s2, in the using process, external sewage enters the inside of a feed hopper (5) through a sewage inlet pipe (6), the sewage in the inside of the feed hopper (5) flows to the upper surface of a conveyor belt (15), solid garbage is blocked through a partition plate (16), a transmission motor (18) runs, a transmission belt (19) drives a rotary roller (14) to rotate, the rotary roller (14) drives the conveyor belt (15) to rotate anticlockwise, the solid garbage on the upper surface of the conveyor belt (15) is guided into a garbage storage box (2), and the sewage is filtered through the partition plate (16) and then is guided into a sewage reaction box (3) through a water liquid outlet (17);
s3, opening a medicament electromagnetic valve (22) on the medicament box (7), leading the liquid medicament in the medicament box (7) into the sewage reaction box (3), operating a motor (12), driving a stirring blade (11) by the motor (12) to rotate and stir the sewage in the sewage reaction box (3) to accelerate the reaction of the sewage in the sewage reaction box (3) and the liquid medicament, opening a sewage electromagnetic valve (25) on a sewage drain pipe (8) after the reaction, and leading the sewage in the sewage reaction box (3) into the artificial wetland pool (9) through the sewage drain pipe (8);
s4, filtering sewage in the artificial wetland pool (9) through a filtering layer (28) in the artificial wetland pool (9) and then entering the inside of a clear water accumulation box (27), absorbing residual toxic substances in the sewage by greening seedlings (29) above the filtering layer (28), opening a clear water electromagnetic valve (26) on a clear water outlet pipe (10), and directly discharging the clear water filtered by the artificial wetland pool (9) into a river through the clear water outlet pipe (10);
s5, when the quality of the sewage inlet water is poor, connecting the return pipe with the clear water outlet pipe (10) and the sewage inlet pipe (6), and feeding the treated water and the sewage into the feed hopper (5) for treatment;
s6, after the use is finished, the coagulant is adjusted to the chemical box (7) through the chemical inlet (24), the garbage leading-out plate (13) on one side of the lower end of the garbage storage box (2) is opened, and the solid garbage in the garbage storage box (2) is removed.
