Referring to fig. 1-5, a sewage inlet pipe with a blocking function for domestic wastewater and sewage discharge comprises a rectangular pipe body 1 and a protective shell 3 fixedly installed at the bottom of the rectangular pipe body 1, wherein fixed frames 5 are fixedly installed at the tops of two sides of the protective shell 3, a lifting driving mechanism is installed between the top of each fixed frame 5 and the top of the protective shell 3, the fixed frames 5 provide installation space for the lifting driving mechanism, a speed reducing mechanism is arranged inside the protective shell 3 and used for speed reduction driving, the speed reducing mechanism is provided with two output ends, the output ends of the speed reducing mechanism are connected with the bottom end of the lifting driving mechanism, a rocker 12 is installed at the input end of the speed reducing mechanism, and the rocker 12 is used for manual shaking;

The bottom of the rectangular pipe body 1 is fixedly provided with a connecting block 2, the connecting block 2 is fixedly welded with the top of the protective shell 3, and the protective shell 3 is fixedly arranged through the connecting block 2; the speed reducing mechanism is composed of a worm wheel 17, a worm 18, a rotating shaft 16 and a connecting rod 19, the number of the worm wheel 17, the number of the worm 18 and the number of the rotating shaft 16 are two, the two worms 18 are respectively and rotatably arranged on two sides of the protective shell 3, two ends of the connecting rod 19 are respectively fixedly connected with the end parts of the two worms 18, the rotating shaft 16 is rotatably arranged inside the protective shell 3, the rotating shaft 16 is fixedly sleeved with the middle part of a worm wheel 17, the worm wheel 17 is meshed and connected with a worm 18, one end of one of the worms 18 is fixedly connected with one end of the rocker 12, the transmission is realized through the worm wheel 17 and the worm 18, the speed reduction can be carried out, thereby reducing the force required by rotation, reducing the labor intensity of workers, using the connecting installation of the two worms 18 through the connecting rod 19, when one worm 18 rotates, the other worm 18 rotates together through the connecting rod 19; the inner wall of the protection shell 3 is fixedly provided with a bearing sleeve 20, the bearing sleeve 20 is in clearance fit connection with the connecting rod 19, the number of the bearing sleeves 20 is two, and the bearing sleeve 20 provides bearing for the connecting rod 19, so that the stability is improved; the rocker 12 is of a Z-shaped structure, the end part of the rocker 12 is fixedly sleeved with the rubber sleeve 13, and the comfort level of holding is improved through the rubber sleeve 13; the lifting driving mechanism is composed of a screw rod 6 and a nut 7, the nut 7 is in threaded connection with the rod surface of the screw rod 6, the top end of the screw rod 6 is rotatably installed with the top of the fixing frame 5, the bottom end of the screw rod 6 is rotatably installed with the top of the protective shell 3, the bottom end of the screw rod 6 is fixedly connected with the end part of the rotating shaft 16, the fixing frame 5 is an inverted L-shaped plate and is used for lifting driving and providing lifting driving for the intercepting rod 10, and when the screw rod 6 rotates, the nut 7 is guided through the intercepting rod 10 and the stripping scraping sleeve 4 to realize vertical movement; one end of the connecting strip 8 is fixedly installed with one side of the nut 7, the connecting strip 8 is an L-shaped plate, a reinforcing rib plate 11 is fixedly installed at the bending part of the connecting strip 8, the reinforcing rib plate 11 is used for reinforcing the bending part, and the connecting strength is improved; both sides of the top of the protective shell 3 are fixedly connected with oil filling ports 21, the top ends of the oil filling ports 21 are in threaded connection with sealing covers 22, oil is filled through the oil filling ports 21, oil drips onto the worm wheel 17 through the oil filling ports 21 to be lubricated, and the worm wheel 17 rotates and is in meshing transmission with the worm 18, so that the lubricating operation is realized; mounting seats 14 are fixedly mounted on two sides of the rectangular pipe body 1, mounting holes 15 are formed in the surfaces of the mounting seats 14, and mounting hole sites are provided through the mounting holes 15 in the mounting seats 14 and used for mounting; the hard alloy inner sleeve 401 is fixedly arranged in the stripping and scraping sleeve 4, the surface of the intercepting rod 10 is sleeved with the hard alloy inner sleeve 401, and the hard alloy inner sleeve 401 strips dirt on the surface to clean the surface of the intercepting rod 10.
The working principle is as follows: when the whole sewage inlet pipe is used, a mounting hole position is provided through the mounting hole 15 on the mounting seat 14, when sewage is fed, the intercepting rod 10 is at a low position, the bottom end of the intercepting rod 10 is in contact with the inner wall of the bottom of the rectangular pipe body 1, and the sewage is intercepted through the intercepting rod 10; when the intercepted dirt is more, the dirt needs to be discharged in a concentrated mode, the rocker 12 is shaken in the forward direction to provide drive for the worm 18, the worm 18 drives the worm wheel 17 to rotate, the screw 6 is driven to rotate through the rotating shaft 16 to provide drive for the nut 7, the nut 7 drives the connecting strip 8, the cross strip 9 and the intercepting rod 10 to move upwards together, in the upward movement, the guiding is carried out through the stripping scraping sleeve 4, meanwhile, the hard alloy inner sleeve 401 in the stripping scraping sleeve 4 pushes and scrapes the dirt attached to the surface of the intercepting rod 10, the cleaning of the rod surface is realized, the dirt is prevented from being accumulated and adhered for a long time, the gap between the intercepting rods 10 is reduced and blocked, the dirt is prevented from being stripped off, the dirt is flushed out through water filling, and the concentrated dirt discharge is carried out;
after the sewage is drained, the rocker 12 is reversely shaken to provide driving for the interception rod 10, and the interception rod 10 descends until the bottom end of the interception rod 10 is contacted with the inner wall of the bottom of the rectangular pipe body 1.
The application has the advantages that:
the whole sewage inlet pipe is used for circulating sewage through the rectangular pipe body 1, the lifting driving mechanism is arranged for driving the blocking rod 10 to lift, the blocking rod 10 is used for blocking the sewage when being at a low position, the filtering of the larger sewage can be carried out, the sewage can be discharged at a high position for cleaning, the blocked sewage is discharged, and the centralized sewage discharge is realized.
The whole sewage inlet pipe also provides a self-cleaning function for the surface of the intercepting rod 10, when the intercepting rod 10 is at a low position and ascends, the intercepting rod 10 can move relative to the stripping scraper sleeve 4, dirt attached to the surface of the intercepting rod 10 can be pushed out and scraped off through the stripping scraper sleeve 4, the cleaning of the rod surface is realized, and the phenomenon that the dirt is accumulated and adhered for a long time to cause the reduction and the blockage of gaps between the intercepting rods 10 is avoided.
The speed reduction mechanism has further been add to whole dirty pipe of advancing, can be used to lift actuating mechanism's drive, when driving, through rocking rocker 12 realization, slows down through speed reduction mechanism, through between the drive ratio, when the deceleration, can reduce the manual work and rotate required power, greatly reduced artificial intensity of labour.
