A solar photovoltaic panel with snow and ice removing functions comprises a base (1), a mounting frame (3) and a solar photovoltaic panel (5), wherein support columns (2) are symmetrically and vertically arranged on two sides of the upper end surface of the base (1), the mounting frame (3) is obliquely arranged at the upper end of each support column (2), and the solar photovoltaic panel (5) is fixed on the mounting frame (3) on two sides through support legs (4); the snow and ice removing machine is characterized in that a snow and ice removing mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame (3), the snow and ice removing mechanism comprises a rotary table (6), a transmission belt (7), a roller brush (11) and a drying lamp (12), the side walls of the two ends of the mounting frame (3) on the two sides are respectively rotatably provided with the rotary table (6), the transmission belt (7) is rotatably sleeved between the rotary tables (6) on the same side, a first motor (13) for driving the rotary table (6) to rotate is arranged on the mounting frame (3) on one side, and a transmission shaft (15) is connected between the rotary tables; a support (8) is fixedly arranged between the transmission belts (7) on the two sides through a connecting plate (9), a roller brush (11) and a drying lamp (12) are arranged on the support (8), the two ends of the roller brush (11) are respectively and rotatably connected with the two sides of the support (8), a second motor (14) for driving the roller brush (8) to rotate is arranged on one side wall of the support (8), and the drying lamp (12) is positioned right above the roller brush (8);
The solar energy electric heating lamp is characterized in that a controller (17) used for controlling the operation of the drying lamp (12), the first motor (13) and the second motor (14) and a storage battery (18) used for storing electric energy are further mounted on the base (1), and the storage battery (18) is electrically connected with the solar photovoltaic panel (5), the drying lamp (12), the first motor (13), the second motor (14) and the controller (17).
2. The solar photovoltaic panel with snow and ice removing functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting plate (9) and the transmission belt (7) are fixedly connected through bolts (10).
3. The solar photovoltaic panel with snow and ice removing functions as defined in claim 1, wherein the brush hair of the roller brush (11) is made of polyethylene.
4. The solar photovoltaic panel with snow and ice removing functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (17) and the storage battery (18) are located directly below the solar photovoltaic panel (5).
5. The solar photovoltaic panel with snow and ice removing functions as claimed in claim 2, wherein a bearing sleeve (16) is mounted on the mounting frame (3), and the transmission shaft (15) is rotatably sleeved in the bearing sleeve (16).
6. The solar photovoltaic panel with snow and ice removing functions as claimed in claim 4, wherein the four corners of the base (1) are further provided with mounting holes (19).
7. The solar photovoltaic panel with snow and ice removing functions as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer cylindrical surface of the turntable (6) and the inner side surface of the transmission belt (7) are both provided with anti-skid layers.
