Abstract

The application provides a processing method, a processing device, an electronic device and a readable storage medium of incentive resources, wherein the processing method comprises the following steps: determining excitation resources required to be consumed by the service request in the service request information and issuing information when the excitation resources are issued to the service requester based on the received service request information sent by the service requester; determining whether a second service providing platform to which a second service provider for issuing the incentive resources belongs and a first service providing platform to which a first service provider belongs are joined in the same incentive resource sharing system or not according to the issuing information; if the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform are joined in the same excitation resource sharing system, determining consumption information matched with the service request in the excitation resource sharing system, and acquiring corresponding consumption resources from the excitation resources according to the consumption information. Background

With the continuous development of internet technology, people tend to acquire service resources needed by themselves in a network, and each time a user acquires service resources in the internet, a service provider generates certain incentive resources and sends the incentive resources to the user, and when the user requests the service provider to provide services again, the incentive resources sent by the service provider can be used.

Currently, a user can only use incentive resources at a service provider sending the incentive resources, and many services for the user may only need to be provided by the service provider once in a short time, or the service provider may not be needed again to provide the services if the user is not satisfied with the service, so that the incentive resources obtained by the user at the service provider cannot be used, resulting in waste of incentive resources for the user.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a processing method and apparatus for incentive resources, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium, which are capable of converting incentive resources from service providers of different platforms, so that a service requester can use incentive resources from other service providers in the service provider, thereby reducing waste of the incentive resources, and contributing to improving utilization rate of the incentive resources and rationality of utilization of the incentive resources.

Compared with the processing method of the incentive resources in the prior art, the method and the device for processing the incentive resources can determine the second service providing platform to which the second service provider of the service requester issues the incentive resources by receiving the service request information sent by the service requester, convert the incentive resources from the second service provider into the consumption resources which can be used by the first service provider on the premise that the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs belong to the incentive resource sharing system, and use the consumption resources according to the consumption information. Fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of a processing system for exciting a resource according to an embodiment of the present application. For example, the processing system for the incentive resource may be an online transportation service platform for transportation services such as taxi, designated driving service, express, carpool, bus service, driver rental, or regular service, or any combination thereof, or any online service platform. The processing system for the incentive resource may include one or more of a server 110, a network 120, a service requester 130, a service provider 140, and a database 150.

In some embodiments, the server 110 may include a processor. The processor may process information and/or data related to the service request to perform one or more of the functions described herein. For example, the processor may determine the target vehicle based on a service request obtained from the service requester 130. In some embodiments, a processor may include one or more processing cores (e.g., a single-core processor (S) or a multi-core processor (S)). In some embodiments, the device types corresponding to the service requester 130 and the service provider 140 may be mobile devices, such as smart home devices, wearable devices, smart mobile devices, virtual reality devices, or augmented reality devices, and the like, and may also be tablet computers, laptop computers, or built-in devices in motor vehicles, and the like.

In some embodiments, a database 150 may be connected to the network 120 to communicate with one or more components in the processing system that motivates the resource (e.g., the server 110, the service requestor 130, the service provider 140, etc.). Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an incentive resource sharing system provided in an embodiment of the present application, where a plurality of service providers from different service providing platforms are joined in the incentive resource sharing system, and both a service requester and a service provider may obtain an incentive resource from the incentive resource sharing system, and the service requester may use the obtained incentive resource at any one service provider joined in the incentive resource sharing system, and may also exchange the own incentive resource into another required resource; similarly, the service provider may use the acquired incentive resources at any one of the service providers affiliated with the incentive resource sharing system or redeem the acquired incentive resources for other required resources.

Compared with the processing method of the incentive resources in the prior art, the method and the device for processing the incentive resources can determine the second service providing platform to which the second service provider of the service requester issues the incentive resources by receiving the service request information sent by the service requester, convert the incentive resources from the second service provider into the consumption resources which can be used by the first service provider according to the preset conversion ratio on the premise that the first service providing platform and the second service providing platform to which the first service provider belongs belong and belong to the incentive resource sharing system, and use the consumption resources according to the consumption ratio. Therefore, by converting the incentive resources from the service providers of different platforms, the service requester can use the incentive resources from other service providers in the service provider, so that the waste of the incentive resources can be reduced, and the utilization rate of the incentive resources and the reasonability of the utilization of the incentive resources are improved.
