Abstract

Referring to fig. 1-4, the rolling brush with built-in cleaning water according to the present invention includes a roller body 1 and a lint 2 wrapped around the roller body 1; specifically, the fluff cloth 2 is in a strip shape and is obliquely wound on the roller body 1, the edges of the adjacent fluff cloth 2 are exactly aligned and are not overlapped, one end of the roller body 1 is provided with a motor driving end 13, and the other end is provided with a bearing end 14; when the roller body 1 is horizontally arranged on the ground cleaner, the motor driving end 13 is connected with a motor spindle, the bearing end 14 is fixedly arranged, and the roller body 1 and the fluff cloth 2 can be driven by the motor to rotate rapidly so as to clean the ground.
Furthermore, the interior of the roller body 1 is of a hollow structure, and end covers of a motor driving end 13 and a bearing end 14 of the roller body are respectively ultrasonically welded with corresponding end parts of the roller body 1, so that a closed cavity is formed in the interior of the roller body 1; wherein, a water filling port (not shown) is arranged on the end cover of the bearing end 14, through which clean water can be filled into the drum body 1, and a water filling port rubber plug 15 is arranged at the water filling port to plug the water filling port.
Furthermore, a plurality of water guide supports 11 are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the roller body 1, each water guide support 11 is provided with an inward water inlet 111 and an outward extending water outlet 112, the water outlet 112 extends into a butt joint gap of the fluff cloth 2, so that water from the water outlet 112 can rapidly wet fluff on the upper surface of the fluff cloth 2; when the roller brush is static, the water in the roller body 1 can not freely flow out due to the action of the water filtering cotton 12, and when the roller brush rotates, the water in the roller body 1 can slowly seep out to the fluff cloth 2 through the water inlet 111 and the water filtering cotton 12 due to centrifugal force.

As shown in fig. 5, after the roller brush filled with clean water in the roller body 1 is installed on a floor-scrubbing machine (not shown), when a motor (not shown) does not work, the roller brush is stationary, and the clean water in the roller body 1 cannot flow out freely due to the existence of the drainage cotton 12; when the motor works to drive the roller brush to rotate, the cleaning water can slowly seep out through the water filtering cotton 12 under the action of centrifugal force, and then the fluff cloth 2 is uniformly wetted, so that the ground can be effectively cleaned, and meanwhile, redundant water stains on the ground can not be caused; the air inlet holes are opened or closed at regular time, so that the air pressure inside the drum body 1 is maintained once with the atmospheric pressure, and thus the water inside the drum body 1 can flow out from the water outlet 112, and the outflow speed of the water inside the drum body 1 can be controlled.
