Abstract
本发明的课题是在栽培植物时将病害、病虫害的预防所需的成本抑制得较低。一种农用垫(1),具备:底板(2);覆盖底板的盖构件(3);为了将由底板和盖构件形成的内部空间(4)与外部连通而贯穿设置于盖构件的孔(3a);收纳于内部空间中的硫粉末(5);和在将底板载置于土壤(10)上时使硫粉末接触土壤的机构(6)。能够采用形成于底板的开口(2a)和覆盖开口且载置硫粉末的纸(7)构成使硫粉末接触土壤的机构。所述农用垫可以设置杯(8),所述杯(8)在收纳了硫粉末的状态下其开口的底部与纸触接,且具有用于使收纳了硫粉末的空间与由底板和盖构件形成的内部空间连通的孔(8a)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于防止病害、病虫害并且栽培植物的农用垫。
背景技术
以往,为了预防植物尤其是农作物的病害、病虫害而使用各种农药。另外,为了增强农作物对病害等的抵抗性、谋求从病害等的早期恢复,也进行肥料的叶面散布等。
发明内容
但是,由于病虫害在短期间内大量发生的情况也多,因此需要频繁地散布农药等,存在成本增加的问题。另外,由于也存在对农药具有耐性的害虫、细菌,因此也需要使用多种农药。
因此,本发明是鉴于上述以往的植物的栽培方法中的问题而完成的,其目的是提供用于抑制预防病害、病虫害所需的成本并且栽培植物的农用垫。
为了达到上述目的,本发明涉及的农用垫,其特征在于,具备:底板;覆盖该底板的盖构件;为了使由所述底板和所述盖构件形成的内部空间与外部连通而贯穿设置于该盖构件的孔;收纳于所述内部空间中的硫粉末;以及在将所述底板载置于土壤上时使所述硫粉末接触土壤的机构。
根据本发明,通过硫粉末与土壤接触,从而在土壤中合成蛋氨酸、丙氨酸等氨基酸,通过土壤中的硫细菌群而使硫根区扩大,土壤的杀菌力提高。蛋氨酸和丙氨酸诱导蛋白,另外,若硫与土壤的接触期间变长,则硫细菌和光合细菌的硫化合物无机营养的绿色细菌绿菌属和红色细菌等的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素吸收光,由硫粉末产生亚硫酸气体,该亚硫酸气体从贯穿设置于盖构件的孔通过而被植苗的叶吸收,附着于叶的亚硫酸气体的臭味强烈,因此病害虫难以附于叶上,能够将以往使用的农药的量、种类抑制为1/3左右,能够降低植物的栽培所需的成本并实现作业的合理化。
在上述农用垫中,能够采用形成于所述底板的开口和覆盖该开口且载置所述硫粉末的纸构成使所述硫粉末接触土壤的机构。由此,仅通过将农用垫设置于土壤上,就能够通过纸润湿从而强度下降或者纸被土壤分解而使硫粉末接触土壤。
能够在上述农用垫中设置杯,所述杯在收纳了所述硫粉末的状态下其开口的底部与所述纸触接,且具有用于使收纳了所述硫粉末的空间与由所述底板和所述盖构件形成的内部空间连通的孔。由此,能够使杯的内部与农用垫的外部连通并且将硫粉末保持于农用垫内的规定的位置。
如以上所述,根据本发明,能够在栽培植物时将病害、病虫害的预防所需的成本抑制得较低。

具体实施方式
接下来,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。
图1表示本发明涉及的农用垫的一个实施方式,该农用垫1具备:底板2;覆盖底板2的盖构件3;为了使由底板2和盖构件3形成的内部空间4与外部连通而贯穿设置于盖构件3的孔3a;收纳于内部空间4中的硫粉末;以及在将底板2载置于土壤上时使硫粉末5接触土壤的机构(以下称为“接触机构”。)6等。
底板2是短边为6cm左右、长边为11cm左右的长方形的板,由聚乙烯或乙烯基树脂(vinyl)等塑料构成。在该底板2上贯穿设置有两个开口2a,所述开口2a为可排列四个后述的杯7的程度的长方形的开口。再者,该开口2a是上述接触机构6的一部分。
盖构件3是在其与底板2之间形成内部空间4并且覆盖底板2的上表面的构件,能够采用聚乙烯或乙烯基树脂等塑料来制造。贯穿设置于盖构件3的孔3a的数量和配置,能够设为例如3行×5列共计15个。再者,盖构件3通过粘接等而被固定于底板2。
作为接触机构6,具备:底板2的两个开口2a;和以堵塞底板2的开口2a的方式被粘接于底板2且载置硫粉末5的2张纸7。
另外,农用垫1具备杯(直径为1.2cm左右)8,所述杯8在收纳了硫粉末5的状态下其开口的底部被粘接于纸7,且具有用于使收纳了硫粉末5的空间与由底板2和盖构件3形成的内部空间4连通的孔8a。该杯8,按底板2的每个孔2a各设置4个,共计设置有8个,虽然省略图示,但在这些全部的杯8的内部收纳有硫粉末5。由此,能够将硫粉末5保持于农用垫1的规定的位置并且将后述的亚硫酸气体向外部释放。
进而,通过在盖构件3的上表面设置突出的增强部3b,能够提高农用垫1的强度。
接下来,参照图1和图2来对具有上述构成的农用垫1的设置例进行说明。
本发明涉及的农用垫1设置于土壤10上的植苗11的附近来使用。若将农用垫1设置于土壤10上,则通过纸7润湿从而强度下降或者纸7被土壤分解,从而收纳于杯8中的硫粉末5与土壤10接触。
通过硫粉末5与土壤10接触,从而在土壤10中合成蛋氨酸、丙氨酸等氨基酸,硫根区通过土壤中的硫细菌群而扩大,提高了土壤的杀菌力,能够在防止针对植苗11的根的炭疽病、白粉病(powdery mildew)、霜霉病(downy mildew)等病害的同时预防针对植苗11的根的由蚜虫、螨类导致的病虫害。
而且,若硫粉末5与土壤10的接触期间变长,则由硫粉末5产生亚硫酸气体,并经由杯8的孔8a和盖构件3的孔3a而从农用垫1的上部向外部释放。通过所释放的亚硫酸气体被植苗11的叶吸收,附着于叶的亚硫酸气体的臭味强烈,因此病害虫难以附于叶,尤其是对霜霉病、白粉病、菌核病、褐斑病的预防具有效果。再者,该亚硫酸气体,其85%以上被植苗11吸收,但由于是微量,因此对植苗11和其他植物的生长、进行大棚内作业的作业人员等的人体和周围的环境基本没有影响。
根据本发明,如上述那样仅通过设置农用垫1就能防止病害、病虫害,因此在能够将以往使用的农药的量降低至1/3左右的同时,也能将农药的种类抑制得较少,能够谋求成本削减。再者,设置上述农用垫1后,可在大约150天中发挥上述效果。
再者,在上述说明中,对由底板2的开口2a和纸7构成接触机构6、且硫粉末5与土壤10自动地接触的情况进行了说明,但是,为了使硫粉末5与土壤10更快地接触,例如也能代替纸7而设置以开闭底板2的开口2a的方式进行滑动的滑动构件,预先在该滑动构件上载置硫粉末5,在设置农用垫1时,使滑动构件滑动来敞开开口2a,由此通过手动来使硫粉末5和土壤10接触。
另外,贯穿设置于上述底板2以及盖构件3上的开口2a、孔3a的形状、数量、配置只不过是例示,能够考虑亚硫酸气体的扩散情况、硫粉末5与土壤10的接触情况来适当变更。
接下来,参照图3来对植物的栽培方法的参考例进行说明。
本参考例涉及的植物的栽培方法,在土壤10上的种植植苗11的位置的附近以直线状配置1条或2条的硫粉末21(在图示例中为2条)。在此,所配置的硫粉末21的量优选每公亩土壤10设为15~50kg左右。
接着,以使植孔22a位于距离配置于土壤10上的硫粉末21为4~50cm左右的位置的方式,用由乙烯基树脂、聚丙烯等形成的片(被覆构件)22覆盖土壤10后,在植孔22a中种植植苗11。
根据本参考例,通过硫粉末21与土壤10接触,提高土壤的杀菌力,能够在防止针对植苗11的根的病害的同时,预防针对植苗11的根的病虫害。另外,通过由硫粉末21产生的亚硫酸气体,使得病害虫难以附于叶。因此,在能够降低以往使用的农药的量的同时,也能将农药的种类抑制得较少,能够谋求成本削减。

1.一种农用垫,其特征在于,具备:
底板;
覆盖该底板的盖构件;
为了使由所述底板和所述盖构件形成的内部空间与外部连通而贯穿设置于该盖构件的孔;
收纳于所述内部空间中的硫粉末;和
在将所述底板载置于土壤上时使所述硫粉末接触土壤的机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用垫,其特征在于,使所述硫粉末接触土壤的机构由形成于所述底板的开口和覆盖该开口且载置所述硫粉末的纸构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农用垫,其特征在于,具备杯,所述杯在收纳了所述硫粉末的状态下其开口的底部与所述纸触接,且具有用于使收纳了所述硫粉末的空间与由所述底板和所述盖构件形成的内部空间连通的孔。
