All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. In the following embodiments, optional features and examples are provided in each embodiment, and various features described in the embodiments may be combined to form a plurality of alternatives, and each numbered embodiment should not be regarded as only one technical solution.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a telephone number marking method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a situation of telephone number marking, and the method may be implemented by a terminal, and may be implemented by software and/or hardware in the terminal. Referring to fig. 1, the telephone number marking method includes the steps of:
s110, when the incoming call event is received, whether the incoming call number is stored in the communication list is judged.
The terminal receives the incoming call event, which can be understood as that the terminal performs incoming call reminding on an incoming call number triggering the incoming call event, wherein the incoming call reminding can be vibration reminding or ring reminding, for example. After the terminal receives the incoming call event, the terminal user can select to answer the incoming call event or select to reject the incoming call event. After the terminal user answers the incoming call event, the terminal user can communicate with the incoming call number; and after the terminal user refuses the incoming call event, the terminal user does not communicate with the incoming call number. The terminal user can answer the incoming call event or reject the incoming call event by performing touch operation on a terminal screen, can answer the incoming call event or reject the incoming call event by pressing a terminal physical key, and can answer the incoming call event or reject the incoming call event by pressing a key of other equipment connected with the terminal, which is not specifically limited herein.
After receiving the incoming call event, the terminal can match the incoming call number triggering the incoming call event with the stored numbers in the communication list. If the stored number which is the same as the incoming call number is matched, the incoming call can be reminded according to the mark information corresponding to the stored number, for example, the mark information is displayed on a terminal screen, and/or the mark information is subjected to voice broadcast and the like; if the stored number which is the same as the incoming call number is not matched, the incoming call number is an unknown number, the processing of the steps S120-S130 can be carried out aiming at the incoming call event of the unknown number so as to obtain the marking information of the unknown number, and the unknown number is marked according to the marking information.
And S120, if not, starting a recording function to record the call voice with the first duration when the incoming call event is answered.
When the incoming call number is not stored in the communication list, the recording function can be started when the incoming call event is answered, and the call voice with the first duration is recorded. The call voice with the first duration can be used for identifying the marking information of the incoming call number. The first duration may be a fixed value, for example, 5s, 10s, or 15s, or may be a dynamically changing value, for example, the first duration may be equal to the call duration. Usually, when a user makes a call, the user introduces himself to the beginning of the call, for example, "here, x company xx" or "i am x", and so on, so a certain number of call samples can be collected, and the average duration from the start time of the call voice to the end time of the voice containing the flag information can be obtained based on big data statistics, and the average duration can be set as the first duration.
When the incoming call number is not stored in the communication list, the recording function can be automatically started, and the recording function can also be started after the user triggers the switch control of the recording function, for example, the recording function can be started after the user clicks the recording key, so that more friendly user interaction is realized.
By recording the call record with the first duration, a foundation can be laid for identifying the marking information of the incoming call number.
And S130, identifying marking information corresponding to the incoming call number according to the call voice, and marking the incoming call number according to the marking information.
The call voice may be recognized to obtain the tag information corresponding to the incoming call number, and the incoming call number may be tagged according to the tag information through a corresponding Application Programming Interface (API) in the terminal device, specifically, the incoming call number in the call record may be tagged with the corresponding tag information through the API.
Optionally, recognizing the tag information corresponding to the incoming call number according to the call voice includes:
carrying out voice segmentation on the call voice to obtain at least one voice block; performing voiceprint recognition on at least one voice block, and determining a voice block corresponding to the incoming call number in the at least one voice block; and carrying out voice recognition on the voice block corresponding to the incoming call number, and carrying out semantic analysis on the voice recognition result to obtain the marking information corresponding to the incoming call number.
The speech segmentation can be understood as a process of segmenting speech by taking pause of speech as a boundary. The specific steps of speech segmentation may be: converting voice audio into a waveform diagram; determining the pause time of the voice according to the oscillogram; and segmenting the voice according to the pause time of the voice. Wherein, in the oscillogram, the fluctuation frequency is low and approaches to zero when no sound exists; the oscillogram has a higher fluctuation frequency when it is voiced. Therefore, a time at which the fluctuation frequency is continuously low can be regarded as a pause time of the voice.
Wherein, because each person's vocal tract, oral cavity and nasal cavity have individual difference, consequently can carry out user's identification based on vocal print discernment. The voiceprint recognition can be performed based on traditional acoustic features, wherein the acoustic features can be Mel cepstral coefficients, perceptual linear prediction coefficients, depth features, energy regularization spectral coefficients and the like.
Speech recognition is understood to be the process of converting a speech signal into text. The specific steps of speech recognition may be to extract feature vectors of the speech to be recognized, and obtain a corresponding natural language sequence according to a set of extracted feature vectors that can characterize the speech. Among them, semantic analysis can be understood as a process of processing a natural language. The semantic analysis may be performed based on a deep learning technique, which may be, for example, a Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) technique.
Further, the voice segmentation of the call voice includes: and if the voice interval in the call voice is larger than the preset interval, performing voice segmentation on the call voice according to the voice interval.
Wherein, a speech interval may refer to a silence period existing between two speech blocks in a speech of a call. In the waveform corresponding to the call voice, a silent period in which the fluctuation frequency is continuously low may be used as the voice interval. When the voice interval is larger than the preset interval, the call voice before and after the voice interval is considered as two separated voice blocks. The voice blocks of the call voice can be intercepted according to the voice intervals in the call voice so as to complete the voice segmentation of the call voice. The preset time interval may be set to a fixed value, and may be 0.5s or 1s, for example.
Further, performing voiceprint recognition on at least one voice block, and determining a voice block corresponding to the incoming call number in the at least one voice block, includes:
performing voiceprint matching on at least one voice block according to preset voiceprint information, and identifying the successfully matched voice block as a voice block of a terminal user; and recognizing the rest voice blocks except the voice block of the terminal user in at least one voice block as the voice blocks corresponding to the calling number.
The voice of the terminal user can be prerecorded as training voice, the training voice can be subjected to operations such as feature extraction and model training, a voiceprint model of the terminal user is obtained, and the voiceprint model can be used as preset voiceprint information. The voiceprint matching is performed on at least one voice block according to preset voiceprint information, the voiceprint information of the at least one voice block can be extracted, similarity calculation is performed on the voiceprint information of the at least one voice block and the preset voiceprint information, and if the calculation result is higher than a preset expected value, the voice block can be identified as the voice block of the terminal user.
At least one voice block can be sequenced according to time sequence, and each voice block is respectively marked. The step of labeling each voice block may be to label each voice block as a voice block of an end user or a voice block of an incoming call number, so as to extract the voice block of the incoming call number according to the label.
Further, the label information includes name information and label information; correspondingly, semantic analysis is performed on the voice recognition result to obtain the marking information corresponding to the incoming call number, and the method comprises the following steps:
selecting name information in the voice recognition result according to a preset surname library, and taking the name information as name information corresponding to the incoming call number; and selecting the label information in the voice recognition result according to a preset label library, and taking the label information as the label information corresponding to the incoming call number.
The name information may be understood as the name of the user corresponding to the incoming call number, and the tag information may be understood as the category of the user corresponding to the incoming call number, for example, the tag information may be a service delivery, a property broker, an advertisement promotion, or the like. The sentence keywords can be preset, and the keyword speech block is selected from the speech blocks corresponding to the calling number according to the sentence keywords, wherein the sentence keywords can be, for example, "here is", "i is", or "i calls", etc. For example, when the key voice block is "i is three sales personnel of life insurance", the name information may be identified as "three sales" according to the preset surname library, and the tag information may be identified as "life insurance" according to the preset tag library.
In the telephone number marking method provided by the embodiment, when an incoming call event is received, whether the incoming call number is stored in a communication list is judged; if not, starting a recording function to record the call voice with the first duration when the incoming call event is answered; and identifying the marking information corresponding to the incoming call number according to the call voice, and marking the incoming call number according to the marking information. The embodiment of the invention provides a telephone number marking method, a telephone number marking device, a terminal and a storage medium, which realize automatic marking of telephone numbers.

The first tag information stored by the server may be generated from the tag information uploaded by each terminal, for example, if the number of times of the tag information uploaded by each terminal in a preset time is greater than a preset number of times, the first tag information may be generated according to the uploaded tag information. For example, if the number of times that the server receives the harassing call which is the mark information of a certain number and uploaded by each terminal is more than 200 times in a week, the server may generate and store the harassing call corresponding to the number, where the first mark information is "harassing call".
When the first mark information corresponding to the incoming call number triggering the incoming call event is stored in the server, the first mark information can be pushed to a terminal receiving the incoming call number. When the first tag information is different from the tag information corresponding to the incoming call number identified by the terminal according to the call voice, the terminal can update the first tag information and upload the updated tag information to the server, so that the server corrects the originally stored tag information according to the updated tag information uploaded by the terminal, and the real-time accuracy of the tag information pushed to the terminal by the server is ensured.
The telephone number marking method provided by this embodiment may further receive first marking information sent by the server when the incoming call event is received. In addition, the first tag information can be updated and reported to the server. Therefore, the server can update the marking information of the incoming call number, and the accuracy of the marking information pushed to the terminal by the server is ensured. In addition, the present embodiment has the same inventive concept as the above embodiments, and technical details that are not described in detail in the present embodiment can be referred to the above embodiments, and the present embodiment can achieve the same advantageous effects as the above embodiments.
