The communication interface 440 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the figure) to realize communication interaction between the device and other devices. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
Bus 450 includes a pathway to transfer information between various components of the device, such as processor 410, memory 420, input/output interface 430, and communication interface 440.
It should be noted that although the above-mentioned device only shows the processor 410, the memory 420, the input/output interface 430, the communication interface 440 and the bus 450, in a specific implementation, the device may also include other components necessary for normal operation. In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described apparatus may also include only those components necessary to implement the embodiments of the present description, and not necessarily all of the components shown in the figures.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A method for block chain based entitlement, the method comprising:
receiving a use request of a specified item, wherein the use request comprises a user identifier and a use period, the specified item corresponds to a use right counting period, and the use period is contained in one or more periods;
determining the usage right quotas owned by the users in the one or more periods in the blockchain according to the user identifications, and respectively determining whether the usage right quotas owned by the users in the one or more periods are enough, wherein the usage right quotas owned by the users in one period are determined according to the ownership proportion of the specified articles owned by the users;
when the usage time is enough, the usage right of the specified item corresponding to the usage time limit is distributed to the user through the block chain.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving one or more purchase requests, the one or more purchase requests for respectively applying for ownership of a specified proportion of a specified quantity of specified items for purchase, the one or more purchase requests applying for a total of one hundred percent of the specified proportion of the specified quantity of specified items for purchase, the one or more purchase requests including a purchase request by the user;
and assigning ownership of the specified items in a specified proportion corresponding to the purchase request of the user to the user through the block chain.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
when the usage right quota owned by the user in the one or more periods is insufficient, sending indication information to the terminal, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the usage right quota owned by the user is insufficient, so that the terminal can execute any one of the following operations according to the indication information:
the lifetime of the change request;
selecting a currency payment mode to request the use right of the specified item;
or, selecting a combination of monetary payment and usage quota to request usage of the specified item.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining of the usage right quota owned by the user in one period according to the ownership proportion of the designated item owned by the user comprises:
and the use right quota owned by the user in a period is equal to the use right quota distributed according to the ownership proportion of the specified item owned by the user minus the use right quota used by the user.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
receiving a settlement request of the specified items, wherein the settlement request comprises the user identification and a specified quantity of the specified items to be requested to be settled;
and when the sum of the proportions of the specified items owned by the user is more than or equal to the specified quantity, the specified items are settled to the user through the block chain according to the user identification.
6. An apparatus for block chain based entitlement, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a use request of a specified article, wherein the use request comprises a user identifier and a use period, the specified article corresponds to a use right counting period, and the use period is contained in one or more periods;
a determining unit, configured to determine, according to the user identifier, the usage right quotas owned by the user in the one or more periods in the blockchain, and determine whether the usage right quotas owned by the user in the one or more periods are sufficient, respectively, where the usage right quotas owned by the user in one period are determined according to a proportion of ownership of the specified item owned by the user;
and the distribution unit is used for distributing the use right of the specified item corresponding to the service life to the user through the block chain when the use right is enough.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to receive one or more purchase requests, the one or more purchase requests being for applying for ownership of a specified proportion of a specified quantity of specified items for purchase, respectively, the one or more purchase requests applying for a total of the specified proportion of the specified quantity of specified items for purchase being one hundred percent, the one or more purchase requests including a purchase request of the user;
the allocation unit is further configured to allocate, to the user, ownership of the specified item in a specified proportion corresponding to the purchase request of the user through a block chain.
8. The apparatus of claim 6 or 7, further comprising:
a sending unit, configured to send, to the terminal, indication information when the usage right quota owned by the user is insufficient in the one or more periods, where the indication information is used to indicate that the usage right quota owned by the user is insufficient, so that the terminal performs any one of the following operations according to the indication information:
the lifetime of the change request;
selecting a currency payment mode to request the use right of the specified item;
or, selecting a combination of monetary payment and usage quota to request usage of the specified item.
9. The apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the determining of the usage right quota owned by the user in one period according to the ownership proportion of the designated item owned by the user comprises: and the use right quota owned by the user in a period is equal to the use right quota distributed according to the ownership proportion of the specified item owned by the user minus the use right quota used by the user.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of:
receiving a use request of a specified item, wherein the use request comprises a user identifier and a use period, the specified item corresponds to a use right counting period, and the use period is contained in one or more periods;
determining the usage right quotas owned by the users in the one or more periods in a block chain according to the user identifications, and respectively determining whether the usage right quotas owned by the users in the one or more periods are enough, wherein the usage right quotas owned by the users in the one period are determined according to the ownership proportion of the specified articles owned by the users;
when the usage time is enough, the usage right of the specified item corresponding to the usage time limit is distributed to the user through the block chain.
