本发明涉及墙布生产技术领域,具体为一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺。
背景技术
装修房间时,人们常使用墙纸对墙面进行裱糊,因为其具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点。然而随着人们生活水平的提升以及对高品质生活的不断追求,墙纸的缺陷逐渐显现。现今大多使用墙布替代墙纸,与墙纸相比,墙布更为厚实,并且也可以制作出多种不同的花色款式。
然而在日常生活中难免会磕碰到墙壁,这就容易造成墙布被污染,沾染许多污渍或者被儿童涂鸦,但是清洗或者用湿抹布擦洗的过程中容易造成墙布破损,这就需要一种耐洗防污的墙布满足日常生活的需要。
发明内容

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,具备耐擦洗和防污渍的功能,能够保持墙布的洁净,给人一个温暖干净的生活环境。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述抗菌目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1:布层的选料,所述布层选用棉布、麻布、热轧布、无纺布的一种或者多种。
步骤2:胶层的选取,所述胶层选用热熔胶涂层,所述具体为植物胶和PA胶的混合涂抹。
步骤3:功能层的取用,所述功能层即通过对布料进行不同的处理来获得相应的效果,所述功能层包括杀菌层、耐洗层、防污层和防腐层。
步骤4:杀菌层的制备,所述将布料放置调配好的杀菌溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干。
步骤5:耐洗层的制备,所述将布料放置调配好的耐洗溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干。
步骤6:防污层的制备,所述将布料放置调配好的防污溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干。

步骤9:印花修饰,所述通过电脑编辑图案并将图案传送到打印机中,然后打印机将图案打印在布层相应的布料区域。
步骤10:烘干固色,所述通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行烘干固色,所述温度控制在55-65度,所述加热时间为60-85秒。
步骤11:墙布的复合,所述将布层、胶层、功能层复合在一起,完成墙布的生产制造。
优选的,所述步骤2植物胶2-5份,PA胶5-8份,所述涂抹时通过涂料喷枪先将PA胶喷涂,然后再将植物胶喷涂在PA胶上方。
优选的,所述步骤4去离子水32-52份与吡啶硫酮锌11-31份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。
优选的,所述步骤5将去离子水32-52份与丙烯酸树脂24-44份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。
优选的,所述步骤6将去离子水32-52份与聚丙烯酰胺12-32份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。
优选的,所述步骤7将去离子水32-52份与醋酸铝15-35份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。

实施例一:一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1:布层的选料,布层选用棉布、麻布、热轧布、无纺布的一种或者多种;步骤2:胶层的选取,胶层选用热熔胶涂层,具体为植物胶和PA胶的混合涂抹,胶层比重为植物胶2份,PA胶5份,涂抹时通过涂料喷枪先将PA胶喷涂,然后再将植物胶喷涂在PA胶上方;步骤3:功能层的取用,功能层即通过对布料进行不同的处理来获得相应的效果,功能层包括杀菌层、耐洗层、防污层和防腐层;步骤4:杀菌层的制备,将布料放置调配好的杀菌溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干,其中杀菌溶液比重为离子水32份与吡啶硫酮锌11份混合,并将选好的布料放入浸泡3小时;步骤5:耐洗层的制备,将布料放置调配好的耐洗溶液中浸轧处理,将布料取出恒温烘干,其中耐洗溶液比重为去离子水32份与丙烯酸树脂24份混合,并将选好的布料放入浸泡3小时;步骤6:防污层的制备,将布料放置调配好的防污溶液中浸轧处理,将布料取出恒温烘干,其中防污溶液比重为去离子水32份与聚丙烯酰胺12份混合,并将选好的布料放入浸泡3小时;步骤7:防腐层的制备,将布料放置调配好的防腐溶液中浸轧处理,并将布料取出恒温烘干,其中防腐溶液比重为去离子水32份与醋酸铝15份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡3小时;步骤8:预热处理,通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行低温预热,温度控制在35度,加热时间为25秒;步骤9:印花修饰,通过电脑编辑图案并将图案传送到打印机中,然后打印机将图案打印在布层相应的布料区域;步骤10:烘干固色,通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行烘干固色,温度控制在55度,加热时间为85秒;步骤11:墙布的复合,将布层、胶层、功能层复合在一起,完成墙布的生产制造,其中布层放置在最上层,胶层放置在最下层,功能层放置在布层与胶层之间。
实施例二:一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1:布层的选料,布层选用棉布、麻布、热轧布、无纺布的一种或者多种;步骤2:胶层的选取,胶层选用热熔胶涂层,具体为植物胶和PA胶的混合涂抹,其中胶层比重为植物胶3份,PA胶6份,涂抹时通过涂料喷枪先将PA胶喷涂,然后再将植物胶喷涂在PA胶上方;步骤3:功能层的取用,功能层即通过对布料进行不同的处理来获得相应的效果,功能层包括杀菌层、耐洗层、防污层和防腐层;步骤4:杀菌层的制备,将布料放置调配好的杀菌溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干,其中杀菌溶液比重为去离子水42份与吡啶硫酮锌21份混合,并将选好的布料放入浸泡2小时;步骤5:耐洗层的制备,将布料放置调配好的耐洗溶液中浸轧处理,将布料取出恒温烘干,其中耐洗溶液比重为去离子水42份与丙烯酸树脂34份混合,并将选好的布料放入浸泡2小时;步骤6:防污层的制备,将布料放置调配好的防污溶液中浸轧处理,将布料取出恒温烘干,其中防污溶液比重为去离子水42份与聚丙烯酰胺22份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡2小时;步骤7:防腐层的制备,将布料放置调配好的防腐溶液中浸轧处理,并将布料取出恒温烘干,其中防腐溶液比重为去离子水42份与醋酸铝25份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡2小时;步骤8:预热处理,通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行低温预热,温度控制在40度,加热时间为20秒;步骤9:印花修饰,通过电脑编辑图案并将图案传送到打印机中,然后打印机将图案打印在布层相应的布料区域;步骤10:烘干固色,通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行烘干固色,温度控制在60度,加热时间为70秒;步骤11:墙布的复合,将布层、胶层、功能层复合在一起,完成墙布的生产制造,其中布层放置在最上层,胶层放置在最下层,功能层放置在布层与胶层之间。
实施例三:一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1:布层的选料,布层选用棉布、麻布、热轧布、无纺布的一种或者多种;步骤2:胶层的选取,胶层选用热熔胶涂层,具体为植物胶和PA胶的混合涂抹,其中胶层比重为植物胶5份,PA胶8份,涂抹时通过涂料喷枪先将PA胶喷涂,然后再将植物胶喷涂在PA胶上方;步骤3:功能层的取用,功能层即通过对布料进行不同的处理来获得相应的效果,功能层包括杀菌层、耐洗层、防污层和防腐层;步骤4:杀菌层的制备,将布料放置调配好的杀菌溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干,其中杀菌溶液比重为去离子水52份与吡啶硫酮锌31份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1小时;步骤5:耐洗层的制备,将布料放置调配好的耐洗溶液中浸轧处理,将布料取出恒温烘干,其中耐洗溶液比重为去离子水52份与丙烯酸树脂44份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1小时;步骤6:防污层的制备,将布料放置调配好的防污溶液中浸轧处理,将布料取出恒温烘干,其中防污溶液比重为去离子水52份与聚丙烯酰胺32份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1小时;步骤7:防腐层的制备,将布料放置调配好的防腐溶液中浸轧处理,并将布料取出恒温烘干,其中防腐溶液比重为去离子水52份与醋酸铝35份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1小时;步骤8:预热处理,通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行低温预热,温度控制在45度,加热时间为15秒;步骤9:印花修饰,通过电脑编辑图案并将图案传送到打印机中,然后打印机将图案打印在布层相应的布料区域;步骤10:烘干固色,通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行烘干固色,温度控制在65度,加热时间为60秒;步骤11:墙布的复合,将布层、胶层、功能层复合在一起,完成墙布的生产制造,其中布层放置在最上层,胶层放置在最下层,功能层放置在布层与胶层之间。
判断标准:
本发明的有益效果是:该具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,能够在一定程度上减少本墙布被污渍和涂鸦污染的程度,降低使用者清洗的劳动强度,满足对墙布进行的各种擦洗作业,均不会使本墙布表面破损或者内部损坏,同时也不会影响到本墙布的使用寿命;而且本墙布还能够对空气中的细菌进行吸收并消除,提高空气质量和安全,满足家庭中儿童的身体健康的需求的同时,伴随并保护着儿童健康安全的成长;本墙布还具有较强的抗腐蚀性,能够抵抗日常生活中的各种具有较轻的腐蚀性物品产生的腐蚀物质,提高本墙布的使用寿命;本墙布还能够通过电脑编辑自己喜欢的图案并打印到墙布上,为使用者营造一个满意舒适安心的生活坏境。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1:布层的选料,所述布层选用棉布、麻布、热轧布、无纺布的一种或者多种。
步骤2:胶层的选取,所述胶层选用热熔胶涂层,所述具体为植物胶和PA胶的混合涂抹。
步骤3:功能层的取用,所述功能层即通过对布料进行不同的处理来获得相应的效果,所述功能层包括杀菌层、耐洗层、防污层和防腐层。
步骤4:杀菌层的制备,所述将布料放置调配好的杀菌溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干。
步骤5:耐洗层的制备,所述将布料放置调配好的耐洗溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干。
步骤6:防污层的制备,所述将布料放置调配好的防污溶液中浸轧处理,然后将布料取出恒温烘干。
步骤7:防腐层的制备,所述将布料放置调配好的防腐溶液中浸轧处理,然后并将布料取出恒温烘干。
步骤8:预热处理,所述通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行低温预热,所述温度控制在35-45度,所述加热时间为15-25秒。
步骤9:印花修饰,所述通过电脑编辑图案并将图案传送到打印机中,然后打印机将图案打印在布层相应的布料区域。
步骤10:烘干固色,所述通过加热管等公知技术中常见的加热设备对布层进行烘干固色,所述温度控制在55-65度,所述加热时间为60-85秒。
步骤11:墙布的复合,所述将布层、胶层、功能层复合在一起,完成墙布的生产制造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2植物胶2-5份,PA胶5-8份,所述涂抹时通过涂料喷枪先将PA胶喷涂,然后再将植物胶喷涂在PA胶上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4去离子水32-52份与吡啶硫酮锌11-31份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5将去离子水32-52份与丙烯酸树脂24-44份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤6将去离子水32-52份与聚丙烯酰胺12-32份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤7将去离子水32-52份与醋酸铝15-35份混合,将选好的布料放入浸泡1-3小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐洗防污功能的墙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤11将布层放置在最上层,所述胶层放置在最下层,所述功能层放置在布层与胶层之间。
