Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that a doctor possibly inhales odor with germs when screwing up the bag mouth of the garbage bag, and the doctor infects germs, the invention has the technical problems that: provides a surgical non-contact sterilized cotton ball collector which can prevent doctors from being infected with bacteria.
The technical scheme is as follows: the surgical contactless sterilized cotton ball collector comprises a base, wherein a vertical plate is arranged on the base; the collecting mechanism is arranged on the vertical plate and is used for collecting used sterilized cotton balls; and the conveying mechanism is arranged on the vertical plate and is used for conveying the used sterilized cotton balls into the collecting mechanism.
In one embodiment, the collecting mechanism comprises a speed reducing motor, and the speed reducing motor is arranged on the base; the placing disc is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the speed reducing motor; the number of the supporting rods is at least two, and the supporting rods are fixedly connected to the side face of the vertical plate; the discharging pipe is fixedly connected between the supporting rods; the baffle ring is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the discharge pipe; and the packing key is arranged on one side, far away from the supporting rod, of the vertical plate.
In one embodiment, the conveying mechanism comprises a hinged plate which is hinged on one side of the vertical plate, which is close to the supporting rod, and the hinged plate is positioned above the supporting rod; the mounting frame is fixedly connected to the hinged plate and is contacted with the discharging pipe; a photoelectric sensor mounted on the upper side of the mounting frame; the first driving motor and the second driving motor are both bolted to the side face of the mounting frame; the first roller and the second roller are rotatably mounted on the upper side of the mounting frame, the first roller is connected with an output shaft of the first driving motor, and the second roller is connected with an output shaft of the second driving motor.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a bag mouth clamping mechanism, wherein the bag mouth clamping mechanism comprises a compression ring, and the compression ring is sleeved on the discharging pipe; the two sides of the pressing ring are provided with mounting grooves, the mounting grooves are provided with the stop blocks in a sliding mode, and the stop blocks are fixedly connected with the discharging pipe; the spring is connected between the stop block and the compression ring; the contact ring is fixedly connected to the upper side of the compression ring, and the contact ring is in contact with the mounting frame.
In one embodiment, the surgical contactless sterilized cotton ball collector further comprises a sealing mechanism, wherein the sealing mechanism comprises friction pipes, and at least two friction pipes are fixedly sleeved on the first roller and the second roller; the friction ring is sleeved on the friction pipe; the limiting column is fixedly connected to the outer side of the friction ring; the baffle is fixedly connected to the upper side of the mounting frame and is contacted with the limit column; the rotating plate is fixedly connected to the inner side of the friction ring and is contacted with each other.
In one embodiment, the cleaning device further comprises a cleaning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a placing frame, and the two sides of the top of the mounting frame are detachably connected with the placing frame; the water absorbing sponge is fixedly connected in the placing frame, and the first roller and the second roller are respectively contacted with the water absorbing sponge at two sides.
In one embodiment, the packaging machine further comprises a control box, the control box is fixedly connected to one side, close to the packaging key, of the vertical plate, the control box is located below the packaging key, a switching power supply, a control module and a power module are arranged in the control box, the switching power supply supplies power to the whole device, the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power module, a power master switch is connected to the power module through a circuit, and the control module is electrically connected with the power module; the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; the packing key and the photoelectric sensor are electrically connected with the control module, and the speed reducing motor, the first driving motor and the second driving motor are connected with the control module through peripheral circuits.
Advantageous effects
1. The bag mouth of the garbage bag can be screwed up through the collecting mechanism, so that a doctor is not required to manually screw up the bag mouth of the garbage bag, and the doctor is prevented from sucking air with germs, so that the doctor is prevented from being infected with germs.
2. The garbage bag can be pressed by the bag opening clamping mechanism, so that the garbage bag is prevented from falling off.
3. The installation frame can be sealed through the sealing mechanism, so that the smell of the used sterilized cotton balls is prevented from drifting out.
4. Residual disinfectant on the first roller and the second roller can be absorbed through the cleaning mechanism, so that the odor of the disinfectant is prevented from polluting the surrounding environment.

The doctor presses the power master switch to power on the device, then puts the disposal bag on the collection mechanism 4, the conveying mechanism 5 presses the disposal bag, the doctor can put the used sterilized cotton balls on the conveying mechanism 5, the control module controls the conveying mechanism 5 to work, the conveying mechanism 5 conveys the used sterilized cotton balls into the disposal bag, when the disposal bag is filled with the used sterilized cotton balls, the control module controls the collection mechanism 4 to work for 10 seconds to screw up the bag mouth of the disposal bag, thus the doctor is not required to screw up the bag mouth of the disposal bag manually, the doctor is prevented from sucking air with germs, the doctor is prevented from being infected with the germs, after 10 seconds, the control module controls the collection mechanism 4 to stop working, the doctor presses the power master switch again to cut off the device, and then the disposal bag is taken down.
The collecting mechanism 4 comprises a gear motor 41, a placing disc 42, supporting rods 43, a discharging pipe 44, a baffle ring 45 and a packing key 46, wherein the gear motor 41 is embedded in the base 1, the gear motor 41 is located on the right side of the vertical plate 3, the placing disc 42 is installed on an output shaft of the gear motor 41, two supporting rods 43 are connected to the upper portion of the right side of the vertical plate 3, the discharging pipe 44 is connected between the two supporting rods 43, the baffle ring 45 is connected to the lower portion of the outer side of the discharging pipe 44, and the packing key 46 is arranged on the upper portion of the left side of the vertical plate 3.
The doctor puts the disposal bag into discharging pipe 44, conveying mechanism 5 pushes down the disposal bag, when the disposal bag is filled with used sterilized cotton ball, the doctor presses packing key 46, packing key 46 sends out the signal, control module controls gear motor 41 to rotate 10 seconds after receiving the signal, gear motor 41 drives placing plate 42 to rotate, because the disposal bag is filled with used sterilized cotton ball, placing plate 42 can drive the disposal bag to rotate, tighten the sack of the disposal bag, after 10 seconds, control module controls gear motor 41 to stop rotating clockwise.
The conveying mechanism 5 comprises a hinged plate 51, a mounting frame 52, a photoelectric sensor 53, a first driving motor 54, a first roller 55, a second driving motor 56 and a second roller 57, wherein the upper part of the right side of the vertical plate 3 is rotationally connected with the hinged plate 51, the hinged plate 51 is positioned above the supporting rod 43, the mounting frame 52 is connected to the hinged plate 51, the photoelectric sensor 53 is mounted on the left side of the top of the mounting frame 52, the first driving motor 54 and the second driving motor 56 are mounted on the rear side of the top of the mounting frame 52, the first roller 55 is rotationally mounted on the left side of the second driving motor 56, the rear end of the first roller 55 is rotationally connected with the output shaft of the first driving motor 54, the second roller 57 is rotationally mounted on the right side of the top of the mounting frame 52, and the rear end of the second roller 57 is connected with the output shaft of the second driving motor 56.
After the device is electrified, the control module controls the photoelectric sensor 53 to work, the doctor can put the used sterilized cotton balls on the first roller 55 and the second roller 57, the photoelectric sensor 53 detects the used sterilized cotton balls, the photoelectric sensor 53 sends out a signal, the control module receives the signal and then controls the first driving motor 54 to rotate clockwise for 3 seconds and then rotate anticlockwise for 5 seconds, meanwhile, the control module controls the second driving motor 56 to rotate anticlockwise for 3 seconds and then rotate clockwise for 5 seconds, the first driving motor 54 drives the first roller 55 to rotate clockwise, the second driving motor 56 drives the second roller 57 to rotate anticlockwise, the used sterilized cotton balls are conveyed into the garbage bag, after 3 seconds, the control module controls the first driving motor 54 to rotate anticlockwise for 5 seconds, meanwhile, the control module controls the second driving motor 56 to rotate clockwise for 5 seconds, the first roller 55 is driven to rotate anticlockwise, the second driving motor 56 drives the second roller 57 to rotate anticlockwise, the control module stops rotating clockwise, and the control module stops rotating anticlockwise. After the power of the device is turned off, the photoelectric sensor 53 stops working.

The sealing mechanism 7 comprises a friction tube 71, friction rings 72, limiting columns 73, baffle plates 74 and rotating plates 75, wherein the friction tubes 71 are arranged at the front part and the rear part of the first roller 55, the friction tubes 71 are also arranged at the front part and the rear part of the second roller 57, the friction rings 72 are sleeved on each friction tube 71, the limiting columns 73 are connected to the outer sides of the friction rings 72, the baffle plates 74 are symmetrically connected to the left side and the right side of the top of the mounting frame 52, the four baffle plates 74 are respectively contacted with the four limiting columns 73, the rotating plates 75 are connected to the inner sides of the friction rings 72, and the two rotating plates 75 are mutually contacted.

Still including clean mechanism 8, clean mechanism 8 is including placing frame 81 and water absorbing sponge 82, and the both sides all are connected with through draw-in groove and buckle detachable in installation frame 52 top and are placed frame 81, all bond water absorbing sponge 82 in two placing frame 81, and left water absorbing sponge 82 contacts with first cylinder 55, and right water absorbing sponge 82 contacts with second cylinder 57.
The water absorbing sponge 82 can clean the first roller 55 and the second roller 57, absorb the residual disinfectant on the first roller 55 and the second roller 57, and prevent the odor of the disinfectant from polluting the surrounding environment.
