Description

Extraction method of plum blossom elm extract and application of plum blossom elm extract in tobacco sheets
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco sheets, in particular to an extraction method of an extract of plum blossom leaves and application of the extract in tobacco sheets.
Background
The tobacco sheet is a regenerated tobacco leaf which is formed by recombining and processing tobacco waste materials such as tobacco powder, tobacco stems, inferior tobacco leaves and the like in the cigarette manufacturing process including a threshing process in a tobacco factory as a raw material. The tobacco sheet finished product dipped or sprayed by the concentrated solution can be blended with natural tobacco leaves to be processed into cigarettes, so that the tobacco leaf raw materials can be utilized to the maximum extent, the cigarette cost is effectively reduced, the physical and chemical properties of the cigarettes can be improved to a certain extent, and the quality of the cigarettes is improved. The current preparation methods of the tobacco sheets mainly comprise a paper making method, a thick pulp method and a rolling method. The typical production process of the tobacco sheet by the paper-making method comprises the steps of soaking raw materials in water, extracting and separating soluble matters from insoluble matters, pulping the insoluble matters tobacco fibers, making into a sheet base by papermaking, spraying the extract of the soluble matters onto the sheet base after concentration, and drying/cutting to obtain the tobacco sheet. Compared with other two methods, the tobacco sheet prepared by the paper making method has the characteristics of adjustable tobacco components, good combustion performance, low tar release amount, small product density, good filling property and the like, thereby being popular with cigarette manufacturers and consumers.
However, in the preparation of the tobacco sheet by the paper making method, the concentrated extract liquor is directly dipped or sprayed on the sheet base of the sheet, and the product has the defects of heavy miscellaneous gas and wood gas, obvious dry sensation at the throat, obvious pungent sensation at the tongue and the like.
Therefore, we propose an extraction method of the extract of plum blossom elm and its application in tobacco sheets to solve the above problems.
