelligent equipment (100) in the intelligent home system (10) according to the equipment detection messages are received, MAC addresses carried in the response messages are obtained;
and sequencing the obtained MAC address and the MAC address of the intelligent equipment (100), electing a judge according to a sequencing result, and broadcasting the sequencing result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sorting result comprises a sorting sequence number corresponding to each MAC address, and wherein electing the referee according to the sorting result comprises:
and electing the referee machine according to the sequencing serial number corresponding to each MAC address.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein electing the referee according to the sorting order number corresponding to each MAC address comprises:
and selecting the intelligent equipment (100) with the maximum MAC address as a referee machine according to the sequencing serial number corresponding to each MAC address.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the referee broadcasts heartbeat packets at predetermined intervals, the method further comprising:
and when the duration that the intelligent equipment (100) does not receive the heartbeat packet and the sequencing serial number corresponding to the MAC address of the intelligent equipment (100) accord with a preset condition, restarting an election process of the judgment machine.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the preset condition is T ═ x-1 × T1; wherein T is a duration that the intelligent device (100) does not receive the heartbeat packet, x is a sequencing sequence number corresponding to the MAC address of the intelligent device (100), and T1 is the predetermined time.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the response message returned by other intelligent equipment (100) in the intelligent home system (10) according to the equipment detection message is not received, electing the intelligent home system to be a referee machine.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the smart device is a voice device.
8. An election device of an referee, applied to an intelligent apparatus (100), comprising: the message sending module (610) is used for detecting a message by broadcasting equipment when the intelligent equipment (100) is accessed into the intelligent home system (10);
the MAC address acquisition module (620) is used for acquiring the MAC address carried in the response message when receiving the response message returned by other intelligent equipment (100) in the intelligent home system (10) according to the equipment detection message;
and the judging machine determining module (630) is used for sequencing the acquired MAC address and the MAC address of the intelligent equipment (100), electing the judging machine according to the sequencing result and broadcasting the sequencing result.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the sorting result comprises a sorting sequence number corresponding to each MAC address, and the referee determination module (630) is configured to elect a referee according to the sorting sequence number corresponding to each MAC address.

The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the referee machine broadcasts heartbeat packets at predetermined time intervals, and the referee machine determination module (630) is further configured to reinitiate the referee machine election process when a duration that the heartbeat packets are not received by the intelligent device (100) and a sequence number corresponding to the MAC address of the intelligent device (100) meet a preset condition.
11. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the referee determination module (630) is further configured to elect itself to be a referee when no response message returned by other smart devices (100) in the smart home system (10) according to the device detection message is received.
12. An intelligent device, characterized by comprising a processor (120) and a memory (110), the memory (110) storing a computer program executable by the processor (120), the computer program, when executed by the processor (120), implementing the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor (120), carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
