In order to effectively improve the crushing efficiency and quality of waste tires; as shown in fig. 1-3, the pulverizing mechanism includes two first pulverizing rollers 22, two second pulverizing rollers 23, two gears 24, a third motor 25 and two second belts 27, the third motor 25 is fixed on the outer wall of the back of the pulverizing box 5 through a support plate, the two first pulverizing rollers 22 and the two second pulverizing rollers 23 are fixed on the inner walls of the front and the back of the pulverizing box 5 through bearings, the two second belts 27 are respectively sleeved on one end of each of the first pulverizing rollers 22 and the end of each of the second pulverizing rollers 23 close to the back of the pulverizing box 5, the two gears 24 are respectively sleeved on one end of each of the two second pulverizing rollers 23 close to the pulverizing box 5, the two gears 24 are engaged with each other, an output shaft of the third motor 25 is connected with one end of one of the second pulverizing rollers 23 through a coupler, and the inner walls 20 are welded on the opposite side of the pulverizing box 5 close to both sides of the through hole; when the waste tire crusher is used, the third motor 25 is started, the third motor 25 drives one of the second crushing rollers 23 to rotate, and meanwhile, the other second crushing roller 23 is driven to rotate in a mode that the two gears 24 are meshed with each other, the second belt 27 is sleeved at one end of each of the first crushing rollers 22 and one end of each of the second crushing rollers 23, therefore, the fact that each of the first crushing rollers 22 and each of the second crushing rollers 23 can rotate towards opposite directions is promoted, the axle centers of the two first crushing rollers 22 and the two second crushing rollers 23 form a ladder shape, when a waste tire falls onto the two first crushing rollers 22, the problem that the waste tire is slowly crushed when the conventional crushing rollers crush the waste tire is solved, and the crushing efficiency and the crushing quality of the waste tire are further improved.
In order to promote the dust removal effect when the waste tires are crushed; as shown in fig. 1-3, a water tank 15 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the crushing tank 5 through bolts, a water pump 26 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the crushing tank 5 close to the water tank 15 through a support, an input port of the water pump 26 is connected with the outer wall of one side of the water tank 15 through a connecting pipe, rectangular guide pipes 10 are fixed on the outer walls of four corners of the top of the crushing tank 5 through support rings, an output port of the water pump 26 is connected with a water pipe 12 through threads, one end of the water pipe 12 is connected with one side of the rectangular guide pipe 10 through threads, and spray heads 13 distributed equidistantly are connected on the outer wall of the; during the use, through starting water pump 26, water in water tank 15 is taken out to water pump 26 to in leading-in rectangular pipe 10 through connecting pipe and water pipe 12, again by in leading-in a plurality of shower nozzles 13 of rectangular pipe 10, through shower nozzle 13 spun water, can effectively adsorb the dust that junked tire collapsed when junked tire surface and crushing, thereby effectively guaranteed the cleanliness when junked tire smashes, improved junked tire kibbling validity.
In the embodiment, when the first motor 9 is started, the first motor 9 drives the belt pulley on the rotating shaft to rotate, and drives one of the transmission rollers to rotate through the first belt 21, at this time, under the action of the rotating transmission roller, the transmission belt 8 starts to work, waste tires are placed on the transmission belt 8, the waste tires are slowly conveyed to one end of the transmission belt 8 and then fall into the crushing box 5, the third motor 25 is started, the third motor 25 drives one of the second crushing rollers 23 to rotate, and simultaneously, the other second crushing roller 23 is driven to rotate through the mutual meshing manner of the two gears 24, and one end of each of the first crushing roller 22 and the second crushing roller 23 is sleeved with the second belt 27, so that the first crushing roller 22 and the second crushing roller 23 can simultaneously rotate in opposite directions, and the axle centers of the two first crushing rollers 22 and the two second crushing rollers 23 form a ladder shape, when the junked tires fall on the grinding device, the two first grinding rollers 22 can effectively ensure that the junked tires are turned into the center of a trapezoid and are ground by the two second grinding rollers 23, during the period, the water pump 26 is started, the water pump 26 pumps out the water in the water tank 15, the water is guided into the rectangular conduit 10 through the connecting pipe and the water pipe 12 and then is guided into the plurality of spray heads 13 through the rectangular conduit 10, the water sprayed by the spray heads 13 can effectively adsorb the surfaces of the junked tires and dust generated by the junked tires during grinding, next, the ground tires are guided into the granulation box 3 through the inclined guide plate 19 and the guide plate, the second motor 14 is started, the second motor 14 drives the threaded rod 17 to rotate, the rotating threaded rod 17 drives the two sliding blocks 29 on one side of the extrusion plate 16 to slide in the sliding grooves, so that the extrusion plate 16 is promoted to extrude the ground tires, and the bottom of the extrusion plate 16 is provided with the cutter 28 and the granulation groove 30, effectively promoting the separation of the rubber and the steel wire.

The waste tire crushing and sorting device comprises a granulation box (3), a material guide box (4), a crushing box (5) and a fixing frame (6), and is characterized in that a conveying mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the fixing frame (6), a feed inlet (11) is formed in the outer wall of the top of the crushing box (5), a crushing mechanism is arranged inside the crushing box (5), a through hole is formed in the outer wall of the bottom of the crushing box (5), the outer wall of the top of the material guide box (4) is connected with the outer wall of the bottom of the crushing box (5) through bolts, a material guide hole is formed in the outer wall of one side of the material guide box (4), an inclined guide plate (19) is arranged on the inner wall of one side, close to the material guide hole, of the crushing box (5), the granulation box (3) and the material guide box (4) are connected through two partition plates (18), the same guide plate is welded on the outer wall of one, the inner walls of the top and the bottom of the granulation box (3) are respectively provided with the same threaded rod (17), the outer wall of the front surface of the granulation box (3) is provided with a baffle (1), a discharge hole is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the front surface of the baffle plate (1), material conveying plates (2) are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the discharge hole, an output shaft of a second motor (14) is connected with the top end of a threaded rod (17) through a coupler, two sliding grooves are arranged on the inner wall of one side of the granulation box (3), and the inner walls of the two chutes are provided with the same extrusion plate (16), the outer wall of one side of the extrusion plate (16) is welded with two sliding blocks (29), the extrusion plate (16) is sleeved on the circumferential outer wall of the threaded rod (17), the outer wall of the bottom of the extrusion plate (16) is welded with a mounting plate (31), the outer wall of the bottom of the mounting plate (31) is provided with granulation grooves (30) which are distributed at equal intervals, and the outer wall of the bottom of the extrusion plate (16) is welded with a cutter (28) which is arranged intermittently with the granulation groove (30).
2. The junked tire crushing and sorting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein two pairs of conical blocks (32) are welded to the inner wall of each granulating tank (30), and elastic protrusions (33) are welded to the inner wall of the top end of each granulating tank (30).

The scrap tire smashing and sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises two fixing plates (7), a conveying belt (8), a first motor (9) and a first belt (21), the two fixing plates (7) are arranged on outer walls of two sides of the top of the fixing frame (6), and driving rollers are fixed on the outer walls of two opposite sides of two ends of each fixing plate (7) through bearings.

The scrap tire crushing and sorting device according to claim 3, wherein two ends of the conveyor belt (8) are respectively sleeved on the circumferences of the two driving rollers, one side of the first motor (9) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the fixed frame (6) through a support plate, and an output shaft of the first motor (9) is provided with a rotating shaft which penetrates through one end of the support plate.
5. The scrap tire crushing and sorting device according to claim 4, wherein the rotating shaft and one end of one of the driving rollers are respectively sleeved with a belt pulley, and two ends of the first belt (21) are respectively sleeved on the circumferences of the two belt pulleys.

The scrap tire crushing and sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the crushing mechanism comprises two first crushing rollers (22), two second crushing rollers (23), two gears (24), a third motor (25) and two second belts (27), the third motor (25) is fixed on the outer wall of the back surface of the crushing box (5) through a support plate, and the two first crushing rollers (22) and the two second crushing rollers (23) are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the front surface and the inner wall of the back surface of the crushing box (5) through bearings.

The scrap tire crushing and sorting device according to claim 6, wherein the two second belts (27) are respectively sleeved on one end of each of the first crushing roller (22) and the second crushing roller (23) close to the back of the crushing box (5), and the two gears (24) are respectively sleeved on one end of each of the two second crushing rollers (23) close to the crushing box (5).

The junked tire crushing and sorting device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the two gears (24) are engaged with each other, the output shaft of the third motor (25) is connected with one end of one of the second crushing rollers (23) through a coupling, and the material guide plate (20) is welded to the inner wall of the opposite side of the crushing box (5) close to the two sides of the through hole.

The scrap tire crushing and sorting device according to claim 1, wherein a water tank (15) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the crushing box (5), a water pump (26) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the crushing box (5) close to the water tank (15), an input port of the water pump (26) is connected with the outer wall of one side of the water tank (15) through a connecting pipe, and rectangular guide pipes (10) are fixed on the outer walls of four corners of the top of the crushing box (5) through support rings.

The scrap tire crushing and sorting device according to claim 9, wherein the water pipe (12) is arranged at the output port of the water pump (26), one end of the water pipe (12) is connected with one side of the rectangular guide pipe (10) through threads, and the spray heads (13) are arranged on the outer wall of the opposite side of the rectangular guide pipe (10) and are distributed at equal intervals.
