The control principle of the rotary multi-row separator provided by the invention is as follows: pressing a start button, starting a J machine to switch on a power supply, simultaneously switching on a deviation rectifying button, and switching on an automatic power-on deviation rectifying module to carry out automatic deviation rectification; starting a power supply with the power supply model of SE-450-24, and supplying power to a weighing control module, a weight checking motor driver, a qualified product motor driver, an out-of-tolerance product/unqualified product motor driver and a man-machine interaction module PMI; the weighing control module 1WPC receives a detection signal of the weight sensor, when the weight detected by the weight sensor reaches a set value, the weighing control module 1WPC controls the qualified product motor driver, the weight to be detected is enabled to rotate to put the to-be-detected product onto the qualified product conveying device, when the weight detected by the weight sensor does not reach the set value or exceeds the set value, the weighing control module 1WPC controls the out-of-tolerance product/unqualified product motor driver, the weight to be detected is enabled to rotate to send the to-be-detected product onto the qualified product conveying device, and after the qualified product motor driver and the out-of-tolerance product/unqualified product motor driver rotate, the weighing scale disk rotating shaft is driven to rotate leftwards or rightwards to return to the original position.
Referring to fig. 3, a circuit structure diagram of a main control module according to the present invention is shown;
as shown in fig. 3, the power supply is a 450W power supply with an output voltage of 24V, and is externally connected with an ac voltage of 220V, and fuses of power switches K1 and 25A are arranged on the externally connected power supply line to protect the input voltage; when the power-on switch K1 is switched on, the electrified automatic deviation rectifying module is started immediately, the J deviation rectifying 1 module connected with the rotary scale pan is started, the rotary scale pan is controlled to return to the initial position, the start button K is pressed, the J start button of the rotary multi-row sorting machine is pressed, the starting state is established, the rotary scale pan weighs the article above the rotary scale pan and sends the weighing result to the weighing control module 1WPC, when the weight of the weighed article is within the limit range set by the qualified product, the output OUT2 of the weighing control module 1WPC outputs a signal, the weighing motor driver connected with the output end of the control relay J2 drives the motor to rotate rightwards, the rotary scale pan connected with the motor driver rotates rightwards for a certain angle, and the article on the rotary scale pan falls into the qualified product output belt below under the action of the gravity; after the rotation is finished, the J deviation rectifying 1 module is started to control the weighing motor driver to rotate leftwards for resetting; when the weight of the weighed object is larger than or smaller than the set limit range of the qualified product, the output end OUT1/3 of the weighing control module 1WPC outputs a signal, wherein OUT1 is a set lower limit, OUT3 is a set upper limit, a weighing motor driver connected with the output end of a control relay J1 drives a motor to rotate to the left, a rotary scale pan connected with the motor driver rotates to the left for a certain angle, and the object on the rotary scale pan falls into a lower rejecting conveyor belt under the action of gravity; after the rotation is finished, the J deviation rectifying 1 module is started to control the weighing motor driver to rotate rightwards for resetting; the rotation angle of the rotary scale tray can be set according to requirements, so that the object to be detected on the rotary scale tray can fall onto a qualified product conveying device or an out-of-tolerance product/unqualified product conveying device below along with the rotation of the rotary scale tray; the weighing control module is connected with the man-machine interaction module PMI through an RS-485 interface to realize data communication; after the power supply of the weighing control module 1WPC is switched on, the qualified product motor driver and the rejecting motor driver are started to drive the driving shaft motor and reject electricity to rotate, and qualified products and out-of-tolerance products/unqualified products are conveyed.

a frame;
the blanking device is arranged on the rack and used for receiving and transmitting the object to be detected;
the intelligent weight-checking and sorting unit comprises a rotary scale pan and a weighing sensor, is arranged below the blanking device, and is used for receiving the to-be-detected object transmitted by the blanking device and weighing, classifying and outputting the to-be-detected object;
the qualified product conveying device is arranged below the rotary scale pan and used for receiving and conveying the weighed qualified products;
the out-of-tolerance/unqualified product conveying device is arranged below the rotary scale and is used for receiving and conveying the weighed unqualified product;
and the electronic box is arranged above the rear part of the rack and is used for controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the rotary scale tray to classify the articles to be detected by utilizing the weighing output signal.

The rotary multi-column automatic checkweigher separator according to claim 1, wherein a main control module, a power supply and a motor driver are arranged in the electric box, the main control module comprises an automatic deviation rectifying module, a relay module and a weighing control module, the output end of the power supply module is connected with the automatic deviation rectifying module, the weighing control module and the motor driver, the output end of the weighing control module is connected with the automatic deviation rectifying module and the relay module, and the output end of the relay module is connected with the motor driver.

The rotary multi-row automatic checkweigher separator according to claim 2, wherein the rotary scale pan is connected to the output of the motor driver and positioned below the outlet end of the blanking unit, and a weight sensor is provided at the bottom of the rotary scale pan; the output end of the weight sensor is connected with the main control module; the rotary scale pan is connected with the output end of the motor driver through a scale pan rotating shaft.

The rotary multi-row automatic check weighing separator according to claim 1, wherein said blanking device comprises a blanking mounting plate, a blanking fixing beam and a blanking groove; the blanking mounting plate is fixedly mounted on the frame, the blanking fixing cross beam is fixed at the upper end of the blanking mounting plate, and the blanking groove is fixed on the blanking fixing cross beam.

The rotary multi-column automatic weight-checking and sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein the qualified product conveying device comprises a driving shaft motor, a speed reducer, a qualified product conveying driving wheel, a qualified product conveying driven wheel and a qualified product conveying belt, the output end of the driving shaft motor is connected with the speed reducer, the output end of the speed reducer is connected with a driving rotating shaft, the qualified product conveying driving wheel is connected with the driving rotating shaft, the qualified product conveying driving wheel and the qualified product conveying driven wheel are provided with the qualified product conveying belt at the outer sides, and the output end of the driving shaft motor is connected with an electric box.
