The bidirectional conveying type screen drum separating device has the characteristics of small damage to materials, good separating effect and convenience in maintenance.

The existing screen drum separating device adopts a roller with a central shaft to separate the peel and the pulp of melon crushed aggregates, an extension rod is arranged on the central shaft, the peel and the pulp of melon crushed aggregates are separated through the extension rod, melon seeds and melon pulp fall from through holes on the surface of the roller, but melon seeds obtained in the separating mode contain the melon pulp, and meanwhile the extension rod can damage the melon seeds, so that the melon seeds are not beneficial to product sales in the later stage.

The feeding crushing device consists of a feeding hopper, a breaking roller and a crushing roller. The feeding hopper is fixed at the upper left of the frame by bolts, and the breaking roller and the crushing roller are respectively assembled in the feeding hopper by clearance fit with the bearing to break and crush the melon; the lower end of the feeding funnel extends into the inner screen cylinder, and crushed skin, pulp and seed particles are conveyed into the inner screen cylinder.

Further, the transmission system mainly comprises a motor A, a large belt pulley, a V belt, a small belt pulley, a motor B and a gear rack mechanism. The motor A is fixed at the left lower part of the frame by bolts; the large belt wheel is matched with the motor A through a key; the V belt is assembled with the small belt pulley and the large belt pulley through clearance fit respectively; the small belt wheel is respectively matched with the breaking roller and the breaking roller through keys; the motor B is fixed on the frame by bolts and is positioned right above the inner screen cylinder; the pinion is keyed to the motor B.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the two-stage separation screening mode of the inner screen cylinder and the semicircular outer screen cylinder is adopted, so that the separation effect is good; the inner screen drum without a central shaft is driven by the gear rack, so that the melon seeds have low damage rate.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bidirectional conveying type screen drum separating device comprises a feeding crushing device, a screen drum separating device, a transmission system, a material collecting box (1) and a frame (10). The feeding crushing device comprises a feeding funnel (4), a breaking roller (15) and a crushing roller (3); the screen cylinder separating device consists of an inner screen cylinder (5), an inner conveying plate (11), an outer conveying plate (6) and a semicircular outer screen cylinder (9); the transmission system comprises a motor A (2), a large belt pulley, a V belt, a small belt pulley, a motor B (8), a gear rack mechanism and a frame (10).
As shown in figures 3, 5 and 6, the outer wall of the inner screen cylinder is provided with an outer conveying plate (6) which is arranged according to a spiral line, the outer conveying plate is connected with the inner screen cylinder through screws, the inner wall of the inner screen cylinder is provided with an inner conveying plate (11) which is arranged according to the spiral line, and holes A (20) and B (21) on the inner conveying plate are respectively connected with holes a (16) and B (17) of the inner screen cylinder through screws. The inner screen cylinder (5) is provided with a bearing limit groove (19), the bearing limit groove is positioned on the outer wall of the inner screen cylinder, and the left end and the right end of the inner screen cylinder are respectively supported and positioned by two bearings (12) and the axis of the inner screen cylinder at an angle of 120 degrees.
As shown in FIG. 4, the inner screen drum forms an angle of 20 degrees with the outer conveying plate and the inner screen drum forms an angle of 40 degrees with the inner conveying plate.
The use process of the bidirectional conveying type screen cylinder separating device is as follows: the motor A (2) drives the large belt pulley to rotate, the large belt pulley transmits power to the crushing roller (3) through the V belt and the small belt pulley, the crushing roller (3) transmits power to the breaking roller (15) through the V belt and the small belt pulley, the melon enters from the feeding hopper (4) and is broken by the breaking roller (15), the skin-pulp-seed mixture crushed by the crushing roller (3) is fed into the inner screen drum through the feeding hole (14), the motor B (8) drives the pinion (7), the pinion is meshed with the rack of the inner screen drum to drive the inner screen drum (5) to rotate, the skin-pulp-seed mixture is continuously conveyed to the opening on the right side of the inner screen drum by the inner conveying plate, the conveying process continuously stirs and spills the material, the seed-pulp mixture falls between the outer wall of the inner screen drum and the outer conveying plate through the sieve holes, and the melon skin is discharged from the opening on the right side of the inner screen drum under the action of the inner conveying plate (11), and the separation of the skin and the seed is realized; the seed pulp mixture is continuously conveyed to the left opening of the inner screen cylinder by the outer conveying plate, the pore diameter of the semicircular outer screen cylinder (9) is smaller than the grain diameter of the seed pulp, and is larger than the diameter of the seed pulp, the seed pulp passes through the pore of the semicircular outer screen cylinder, and the seed pulp is conveyed into the seed collecting box (1) by the outer conveying plate (6), so that seed pulp and seed separation is realized.
