Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a remote video service handling method, which is applied to a management terminal, and the method may include the following steps:
step 101: acquiring user identity information after a video call connection is established between a management terminal and a user terminal;
step 102: acquiring a first file material uploaded by a user terminal in the process of managing business for a second user by a first user;
step 103: calculating the first file material through a message digest algorithm to obtain a first feature code;
step 104: storing the first file material into a pre-established database, and acquiring a first storage address of the first file material in the database;
step 105: creating an archived data packet comprising the name of the first file material, a first storage address, a first feature code, user identity information and service related information;
step 106: and sending the archived data packet to a blockchain file management system so as to store the archived data packet into the blockchain by the blockchain file management module.
In the embodiment of the invention, the remote video service transaction method provided by the invention obtains the user identity information of the management terminal and the user terminal which have established the video call connection and the file material uploaded by the user terminal by the second user in the service transaction process, calculates the file material through a message digest algorithm to obtain the feature code, obtains the storage address of the file material in the database, then creates an archive data packet containing the name, the storage address, the feature code, the user identity information and the service related information of the file material, and sends the archive data packet to the block chain file management system. Therefore, relevant data of a user in the service handling process can be stored in the block chain through the block chain file management module, so that the data in the service handling process can be traced and cannot be tampered, and the reliability of remote video service handling is improved.
It should be noted that the blockchain is an important concept of bitcoin, which is essentially a decentralized database, and is an underlying technology of bitcoin, which is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of bitcoin network transactions, and is used for verifying the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generating the next blockchain. The block chain has the characteristics of high safety, high transparency, high autonomy and the like, and the safety of data can be greatly improved.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the blockchain file management system adds the archived data packet containing the name of the first file material, the first storage address, the first MD5 code first feature code, the user identity information, and the service-related information to the blockchain, the archived data packet will be stored permanently, and a data record which is marked according to chronological order and is difficult to tamper is generated. Therefore, the traceability of the archived data packet can be ensured, the data counterfeiting conditions of different nodes at different time points can be greatly reduced, the data security is ensured, and the reliability of remote video service handling is improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the Message Digest Algorithm may be, for example, a fifth version of the Message Digest Algorithm (Message Digest Algorithm MD5), and the MD5 is a cryptographic hash function widely used in the field of computer security, where the Message Digest (MD) is not an abbreviation of information content, but a 128-bit (16-byte) signature obtained by mathematically transforming the original information according to the published MD5 Algorithm, that is, an MD5 code. The signature has irreversibility and high degree of discreteness.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first MD5 code first feature code obtained by the message digest algorithm MD5 through the message digest algorithm on the first file material is irreversible, that is, the information of the original first file material cannot be inferred only through the obtained first MD5 code first feature code. In addition, the first MD5 code has a high degree of discreteness, and specifically, the information in the first document material may cause a great change in the first feature code of the first MD5 code as long as a little change occurs. Therefore, the message digest algorithm MD5 is used for operating the first file material, the obtained first feature code of the first MD5 code is contained in the archived data packet and is stored in the blockchain by the blockchain file management module, the security of the data of the first file material can be guaranteed, and the reliability of the transaction of the remote video service is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal may be, for example, a remote Video tax teller terminal, which is also called a virtual tax teller Machine (VRM), and the VRM has two upper and lower display screens, a high-speed shooting instrument, a camera, an MIC audio input, a printer, and the like. It can be understood that after the taxpayer selects the remote video service transaction function according to the service requirement, the VRM sends a video call request to the management terminal, and if the management terminal does not respond, the video call request is put into a call request queue to be queued until the management terminal establishes a video call connection with the VRM. After the management terminal and the user terminal establish video call connection, the taxpayer and the tax staff are communicated face to face, and tax-related business handling is completed more efficiently. When the taxpayer needs to submit an application or a certification material in the service handling process, the high-speed shooting instrument device can shoot the paper material of the taxpayer to generate an electronic material and transmit the electronic material to the management terminal. In addition, when the taxpayer needs to receive the materials returned from the management terminal (such as a transaction result notice, receipt materials and the like), the management terminal can push the materials to the user terminal, call a printer for printing, and inform the taxpayer to take the printed materials away.
Based on the remote video service transaction method shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 105 creates an archived data packet including a name of the first file material, a first storage address, a first feature code, user identity information, and service-related information, including:
acquiring video call data between a first user and a second user in the process that the first user manages business for the second user;
storing the video call data into a database, and acquiring a second storage address of the video call data in the database;
an archived data package including a name of the first file material, the first storage address, the first feature code, the user identity information, the service related information, and the second storage address is created.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of handling business for the second user by the first user, the video call data between the first user and the second user is stored, so that the address, the file material name, the user identity information and the business related information for storing the submitted file material and the video call data in the process of handling business are all contained in the archive data packet, and finally, the archive storage in the block chain archive management system is realized. Therefore, the video call data between the first user and the second user in the business handling process can be traced but cannot be tampered, so that the process of handling the video remote business is transparent, and the reliability of handling the video remote business is improved.
Based on the remote video service transaction method shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, after the step 106 sends the archived data packet to the blockchain archive management system, so that the blockchain archive management module stores the archived data packet in the blockchain, as shown in fig. 2, the first user may also refer to the archived data packet in the following manner:
step 201: receiving a query instruction from a first user, wherein the query instruction is used for requesting to consult the first file material;
step 202: sending a data acquisition request to a block chain file management module according to the query instruction so as to acquire a first storage address and a first feature code from a block chain;
step 203: judging whether data with a storage address being the first storage address exists in the database according to the first storage address, if so, executing step 205, otherwise, executing step 204;
step 204: sending prompt information for indicating that the first file material is deleted to the first user;
step 205: acquiring a second file material with the storage address as the first storage address from the database, and calculating the second file material through a message digest algorithm to obtain a second feature code;
step 206: judging whether the first feature code is the same as the second feature code, if not, executing step 207, otherwise, executing step 208;
step 207: sending prompt information for indicating that the first file material is tampered to a first user;
step 208: and displaying the second file material to the first user so as to enable the first user to consult.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first user may select a specific service log to be referred to according to a query condition (for example, a taxpayer identification number, a taxpayer name, a service name, service transaction time, and the like), acquire a first storage address and a first feature code corresponding to the service log from the blockchain file management module, and if data whose storage address is the first storage address does not exist in the database, it indicates that the first file material has been deleted. And when the first file material is not deleted, namely the data with the storage address as the first storage address exists in the database, acquiring a second file material corresponding to the first storage address from the database. Each document material corresponds to a different feature code, that is, as long as the document material is changed, the feature code corresponding to the document material is also changed. Therefore, if the second feature code of the second document material is different from the obtained first feature code, it indicates that the first document material has been tampered, and if the second feature code is the same, it proves that the first document material has not been tampered, and the document information is presented to the first user for review by the first user. Therefore, when the first user refers to the service log, whether the related data of the service log is deleted or tampered can be judged through the technology, and therefore the reliability of remote video service handling is higher.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the feature code calculated by the message digest algorithm can uniquely represent the feature of the original information, and the condition that any information has the same feature code is generally considered to be impossible, so that it is ensured that data cannot be forged and tampered in the business handling process, and the security of the data is greatly improved. In addition, as long as the feature codes of the first file material and the second file material are different, the file material can be proved to be falsified, and the first user can analyze and search the reason according to the falsified prompt information of the file, so that the responsibility can be timely traced, and the reliability of the video remote service handling is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the second user transacts the 'lack acceptance' service through the remote video, namely when non-key data is deficient in the service transaction process, the second user accepts the data in advance under the condition that the second user promises to replenish the data, and the data submitted in the service transaction process is stored in the block chain. When the second user submits the deficient non-key data, the first user can trace the stored data and judge whether the stored data in the system is tampered, so that the second user completes service handling, the experience of the second user is enhanced, and the working pressure of the first user is reduced.
On the basis of the remote video service handling method shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the running states of the management terminal, the user terminal, and the blockchain file management module may also be monitored, specifically as follows:
monitoring the running states of the management terminal, the user terminal and the block chain file management module in the process of managing the business for the second user by the first user;
and if at least one of the management terminal, the user terminal and the block chain file management module is monitored to be abnormal in operation state, alarm information is sent to the first user and the second user.
In the embodiment of the invention, when monitoring that at least one of the management terminal, the user terminal and the block chain file management module has an abnormal operation state, on one hand, alarm information is sent to the first user, for example, a short message sending mode can be adopted, and a mail sending mode can be adopted to prompt the first user that the equipment has a fault in time, so that the first user can carry out troubleshooting and maintenance on the faulty equipment as soon as possible, and the fault deterioration and expansion influence on use and even accident loss are avoided; on the other hand, an alarm message is sent to the second user, for example, a message indicating a device failure is displayed on the display screen of the VRM, so that the second user can timely adjust the service processing schedule.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a management terminal.
