The invention controls the components, the coil weight and the temperature in the production process of the raw material steel coil in the pretreatment stage, combs the head-tail direction of the raw material steel coil, and bends the head and the tail of the raw material steel coil, so that the produced high-speed cold-rolled steel is not easy to have the problems of winding, breaking, deformation and the like, and the production quality and the efficiency of the high-speed cold-rolled steel are improved.
