Abstract
The invention relates to a protection control system and a control method for a diesel generating set. A diesel generator set protection control system comprises a plurality of groups of diesel generator sets, a plurality of SCR control modules and a power protection module; each SCR control module is connected with a plurality of oil drilling machines; the power protection module comprises a plurality of diesel generator control units, a power station capacity detection unit and a processing unit; the diesel generator control unit is connected with the diesel generator set; the power station capacity detection unit is connected with the power station; the diesel generator control units and the SCR control modules are respectively connected with the processing unit. According to the invention, through the cooperative work of the power protection module and the SCR control module, the output power and the output current of the diesel generator set can be adjusted according to the load requirement of the oil rig, the normal operation of the oil rig is ensured by using the optimal strategy and using the minimum energy consumption, and the method is a great progress in the field.

Technical Field

Background
When petroleum drilling operation is carried out in an inexhaustible desert environment, uninterrupted stable power supply of a power station of a whole drilling operation team is a necessary condition, in view of severe natural environment, the power station is required to have 24-hour uninterrupted power supply capacity, particularly in a tripping operation link, even a short-time power failure can cause serious drilling accidents and cause huge economic loss cost, and a circuit for protecting the stable operation of the power station and the normal operation of a drilling machine becomes an indispensable choice under the design of any environment and working condition. Firstly, the power capacity of a diesel generating set forming a power station is small, a plurality of parallel machines are needed to meet the load requirement of a drilling machine, in addition, in order to meet the requirement of fuel saving, the number of on-grid machine sets and the daily, weekly and monthly overhaul of the machine sets are reduced as much as possible, and the number of the on-grid machine sets which are operated daily is difficult to fix; secondly, the drilling machine has different power values required by various working conditions of loading, different change rates and loading randomness and irregularity, so that the drilling machine and the drilling machine are difficult to match. The instantaneous fluctuation of the voltage and the frequency of the generator set is large, the control system is protected, and the well site is completely powered off, so that serious production drill stopping accidents and overload damage or damage of the diesel generator set are caused. Specifically, the control principle of the diesel generator set protection control system provided by the invention is as follows: limiting the output power of each diesel generator set to be not more than rated power and the output current to be not more than rated current by using the diesel generator control unit 21 in the power protection module, and inhibiting active load and current load sudden change of the petroleum drilling machine by using the SCR control module 10 to match the response time of the diesel generator sets; the processing unit 22 receives the power station capacity data of the power station capacity detection unit in real time, and drives the SCR control module 10 to drag the oil rig to perform network access operation when the number of the power stations is increased. The real-time output power of a plurality of diesel generator sets in the network is in butt joint control with the real-time power control of each load of the petroleum drilling machine, so that the change of the load of the drilling machine is limited by the real-time output power state of the diesel generator sets, and meanwhile, when the petroleum drilling machine is started in the network, the diesel generator is not overloaded, and the drilling machine is not used to stop working.
