Abstract
The invention provides an air bag type intermediate support device for a transmission shaft of a commercial vehicle, an assembling method and a using method, wherein the air bag type intermediate support device comprises the following steps: a rim-type bearing seat; the rim type bearing seat is provided with an inner ring and an outer ring which are connected with each other; the periphery of the inner ring is provided with a bearing in a pressing way; a clamping groove is arranged between the outer edge of the inner ring and the outer ring; an elastic retainer ring is arranged in the clamping groove and used for axially fixing the bearing; the outer part of the outer ring is provided with an annular air bag; the inner side surface of the annular air bag is abutted against the outer ring surface, and the outer side surface of the annular air bag is connected with an annular combined bracket; the annular combined bracket is connected with the frame. The radial rigidity of the supporting assembly is adjusted by adjusting the air pressure of the air bag, so that the natural frequency of the supporting assembly is adjusted, the resonance frequency is avoided or disturbed, and the driving comfort of the whole vehicle is improved. Meanwhile, the device effectively solves the heat dissipation problem of the vulcanized rubber bearing, and the service life of the bearing is prolonged. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of commercial vehicle transmission shafts, in particular to an air bag type intermediate support device for a commercial vehicle transmission shaft, an assembling method and a using method.
Background
The long-wheelbase commercial vehicle needs to be provided with more than two transmission shafts to realize power transmission, and the transmission shaft intermediate supporting device fixes the front and rear transmission shafts on a frame cross beam and has the functions of bearing the weight of the transmission shafts and buffering axial and radial impact generated in the operation of the transmission shafts. The excitation generated in the working process of the transmission shaft is transmitted to the frame through the middle support, and if the excitation frequency is consistent with the frequency of a running system, resonance is easily formed, so that the problems of shaking and abnormal sound of the whole vehicle are caused, and the running comfort of the whole vehicle is influenced.
At present, a transmission shaft intermediate bearing generally adopts a vulcanized rubber structure, the rubber structure is complex and various so as to achieve different buffering effects, but the inherent rigidity becomes a fixed value after the structure is shaped, and the inherent vibration frequency cannot be changed. Once the first-order or second-order frequency of the transmission shaft is close to the intermediate bearing frequency, the resonance phenomenon is easily caused, and the intermediate bearing rigidity cannot be adjusted to avoid the resonance frequency; in addition, the vulcanized rubber has a heavy structure and poor heat dissipation performance, and the service life of the bearing is influenced.

The device comprises: a rim-type bearing seat;
the rim type bearing seat is provided with an inner ring and an outer ring which are connected with each other;
the periphery of the inner ring is provided with a bearing in a pressing way;
a clamping groove is arranged between the outer edge of the inner ring and the outer ring;
an elastic retainer ring is arranged in the clamping groove and used for axially fixing the bearing;
the outer part of the outer ring is provided with an annular air bag;
the inner side surface of the annular air bag is abutted against the outer ring surface, and the outer side surface of the annular air bag is connected with an annular combined bracket;
the annular combined bracket is connected with the frame.

The annular air bag 2 can be inflated and deflated, and the annular air bag 2 is connected with an inflating and deflating mechanism of the vehicle through an air valve 6. The inflation and deflation mechanism can be provided with a control electromagnetic valve, and a control module such as a controller and the like is arranged in the cab for automatic control to adjust the inflation and deflation amount.
The annular air bag 2 is used as an inflatable bearing mechanism of the supporting device, and the air pressure of the air bag is adjusted by inflating and deflating the inflating valve 6, so that the radial rigidity change of the supporting assembly is realized.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the annular combined bracket 1 is provided with a cross beam 11 and two longitudinal beams 12; one ends of the two longitudinal beams 12 are respectively connected with two ends of the cross beam 11.
The cross beam 11 is provided with at least two mounting holes 7 and is connected with the frame through bolts. The annular combined bracket 1 is also provided with a lantern ring 13; the inner surface of the lantern ring 13 is abutted with the outer side surface of the annular air bag 2; and a space is arranged between the lantern ring and the outer ring of the rim type bearing seat 3. The cross beam 11 and the two longitudinal beams 12 are sleeved on the outer side surface of the lantern ring 13.
Thus, the air bag is fixed on the inner side of the rim type bearing seat through the elastic retainer ring, the annular air bag is arranged on the outer side of the rim type bearing seat, and then the annular air bag is sleeved into the outer fixed support to be assembled into an assembly. The bearing and the air bag are respectively fixed inside and outside through the rim type bearing seat, and the air pressure in the air bag is adjusted through inflation and deflation, so that the radial rigidity of the support assembly can be changed. The air bag structure of the middle support has excellent buffering performance, the vibration impact of the rotation of the transmission shaft on the frame is relieved, and compared with a rubber support structure, the heat dissipation capacity of the bearing is improved; the radial rigidity of the middle support can be further changed by charging and discharging the air pressure of the air-conditioning air bag, so that the resonance frequency of the whole vehicle in the running process is avoided or disturbed. The purposes of reducing the noise of the whole vehicle and improving the driving comfort are achieved.
The invention also provides an assembly method based on the air bag type intermediate support device for the transmission shaft of the commercial vehicle, which comprises the following steps:
the bearing is pressed into the rim type bearing seat, and the elastic retainer ring is arranged in the clamping groove on the inner side of the bearing seat to axially fix the bearing;
the inner side of the rim type bearing seat is provided with an inflating valve, and the outer side of the rim type bearing seat is provided with an annular air bag;
the assembled rim type bearing seat and the annular air bag are plugged into the annular combined support, the annular air bag is inflated through the inflating valve, when sufficient air pressure is achieved, the annular air bag expands and becomes large, the inner diameter of the annular air bag is fixed to the rim type bearing seat, and the outer portion of the annular air bag is fixed to the annular combined support;
sufficient air pressure is supplemented according to the bearing requirement of the bearing.

a clamping groove is arranged between the outer edge of the inner ring and the outer ring;
an elastic retainer ring (5) is arranged in the clamping groove, and the elastic retainer ring (5) is used for axially fixing the bearing (4);
the outer part of the outer ring is provided with an annular air bag (2);
the inner side surface of the annular air bag (2) is abutted against the outer annular surface, and the outer side surface of the annular air bag (2) is connected with an annular combined bracket (1);
the annular combined bracket (1) is connected with the frame.

8. An assembling method for assembling the air bag type intermediate bearing device for a propeller shaft of a commercial vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
the bearing is pressed into the rim type bearing seat, and the elastic retainer ring is arranged in the clamping groove on the inner side of the bearing seat to axially fix the bearing;
the inner side of the rim type bearing seat is provided with an inflating valve, and the outer side of the rim type bearing seat is provided with an annular air bag;
the assembled rim type bearing seat and the annular air bag are plugged into the annular combined support, the annular air bag is inflated through the inflating valve, when sufficient air pressure is achieved, the annular air bag expands and becomes large, the inner diameter of the annular air bag is fixed to the rim type bearing seat, and the outer portion of the annular air bag is fixed to the annular combined support;
supplementing enough air pressure according to the bearing requirement of the bearing;
is assembled on the rotating shaft of the vehicle transmission shaft through the inner surface of the bearing;
