Fig. 3 schematically shows a flow chart of an information filling phase according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the terminal device may be used by the user to fill in user information and send the user information to the server system (S301), after receiving the user information, the server system may first determine whether the user already exists in the system (S302), if so, directly record the present filling (S303), and if not, create a new user (S304) and record the present filling. Then, the risk assessment may be performed on the user, and the risk assessment manner may be set by the background manager (S3051), for example, a corresponding score may be set for each option of the risky health information, for example, for the symptom information, an option that generates symptoms such as cough, fever, and running nose is set to 1 score, an option that does not generate the symptoms is set to 0 score, for the staff flow information, an option of the approach epidemic situation high risk area is set to 1 score, an option of the approach epidemic situation high risk area is set to 0 score, and the like. The system may calculate a corresponding risk value according to the health risk information filled by the user, and may determine a risk type according to the risk value, for example, a high risk type when the risk value is higher than a certain threshold. Then, whether the risk assessment is passed or not is determined according to the risk value or the risk type (S305), if so, first user credential information is generated (S307) and output to the user through the terminal device (S309), and if not, rejection information is transmitted to the terminal device (S308) to display the reason for the rejection at the terminal device (S310). Based on the above way, the risk assessment can be carried out on each filled user in the information filling stage, and only if the risk assessment is passed, the first user credential information within the valid period is issued to the user.

Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of an information determination phase according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the channel device scans the first user credential information and uploads the first user credential information to the server system (S401), the server system may first determine whether the user information is stored in the system (S402), if so, the user is taken as a target user, and the user information is returned to the channel device (S403) to notify the channel device to collect user identification information and body temperature information of the target user (S404), otherwise, the channel device returns rejection information (S405), so that the channel device prompts the user to be rejected and displays a rejection reason (S411). Then, the server system may calculate and determine the body temperature information, the user identification information, and the risk assessment result (S406), and further determine whether the body temperature information, the user identification information, and the risk assessment result pass verification (S407), wherein in the process of determining the risk assessment result, since the risk assessment result of the target user is already obtained in the information filling stage, here, it may be determined whether the risk assessment of the target user passes directly according to the risk assessment result of the target user in the recorded information. And under the condition that the body temperature information, the user identification information and the risk assessment result pass, sending a release instruction to the channel equipment (S408), controlling the channel equipment to open a corresponding channel (S409), otherwise, returning rejection information to the channel equipment (S410), and enabling the channel equipment to prompt the user to be rejected and display a rejection reason (S411).
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, risk assessment is performed on each filled user in the information filling stage, and the determination is directly performed based on the recorded risk assessment result in the process that the user arrives at the passing device to perform information determination, so that the waiting time of the user at the passing channel can be reduced, and the passing efficiency is increased.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for controlling passage of persons further includes: and under the condition that the first judgment result indicates that the target user belongs to the blacklist user and/or the second judgment result indicates that the current body temperature information exceeds the preset temperature threshold, the control channel device outputs prompt information, and sends the user information of the target user, the current user identification information and the current body temperature information to the background display device to inform a manager (S412).
For example, after the current body temperature information and the current user identification information of the target user are determined, the target user is indicated to belong to a blacklisted user or the body temperature of the target user is abnormal, in this case, feedback may be given to the background manager, including feedback of user information of the target user, the current user identification information, the current body temperature information, the device location, the alarm time, and other information to the background manager. In addition, in the case that it is determined that the user information does not exist in the system, the user information of the target user, the current user identification information, and the current body temperature information may be fed back to the back-end manager, so as to notify the manager (S413). The method comprises the steps of judging whether the information of the user exists in the system or not, wherein the judging whether the information of the user exists in the system or not can include whether the information which is filled and reported by the user and is not processed is stored in the system or not, if yes, follow-up operation can be executed, otherwise, the user needs to be filled and reported again, and based on the scheme, the user can be prevented from picking up user certificates of other people for verification.
In the above scheme, a mode of performing risk assessment in the information filling stage is introduced. However, in some cases the risk assessment operation may be performed by the access device, for example, the application site may only allow for a filling by the self-service device, whereas in the case of a busy self-service device, the risk assessment operation may be performed by the access device. In the following embodiments of the present disclosure, a manner of performing risk assessment in the information determination stage is described.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for controlling passage of persons may further include performing the following operations for each of the plurality of users: and generating second user credential information based on the personal identity information and displaying the second user credential information to the user.
For example, in the information filling stage, the second user credential information can be generated and the credential can be issued to the user as long as the complete information filled by the user is received.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the obtaining a risk assessment result corresponding to health risk information of a target user in response to receiving a verification request from the target user of the channel device in operation S220 includes: (1) in response to receiving second user credential information of the target user from the channel device, acquiring health risk information of the target user from the recording information based on the second user credential information; (2) and performing health risk assessment based on the health risk information to obtain a risk assessment result corresponding to the health risk information of the target user.
For example, in the process of judging the risk assessment result, the server system may obtain the health risk information of the target user from the record information according to the second user credential information, and perform health risk assessment to obtain a risk assessment result.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the personal identification information may further include pre-acquired user identification information and/or the health risk information may include pre-filled body temperature information. For example, in the process of information filling by the user, the camera or the fingerprint acquisition module or the certificate identification module of the terminal device can be used for respectively acquiring the appearance information or the fingerprint information or the certificate information of the user, and the user can also select whether to fill the body temperature by himself.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining whether the target user meets the predetermined passing condition based on the current user identification information and the current body temperature information in operation S230, and obtaining the determination result may further include at least one of the following operations: (1) performing identity verification on the user based on the pre-acquired user identification information and the current user identification information to obtain an identity verification result; (2) and performing integrity check on the user based on the pre-filled body temperature information and the current body temperature information to obtain an integrity check result. The judgment result may further include an identity verification result and/or an integrity verification result.
For example, in the process of determining the user identification information, in addition to determining whether the target user is a blacklisted user, identity verification may be performed on the target user, for example, appearance information obtained in an information filling stage of the user may be compared with appearance information obtained when the user is in the channel device, and whether the two stages are the same person is determined. Under the condition that the appearance information contains the face information, whether the face images in the two stages are the same person before and after face recognition is carried out on the face images, and whether the face images are the same person before and after face recognition is judged through the whole appearance characteristics under the condition that a user wears the mask. Or, the fingerprint information acquired at the information filling stage of the user can be compared with the fingerprint information acquired when the user is in the channel equipment, and whether the two stages are the same person or not can be judged. Or, the certificate information acquired in the information filling stage of the user can be compared with the certificate information acquired when the user is in the channel equipment, and whether the two stages are the same person or not can be judged.
For another example, in the process of determining the body temperature information, besides determining whether the body temperature is abnormal, integrity verification may be performed on the target user, for example, the body temperature information filled in at the information filling stage of the user may be compared with the body temperature information obtained by the user when the user is in the channel device, so as to determine whether the target user has a misrepresentation condition.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for controlling passage of persons may further include: and under the condition that the risk evaluation result indicates that the risk evaluation fails, storing the user information of the target user into the preset blacklist information, and deleting the user information of the target user from the preset blacklist information after a preset time.
For example, where the risk assessment indicates that the target user is at a high risk, the target user may be temporarily placed on a blacklist user and may be removed from the blacklist after a period of time (e.g., seven days). In addition, the user with low integrity can be temporarily placed in the blacklist user, and the integrity can be judged by checking the body temperature information and other means, for example, whether the user changes the filling information for many times in a short time.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the individual identification information may further include person category information. The personnel category may also be different for different application scenarios, for example, in the application scenario of a hospital, the personnel category may be classified into medical workers, medical staff, cleaning and security staff, and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for controlling passage of persons may further include: (1) under the condition that the personnel category information is of a preset type, generating pass certificate information and displaying the pass certificate information to a user; (2) and controlling the channel device to open the channel in response to receiving the password information of the target user from the channel device.
For example, in a hospital application scenario, a long-term valid passport can be issued by medical workers, cleaning and security personnel, and can be in the form of a bar code or a two-dimensional code, or can be a physical card. The pass certificate can also be a face pass certificate, and the user can directly brush the face to pass through the pass certificate.
