as shown in fig. 21 to 23, the wire harness is unloaded from the plug positioning device 40 and then guided into the material receiving slide rod 51, the wire harness slides to the position in front of the discharge port of the protective sleeve feeding mechanism along with the material receiving slide rod 51, then the wire harness tightening mechanism is started, the wire harness is tightened in a rotating manner, the wire harness is held tightly in a rotating manner, a plurality of wire harnesses are conveniently penetrated into the protective sleeve, then the protective sleeve penetrating mechanism is started, the plurality of wire harnesses are penetrated outside the plurality of wire harnesses, the penetrating operation of the protective sleeve is completed, then the penetrated wire harness is guided out, and then the production of the electrical appliance wire is completed.

The appliance wiring harness and plug mounting device of claim 1, wherein: the wire harness wiring pin aligning mechanism comprises an aligning roller (12), wherein an aligning groove (121) is formed in the roller body of the aligning roller (12), the aligning groove (121) is arranged along the length direction of the aligning roller (12), a plurality of aligning grooves (121) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the aligning roller (12), an aligning material driving head (13) is arranged beside the roller body of the aligning roller (12), and the aligning material driving head (13) drives a wire harness wiring pin to slide along the length direction of the aligning groove (121) and enables the end to be aligned with a notch at one end of the aligning groove (121);
an aligning plate (14) is arranged at one end of a notch of an aligning groove (121) of the aligning roller (12), the aligning plate (14) is arranged on an aligning sliding rod (141) in a sliding mode, an aligning spring (142) is sleeved on the aligning sliding rod (141), and two ends of the aligning spring (142) abut against the aligning plate (14) and the aligning sliding rod (141) respectively.
