Background

In the aspect of the electric power system, the traditional desktop exhaust hood only has an exhaust function, the function is single, and one test bed is generally matched with an exhaust interval. When an experimenter needs to connect the power to an instrument in an exhaust hood, the experimenter usually cannot find a socket at a proper position and needs to be connected with a power strip. The test bed at the center of the laboratory is more inconvenient to connect electricity, and finally, the ground is easy to have some plug-in cables, so the test bed is unsafe and not beautiful.
In the aspect of an air source system, a steel cylinder is usually arranged in a laboratory when gas is needed, the laboratory is not attractive and inconvenient to use, and the laboratory needs to be dragged away when the laboratory is used.
Pollution problem, when experimenters do experiments to pollute human bodies and the surrounding environment, the discharged gas is harmful to the atmosphere and people.

Detailed Description
A multifunctional modular foldable hood according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, a multifunctional modularized foldable hood according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a vertical column 1, a top 2 fixed on the vertical column 1, a top foldable window 3 and a side foldable window 4 installed on the vertical column 1, a double-sided air duct 5 fixed on the upper end of the vertical column 1, an air spring 6 having both ends fixed on the top foldable window 3 and the double-sided air duct 5, respectively, a rack 7 fixed under the top 2, and an air valve 8 fixed on the upper portion of the double-sided air duct 5, wherein the double-sided air duct 5 and the air valve 8 are communicated with each other, the top foldable window 3 includes a top upper window frame 31 hinged and fixed on the bottom of the double-sided air duct 5, a top front window frame 32 hinged and fixed on the end of the top upper window frame 31, and an upper transparent window 33 fixed in the top upper window frame 31 and the top front, The roller 34 is installed at the end of the top front window frame 32, the side folding window 4 comprises a side front window frame 41 hinged and fixed at the side of the upright post 1, a side rear window frame 42 hinged and installed with the side front window frame 41, and side transparent windows 43 fixed in the side front window frame 41 and the side rear window frame 42 respectively, and a top folding window 3 and two side folding windows 4 respectively positioned at the two sides of the top folding window are spliced with each other to form a single-side ventilation hood.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a baffle 11 is disposed on the column 1 near the table top 2, and the baffle 11, the air valve 8 and the double-sided air duct 5 cooperate with each other to form an exhaust system of the folding exhaust hood according to the embodiment of the present invention. The inside baffle 12 that is provided with of two side ventiduct 5, baffle 12 divide into two wind channels of mutual independence with two side ventiduct 5, and do not communicate each other between two wind channels, are provided with two wind gaps from top to bottom on each wind channel. Each air duct is provided with an upper air inlet and a lower air inlet, and the two air inlets can exhaust air in a space formed by the top folding window 3, the side folding window 4, the table board 2, the guide plate 11 and the transverse bridge module. Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, a clean air hood 13 is disposed above the air valve 8, the clean air hood 13 includes a clean air hood case 131 and a replaceable filter element 132 disposed inside the clean air hood case 131, and the replaceable filter element 132 includes a first filter element for adsorbing the organic volatile solvent and a second filter element for adsorbing the inorganic volatile solvent, which can be used for filtering the organic volatile solvent and the inorganic volatile solvent, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, a cross bridge module 14 is arranged above the table top 2, a gas overlock 141, a mesh panel 142, a socket panel 143, a cross bridge frame 144, a cross bridge panel 145 and a wind valve switch panel 146 are arranged on the cross bridge module 14, and the cross bridge module 14 is installed on the upright post 1.
The top folding window 3 and the side folding window 4 of the folding exhaust hood provided by the embodiment of the invention can be folded, and the two parts can be unfolded to be used as a desktop exhaust hood, so that the functions of a common experiment table can be restored after the folding exhaust hood is stored and folded, and the folding exhaust hood also integrates functional modules for power supply, air supply and the like, and can expand the functions of the experiment table. Specifically, a strong-current quick plug, a weak-current quick plug and a gas circuit quick plug are mounted on the upright post 1. The two air ducts respectively exhaust air in areas on two sides of the experiment table. Two air valves are arranged above the double-side air duct 5, each air valve corresponds to one air duct, the air ducts are exhausted or not exhausted through opening and closing control of the air valves, air pipes are abutted to the system exhaust pipes above the air valves, and the system exhaust provides exhaust power for the whole exhaust hood. The air purifying module with the air purifying filter element can be integrated above the air valve, the lower part of the air purifying module is connected with the air valve, an air outlet is reserved above the module, and the air pipe can be butted with a system exhaust pipe.
The exhaust hood integrated in the embodiment of the invention can be flexibly switched between two modes of restoring a desktop and recovering the appearance of the exhaust hood under two states of folding and unfolding, so that the exhaust hood can be quickly folded and stored when not needed, the exhaust function of a coating space can be realized by folding and unfolding when needed, the simple and labor-saving effect can be realized by means of the matching use of the air spring and the rollers, and the state in the exhaust hood can be conveniently observed by the transparent observation windows at the top of the front side and the two sides.
