Claims (10)

1. The multifunctional pouring template is characterized by comprising a base (1), an upright post (2), a supporting base (3), a control screen (4), a lifting motor (5), a lifting rotating screw (6), a moving nut (7), a moving lining seat (8), a moving pull rod (9), a moving pipe (10), a pouring template body (11), a telescopic water spraying anti-cracking row structure (12), a heatable air-drying auxiliary blowing box structure (13), an adjustable pouring concrete falling antifouling collection box structure (14) and a liftable supporting moving base structure (15), wherein one longitudinal end of the upright post (2) is bolted on the lower left side of the base (1), and the other longitudinal end of the upright post (2) is bolted on the upper left side of the supporting base (3); the left side of the front part of the supporting base (3) is transversely screwed with a control screen (4); the lower longitudinal end of the lifting motor (5) is connected to the right upper side of the machine base (1) through a bolt, and an output shaft of the lifting motor (5) penetrates through the interior of the machine base (1); one longitudinal end of the lifting rotary screw (6) is connected with the lower end of an output shaft of the lifting motor (5) through a coupler, and the other end of the lifting rotary screw is connected to the left part of the middle inside the supporting base (3) through a bearing; the movable nut (7) is embedded in the middle part of the interior of the movable lining seat (8); one end of the movable pull rod (9) is in threaded connection with the right side of the movable pipe (10), and the other end of the movable pull rod is in threaded connection with the left end of the movable lining seat (8); the pouring template body (11) is connected with the telescopic water spraying anti-cracking row structure (12); the telescopic water spraying anti-cracking row structure (12) is connected with the heatable air drying auxiliary blowing box structure (13); the adjustable poured concrete falling antifouling collection box structure (14) and the liftable supporting moving base structure (15) are both connected with the supporting base (3); the telescopic water spraying anti-cracking water spraying and discharging structure (12) comprises a telescopic cylinder (121), a telescopic seat (122), a fixing through hole (123), a water spraying pipe head (124), a fixing nut (125) and an anti-cracking water spraying and discharging device (126), wherein the right end of an output rod of the telescopic cylinder (121) is connected with the middle part of the left side of the telescopic seat (122) through a bolt; the upper side and the lower side of the interior of the telescopic seat (122) are both transversely provided with fixing through holes (123); the water spray pipe head (124) is transversely inserted into the fixing through hole (123) and fixed through a fixing nut (125); the longitudinal outer side inlet of the anti-cracking water spray device (126) is in threaded connection with the right end of the water spray pipe head (124).

Multifunctional pouring formwork according to claim 1, wherein said heatable air drying auxiliary blowing box structure (13) comprises a support frame (131), a connecting seat (132), a blowing box (133), a blower (134), a filter screen (135) and a heating pipe (136), wherein the connecting seat (132) is connected to the upper and lower parts of the right side of said support frame (131) by transverse bolts; the right end of the connecting seat (132) is connected with a blow box (133) through a longitudinal bolt; the inlets of the upper part and the lower part of the left side of the air blowing box (133) are connected with a blower (134) by screws; a filter screen (135) is longitudinally screwed at the right outlet of the air blowing box (133); the heating pipe (136) is installed in the blow box (133) through a hoop.

The multifunctional pouring template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable pouring concrete slumping antifouling collection box structure (14) comprises a concrete collection box (141), a support spacer (142), a U-shaped lining seat (143), a guide plate (144), a telescopic adjusting rod (145) and a cleaning plate (146), wherein the support spacer (142) is longitudinally screwed in the middle part of the concrete collection box (141) to the right; the upper end of the supporting base (142) is connected with a U-shaped lining seat (143) through a screw; the inner part of the U-shaped lining seat (143) is coupled with the lower end of the guide plate (144) by a shaft; one longitudinal end of the telescopic adjusting rod (145) is connected to the middle lower side in the guide plate (144) in a shaft mode, and the other end of the telescopic adjusting rod is connected to the upper right end of the concrete collecting box (141) through a bolt; the right outlet of the concrete collecting box (141) is connected with a cleaning plate (146) through a bolt.

The multifunctional pouring formwork of claim 1, wherein the liftable supporting and moving base structure (15) comprises a stabilizing base (151), moving casters (152), a joint nut (153), a lifting screw (154), a hand wheel (155) and a supporting foot base (156), wherein the moving casters (152) are bolted to four corners of the bottom of the stabilizing base (151); the inner four corners of the stable base (151) are embedded with engaging nuts (153); the lifting screw rod (154) is longitudinally connected inside the engaging nut (153) in a threaded manner; one longitudinal end of the lifting screw rod (154) is connected with the inside of the hand wheel (155), and the other end of the lifting screw rod is connected with the middle part of the inside of the supporting foot seat (156) through a bearing.
5. Multifunctional pouring template according to claim 1, wherein the lifting and rotating screw (6) is threaded longitudinally inside the moving nut (7).
6. The multifunctional pouring template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moving pipe (10) is movably sleeved on the outer wall of the upright post (2).
7. The multifunctional pouring formwork of claim 1, wherein the water spray pipe head (124) and the fixing nut (125) are in threaded connection, the fixing nut (125) is located on the left side of the telescopic seat (122), and the telescopic seat (122) is made of an aluminum alloy seat.
8. Multifunctional pouring template according to claim 1, wherein the left transverse end of the telescopic cylinder (121) is bolted to the right end of the movable lining seat (8).
