It should be noted that, before the application is filed, during the rush hour of taxi taking, the situation of insufficient capacity may occur, when the server receives the service request sent by the passenger, if there is no idle driver vehicle near the current passenger location, the driver who is about to complete the previous order may be allocated to the passenger, however, this may result in the passenger waiting time being too long to cancel the order, so that the passenger changes to another vehicle or places the order again.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiment, a detailed description will be given to a method for processing a service request disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for processing a service request according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: and sending a service request to a server, wherein the service request comprises an origin.
In a specific implementation process, the terminal sends a service request to the server, where the service request may include a departure place, it should be noted that the service request may also include a destination, a departure time, a number of passengers, and the like, and the terminal is a terminal used by a service requester. The starting place can be obtained by the terminal through positioning by the positioning device or through inputting an address by the service requester.
Step 102: and receiving prompt information of the service provider returned by the server, wherein the service provider is providing service for the last service requester, and the prompt information is used for informing the service requester corresponding to the service request of the reason for allocating the service provider.
In a specific implementation process, after receiving a service request sent by a terminal, a server matches the service provider for the service request, and if the capacity is insufficient, the server allocates the service provider that will complete the previous service request to the service requester, which should be noted that the server performs order allocation through a built-in algorithm. And after the corresponding service provider is allocated to the service requester, the server sends prompt information of the service provider to the terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for informing the service requester why the service provider executing the last service request task is allocated to the service requester. It is understood that in the taxi taking scene, the insufficient capacity means that no vehicle which is idle at present and meets the distribution condition is distributed to the passengers, and similarly, in the takeaway scene, the insufficient capacity means that no distributor which is idle at present and meets the distribution condition is distributed to the order taking users, and the distribution condition is preset in the server.
Step 103: and displaying the prompt information.
In a specific implementation process, after receiving the prompt message sent by the server, the terminal displays the prompt message on an interface of the terminal. Wherein the reminder may be "this is already the vehicle closest to you, the service provider will arrive before XX, please wait patiently". The location of the service provider may also be displayed on a map of the interface.
The embodiment of the invention displays the prompt information on the interface of the terminal, so that the service requester can know why the service provider which does not finish the previous service request is allocated to the service requester, and the service requester can sense the current transport capacity situation at the moment, more pleasantly wait, reduce the possibility of canceling the service request and greatly improve the matching rate of the service request.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after sending the service request to the server, the method further includes:
and receiving service provider information returned by the server, and displaying the service provider information, wherein the service provider information comprises distance information between the service provider and the place of departure and/or arrival time required by the service provider to reach the place of departure.
In a specific implementation process, the server may further send service provider information of the service provider to the terminal, where the service provider information may include information about a distance between a location where the service provider is located and an origin in the service request, and may further include an arrival time at which the service provider expects to arrive at the origin in the service request. And after receiving the distance information and the arrival time, the terminal displays the distance information and the arrival time on the interface. It should be noted that the distance information may be a straight-line distance between the position of the service provider and the departure place of the service requester, or a distance planned by the server and actually traveled by the service provider according to the route, taking a car-ordering as an example, that is, the service provider first sends the previous passenger to the previous order destination, and then reaches the departure place of the service request from the previous order destination. The arrival time may be calculated from a straight distance or an actual distance traveled.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the received distance information and the arrival time are displayed on the interface, so that the service requester can master the state of the service provider in real time, and the experience of the service requester is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after receiving the service provider information returned by the server, the method further includes:
and displaying the distance information and the arrival time in a bubble prompt box above the vehicle of the service provider on a map in an interface.
In a specific implementation process, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a taxi taking interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, when distance information and time are displayed, the distance information and the time may be displayed in a bubble hint box above a vehicle corresponding to the service provider in a map, where it should be noted that the vehicle displayed on the map is an actual location of the vehicle, and "the service provider is about to complete a previous ticket, which is XX kilometers away from you and X minutes" may be displayed in the bubble hint box. In addition, the prompt information may be displayed above the display card of the service provider in the taxi taking interface, or the information in the bulletin board may be updated to the prompt information, and it should be noted that the prompt information may also be displayed at other positions in the taxi taking interface, so as to play a role in prompting passengers, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the prompt information is displayed above the display card of the service provider, and the distance information and the arrival time are displayed in the bubble prompt box above the vehicle of the map service provider, so that the service requester can know the state of the service provider, and the service requester can acquire the state of the service provider in real time.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the service provider information further includes a destination of the previous service request, and the method further includes:
and displaying the destination of the last service request on a map of an interface.
In a specific implementation process, the server may further include a destination of the previous service request in the service provider information sent to the terminal, where, for example, taking a network appointment, the destination of the previous service request refers to a destination of a passenger that the service provider is carrying the previous service request. After receiving the destination of the previous service request, the terminal displays the destination of the previous service request on a map, and displays a route traveled by the service provider from the current position to the destination of the previous service request, and during the period, the service provider can know the real-time state of the service provider, and can agree with the service provider to use a place between the place of departure and the destination of the previous service request as the place of departure, so that the service provider can provide corresponding services for the service provider as soon as possible, and the time of the service provider and the service provider is saved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after displaying the distance information and the arrival time, the method further includes:
and updating the distance information and the arrival time in real time.
In a specific implementation process, the server monitors the position of a vehicle of a service provider in real time, after new position information of the vehicle is acquired, new arrival time is calculated according to the new position information and a departure place, then the new position information and the new arrival time are sent to the terminal, and after the terminal receives the new position information and the new arrival time, the position information and the arrival time displayed on the interface are updated, namely the new position information and the new arrival time are displayed on the interface.
The embodiment of the invention updates the distance information and the arrival time in real time, so that the service requester can master the state of the service provider in real time instead of waiting for no purpose, the experience of the service requester is improved, and the condition that the service requester cancels the service request when the service provider is about to arrive at the departure place is prevented.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 3 is a method for processing another service request provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301: sending a service request to a server, wherein the service request comprises a starting place;
step 302: receiving a query prompt of the service provider sent by the server, wherein the query prompt is used for prompting a service requester that the service provider is providing service for a previous service requester and the service provider is an optimal choice;
step 303: sending a confirmation message to the server;
step 304: receiving prompt information of a service provider returned by the server, wherein the service provider is providing service for a last service requester, and the prompt information is used for informing a service requester corresponding to the service request of a reason for allocating the service provider;
step 305: and displaying the prompt information.
In a specific implementation process, after the server receives a service request sent by the terminal and matches the service request with a service provider which is providing service for a previous service requester, the server sends a query prompt to the terminal, wherein the query prompt is used for informing the service requester that the service provider which is providing service for the previous service requester is matched, and the service provider queries whether the service requester is accepted for optimal selection. After receiving the inquiry prompt sent by the server, the terminal can select whether to accept the inquiry prompt through the terminal, if so, a confirmation message is sent to the server, and the server can distribute the service provider to the service requester; and if not, sending a cancellation message to the server. It should be noted that the inquiry prompt may be popped up in the form of a pop-up box for selection by the service requester. It should be noted that step 301, step 304 and step 305 have been described in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention inquires whether the service requester receives the service provider which provides service for the service requester to the last service requester or not by sending the inquiry prompt to the terminal, and if so, the service provider is distributed to the service requester, thereby improving the experience of the service requester.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another service request processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401: receiving a service request sent by a terminal, wherein the service request comprises a starting place;
in a specific implementation, the terminal sends a service request to the server, and at this time, the server may receive the service request. The service request may include an origin, and it should be noted that the service request may further include a destination, a departure time, a number of passengers, and the like. And the starting place can be obtained by the positioning of the terminal through the positioning device or the input address of the service requester.
Step 402: if the service provider which does not finish the previous list is distributed to the terminal, sending prompt information of the service provider to the terminal; the prompt information is used for informing a service requester corresponding to the service request of a reason for allocating the service provider, so that the terminal displays the prompt information.
In a specific implementation process, after receiving a service request sent by a terminal, a server matches the service provider for the service request, and if the capacity is insufficient, the server allocates the service provider that will complete the previous service request to the service requester, it should be noted that the server performs order allocation through a built-in algorithm. And after the order distribution is completed, the server sends prompt information of the service provider to the terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for informing the service requester why the service provider is distributed to the service requester.
And the terminal receives the prompt message, the distance message and the arrival time sent by the server and then displays the prompt message, the distance message and the arrival time on the interface. Wherein the reminder may be "this is already the vehicle closest to you, the service provider will arrive before XX, please wait patiently". It will be appreciated that the "XX hour" referred to above refers to a specific point in time at which the server computing service provider arrives at the origin. In addition, the position of the service provider can be displayed on the map of the interface.
The embodiment of the invention displays the prompt information on the interface, so that the service requester can know why the service provider which has not completed the previous service request is allocated to the service requester, and the service requester can sense the current capacity condition, more pleasantly waits, the possibility of canceling the service request is reduced, and the allocation rate of the service request is greatly improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
and sending service provider information to a terminal, wherein the service provider information comprises distance information between the service provider and the place of departure and/or arrival time required by the service provider to reach the place of departure.
In a specific implementation process, the server may further send service provider information of the service provider to the terminal, where the service provider information may include information about a distance between a location where the service provider is located and an origin in the service request, and may further include an arrival time at which the service provider expects to arrive at the origin in the service request. It should be noted that the distance information may be a straight-line distance between the position of the service provider and the origin of the passenger, or may be a distance that the server plans a route for the service provider and the service provider actually travels according to the route. The arrival time may be calculated from a straight distance or an actual distance traveled.
The embodiment of the invention transmits the distance information and the arrival time to the terminal so that the terminal displays the distance information and the arrival time, thereby enabling the service requester to master the state of the service provider at any time.
On the basis of the above embodiment, before sending the prompt information of the service provider to the terminal, the method further includes:
and allocating the service providers which are less than a first preset distance away from the destination of the previous service request and less than a second preset distance away from the departure place in the service request to the terminal.
In a specific implementation process, when a server allocates a corresponding service provider to a service requester, the server needs to select the service provider satisfying a preset condition for allocation, where the preset condition may be that a destination of a previous service request is shorter than a first preset distance, and the destination of the previous service request is shorter than a departure place of the current service request by a second preset distance. The first preset distance and the second preset distance can be the same or different, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions. And if a plurality of service providers meeting the conditions exist, selecting one service provider which can reach the starting place of the service request at the fastest speed. It should be noted that the preset condition may further include that the last service request completion time is less than the preset time, and the purpose of the preset condition is to assign the optimal service provider to the service request.
The service providers which are less than the first preset distance from the destination of the previous service request and less than the second preset distance from the destination of the previous service request to the departure place in the service request are distributed to the terminals, so that more reasonable service providers can be arranged for the service requesters.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after transmitting the service provider information of the service provider to the terminal, the method further includes:
acquiring real-time position information of the service provider in real time, and calculating real-time arrival time of the departure place according to the real-time position information;
and sending the real-time position information and the real-time arrival time to the terminal so as to enable the terminal to update and display the distance information and the arrival time.
