Technical Field

Background
The cogging mill is a two-roller reversible mill, is suitable for rough rolling, and is ideal mill equipment for rolling plain carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high-temperature alloy, copper, aluminum and the like. At present, the rolling mill equipment for realizing the metal rolling process mainly comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a two-roller reversible rolling mill, a tilting gear, a guide device and the like.
The conventional steel rolling process generally adopts a plurality of rolling units for continuous rolling, wherein in a continuous rolling production line, the continuous rolling unit is a core device of the whole production line and is a key for stable operation of the whole production line, and the continuous rolling unit has the advantages of complex equipment, high automation degree and high equipment precision and determines the production efficiency of the whole production line. The continuous rolling unit is formed by combining, distributing and cooperatively finishing the whole rolling process by a plurality of similar rolling mills.
In the steel rolling process, the rolling mill guide plate is a device for controlling rolled pieces to enter or leave a roller. The guide and guard are usually made of cast iron and, in the case of certain small rolling mills, also of steel. The rolling process must introduce the incoming product into the correct pass and raise it precisely to the correct height required to complete the rolling of the desired target steel part. Because the guide beam and the guide plate of the existing cogging mill are separated, the guide plate is generally directly placed on the guide beam when a roller is installed, and the head of the guide plate is contacted with the groove bottom of a roll pass. In the rolling process, the hole guide plates are not fixed, so that various defects exist. In modern rolling mills, the feeding speed of the finishing stand is very high, which is prone to faults, resulting in the rolled piece being mistakenly inserted into the pass and "bent" or being disorderly passed on the plane of the rolling mill, which is not only dangerous, but also causes great loss and waste in rolling time and materials. Meanwhile, the existing rolling mill guide and guard plate structure is difficult to roll square flat steel, and has the problems that the positioning precision of a guide roller gap is not high, a rolled piece is easy to deform and not uniform, the appearance of the rolled square flat steel is poor, the precision is not high and the like. Therefore, the structure of the existing rolling mill needs to be improved.

The present invention is directed to solving the above problems, and provides a two-stand reversible rolling apparatus for rolling flat steel and a rolling method thereof. The two-stand reversible rolling method provided by the invention can be well used for rolling the square flat steel, the guide roller gap positioning precision of the device is high, the supporting force is strong, the rolled square flat steel has good appearance and high precision, and meanwhile, the stable operation of a workpiece on a roller way can be well ensured, and the quality problems of rhombus, distortion, error entry of a rolled piece into a hole pattern, bending and inclination, disordered penetration on the plane of a rolling mill and the like can be avoided.

Experimental example 1
