Abstract

Description
本发明涉及螺旋输送机构造(spiral conveyor construction)以及用于这样的螺旋输送机构造的驱动塔。
发明背景
在现有技术中,螺旋输送机用于沿着成螺旋状地形成的输送路径输送货物。输送带(conveyor belt)将遵循围绕驱动塔的输送路径。通过输送机的这种设计实现了,可以在相对小的占地面积上提供相对大的输送带面积。这些类型的输送机通常与冷冻设备(freezing installation)或烘焙装置设备(bakery installation)组合使用,使得整个螺旋输送机被封装在壳体内,在该壳体中进行所需的过程。
螺旋输送机构造的一个重要方面是连续输送带(endless conveyor belt)和驱动塔之间的相互作用,该相互作用将推进力从驱动塔传递到连续输送带,从而促进货物通过螺旋输送机构造的运输。

发明描述

在本发明的还有的另外的有利实施方案中,接合构件上的肋和相邻块状部上的第二肋之间的周向距离对应于组装连续输送带的模块化带链节在行进方向上的长度。以这种方式,确保了在操作期间无论在接合构件上还是在相邻的块状部上的接合肋都将接合在输送带的侧表面上的确定好的位置处。这是很重要的,因为通过能够确定驱动塔和连续输送带之间的相互作用,输送带可以被设计成用于这种接合,并且此外,可以确保肋不会接合在不期望的位置中。

发明的详细描述
在图1中图示了典型的螺旋输送机构造,其包括适合于放置在制造设施的地板上的框架结构2。在框架结构2的内部设置了驱动塔3,该驱动塔3具有顶部和底部,并且其中驱动塔3被布置成用于围绕大体上竖直的轴线4旋转。
在驱动塔3的外部设置了输送路径5。当物体被放置在输送带上时,在螺旋输送机的入口6处,该螺旋输送机在由箭头7a所指示的方向上工作,物体将在连续输送机10上沿着螺旋/螺旋状输送路径5通过螺旋输送机被运输,并最终到达出口8处,在该出口8处,由螺旋输送机1运输的物体将准备好通过离开螺旋输送机1进行进一步处理,如由箭头7b所指示的。

输送带的两侧中的最外侧眼部分23设置有切口25,使得驱动塔3上的接合装置(未图示出)可以接合输送带10并沿着输送路径5推进输送带10(见图1)。由箭头图示的切口的深度41足以使接合构件50(见图5)插入切口25中,足以获得与输送带的牢固接触,并因此能够在所需的方向上驱动输送带。
如从图6明显看出的,输送带靠近驱动塔3的一侧是收缩的(collapsed),使得沿着内侧的相邻眼部分之间的距离显著小于沿着输送带的外侧的相邻眼部分之间的距离。这是由于提供了长形眼部分24’,长形眼部分24’允许连接销在孔中沿长度方向移动。

1.一种螺旋输送机构造,所述螺旋输送机构造包括连续输送带,所述连续输送带由多个大体上相同的模块化带链节组装而成,其中所述连续输送带被引导在输送路径上,其中所述输送路径的至少一部分围绕驱动塔,其中所述驱动塔能够围绕竖直轴线旋转,使得所述驱动塔接合所述连续输送带的侧表面从而沿着所述输送路径推进所述连续输送机,其特征在于,沿着所述驱动塔的外周间隔布置有竖直接合构件,其中这些接合构件中的至少一些具有远离所述驱动塔径向突出的竖直布置的肋,并且其中在所述驱动塔的下部部分上邻近具有突出肋的所述接合构件中的至少一些提供块状部,所述块状部在所述驱动塔的底部附近比所述接合构件从所述驱动塔径向突出得更远,并且其中所述块状部设置有径向延伸的第二肋,所述第二肋从所述块状部延伸并且使所述第二肋的延伸高度从零延伸高度向上渐增到对应于所述块状部的上部端部附近的相邻的接合构件上的所述肋的径向延伸高度的延伸高度,并且其中所述第二肋和/或所述接合构件上的所述肋接合所述连续输送带并且沿着所述输送路径推进所述连续输送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋输送机构造,其中所述第二肋在距所述块状部的所述底部向上的一定距离处开始出现。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋输送机构造,其中所述输送路径的第一部分上的所述连续输送带接合所述块状部的下部部分,在所述块状部的下部部分处所述第二肋不突出,并且随着所述引导路径的继续,所述第二肋越来越多地接合所述连续输送带的模块化带链节。
4.一种螺旋输送机构造,其中所述接合构件上的所述肋和相邻的块状部上的所述第二肋之间的周向距离对应于组装所述连续输送带的模块化带链节在行进方向上的长度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的螺旋输送机构造,其中组装所述连续输送机的所述模块化带链节在横向方向上以两侧为边界,并且所述模块化带链节的最外侧设置有切口,使得所述模块化带链节在所述切口中的宽度小于在所述切口外部的宽度,并且其中所述切口的在所述输送带在行进方向上的长度方向距离对应于所述肋和所述第二肋的宽度,使得通过所述肋和/或第二肋接合所述切口而使所述第二肋和所述肋接合所述连续输送机。
6.一种驱动塔,所述驱动塔用于沿着布置在所述驱动塔外部的螺旋状输送路径推进连续输送带,其中所述驱动塔具有顶部和底部,并且其中多个接合构件竖直地布置在所述顶部和所述底部之间,其中所述接合构件中的至少一些具有肋,所述肋从所述接合构件径向向外突出,并且其中多个块状部被布置在所述驱动塔的下部部分中,紧邻具有肋的所述接合构件中的至少一些,其中每个块状部的最下部部分比所述接合构件上的所述肋从所述驱动塔径向延伸得更远,并且其中具有渐增的径向延伸高度的第二肋被布置成与所述接合构件上的所述肋平行,其中所述块状部上的所述肋在下部端部中从所述块状部径向延伸的高度为零,并且上部的所述肋具有对应于相邻的接合构件上的所述肋的延伸高度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的驱动塔,其中所述第二肋在距所述块状部的底部向上的一定距离处开始出现。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的驱动塔,其中所述接合构件上的所述肋和布置在邻近具有肋的每个接合构件的所述块状部上的所述第二肋之间的周向距离是固定距离,其中所述固定距离等于组装所述连续输送机的模块化带链节在预期行进方向上的长度。
