In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 to 9, the acquiring, according to the project correction information, project progress update information in a project proceeding process specifically includes:
step S410: acquiring a progress updating instruction of the rectification project shown in the project rectification information;
step S420: generating a progress updating interface according to the progress updating instruction, wherein the progress updating interface is used for displaying progress updating content filling columns;
specifically, the project update content column includes an actual start time column, an actual completion time column, and an rectification progress column; the actual starting time column is used for the user to fill in the starting time, the actual completion time column is used for the user to fill in the completion time, and the rectification progress column is used for the user to set the user progress percentage.
Step S430: acquiring progress contents filled according to the progress updating content filling column;
Step S440: and generating the project progress updating information according to the progress content.
Specifically, in step S440, the item schedule update information may be in a form of a table or a text to visually display the item update information.
In this way, through steps S410-S440, the information of the project progress after the project has been modified can be obtained, so that the user can timely know the project update information after the project has been modified, and further, the real-time progress update in the project progress process is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an item management apparatus, including:
the basic information acquisition module 10 is configured to acquire project basic information of a project, and generate an information entry completion instruction according to the project basic information, where the information entry completion instruction is used to prompt a user that entry of the basic information of the project is completed;
the splitting information acquisition module 20 is configured to split the project according to the project basic information and acquire project splitting information, and generate a project splitting completion instruction according to the project splitting information, where the project splitting information completion instruction is used to prompt a user that splitting entry of the project is completed;
A status information acquiring module 30, configured to acquire the project splitting information and acquire project status information of each split project, and acquire project modification information according to the project status information;
the progress information acquisition module 40 is used for acquiring project progress updating information in the project progress process according to the project rectification information;
and the data acquisition module 50 is used for acquiring project data management data according to the project progress updating information.
Furthermore, the project management device of the invention realizes effective management, coordination and overall planning of projects from beginning to end, and comprises project information, risk assessment, project splitting, project rectifying and reforming, project changing, progress updating and data management.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a risk assessment method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer apparatus including a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring project basic information of a project, and generating an information entry completion instruction according to the project basic information, wherein the information entry completion instruction is used for prompting a user that entry of the basic information of the project is completed; splitting the project according to the project basic information, obtaining project splitting information, and generating a project splitting completion instruction according to the project splitting information, wherein the project splitting information completion instruction is used for prompting a user that the splitting and inputting of the project are completed; acquiring the project splitting information, acquiring project state information of each split project, and acquiring project rectification information according to the project state information; acquiring project progress updating information in the project proceeding process according to the project correcting information; and acquiring project data management data according to the project progress updating information.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring a risk assessment interface, wherein the risk assessment interface is used for displaying a project survey content column, a project survey conclusion column and a project survey risk source prompt column; acquiring risk contents filled in a project survey content column, a project survey conclusion column and a project survey risk source prompt column according to the risk assessment interface display; and generating a risk assessment report according to the risk content.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring a project change instruction in a project process; generating a project change page according to the project change instruction, wherein the project change page is used for displaying a change project column, a change content column and a change reason column; acquiring the change content filled in a change item column, a change content column and a change reason column which are displayed according to the item change page; and generating an item change registration table according to the change content.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring a weight setting instruction; generating a weight setting interface according to the weight setting instruction, wherein the weight setting interface is used for displaying weight setting items and corresponding weight setting options; acquiring a target setting option set from the weight setting options according to the weight setting item displayed on the weight setting interface; and generating the project analysis image according to the target setting option.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring a progress updating instruction of the rectification project shown in the project rectification information; generating a progress updating interface according to the progress updating instruction, wherein the progress updating interface is used for displaying progress updating content filling columns; acquiring progress contents filled according to the progress updating content filling column; and generating the project progress updating information according to the progress content.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the following steps: acquiring project basic information of a project, and generating an information entry completion instruction according to the project basic information, wherein the information entry completion instruction is used for prompting a user that entry of the basic information of the project is completed; splitting the project according to the project basic information, obtaining project splitting information, and generating a project splitting completion instruction according to the project splitting information, wherein the project splitting information completion instruction is used for prompting a user that the splitting and inputting of the project are completed; acquiring the project splitting information, acquiring project state information of each split project, and acquiring project rectification information according to the project state information; acquiring project progress updating information in the project proceeding process according to the project correcting information; and acquiring project data management data according to the project progress updating information.
In another embodiment of the invention, the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: acquiring a risk assessment interface, wherein the risk assessment interface is used for displaying a project survey content column, a project survey conclusion column and a project survey risk source prompt column; acquiring risk contents filled in a project survey content column, a project survey conclusion column and a project survey risk source prompt column according to the risk assessment interface display; and generating a risk assessment report according to the risk content.
In another embodiment of the invention, the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: acquiring a project change instruction in a project process; generating a project change page according to the project change instruction, wherein the project change page is used for displaying a change project column, a change content column and a change reason column; acquiring the change content filled in a change item column, a change content column and a change reason column which are displayed according to the item change page; and generating an item change registration table according to the change content.
In another embodiment of the invention, the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: acquiring a weight setting instruction; generating a weight setting interface according to the weight setting instruction, wherein the weight setting interface is used for displaying weight setting items and corresponding weight setting options; acquiring a target setting option set from the weight setting options according to the weight setting item displayed on the weight setting interface; and generating the project analysis image according to the target setting option.
In another embodiment of the invention, the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: acquiring a progress updating instruction of the rectification project shown in the project rectification information; generating a progress updating interface according to the progress updating instruction, wherein the progress updating interface is used for displaying progress updating content filling columns; acquiring progress contents filled according to the progress updating content filling column; and generating the project progress updating information according to the progress content.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).

Claims (10)
1. A method for project management, the method comprising:
acquiring project basic information of a project, and generating an information entry completion instruction according to the project basic information, wherein the information entry completion instruction is used for prompting a user that entry of the basic information of the project is completed;
splitting the project according to the project basic information, obtaining project splitting information, and generating a project splitting completion instruction according to the project splitting information, wherein the project splitting information completion instruction is used for prompting a user that the splitting and inputting of the project are completed;
acquiring the project splitting information, acquiring project state information of each split project, and acquiring project rectification information according to the project state information;
acquiring project progress updating information in the project proceeding process according to the project correcting information;
and acquiring project data management data according to the project progress updating information.
2. The project management method of claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
and acquiring risk assessment information of the project.
3. The project management method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring risk assessment information of the project specifically comprises:
acquiring a risk assessment interface, wherein the risk assessment interface is used for displaying a project survey content column, a project survey conclusion column and a project survey risk source prompt column;
acquiring risk contents filled in a project survey content column, a project survey conclusion column and a project survey risk source prompt column according to the risk assessment interface display;
and generating a risk assessment report according to the risk content.
4. The project management method of claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
acquiring a project change instruction in a project process;
generating a project change page according to the project change instruction, wherein the project change page is used for displaying a change project column, a change content column and a change reason column;
acquiring the change content filled in a change item column, a change content column and a change reason column which are displayed according to the item change page;
And generating an item change registration table according to the change content.
5. The project management method of claim 1, wherein said method further comprises: and performing weight analysis setting operation on the project data management data and generating a project analysis image.
6. The project management method according to claim 5, wherein said weight analysis setting operation comprises:
acquiring a weight setting instruction;
generating a weight setting interface according to the weight setting instruction, wherein the weight setting interface is used for displaying weight setting items and corresponding weight setting options;
acquiring a target setting option set from the weight setting options according to the weight setting item displayed on the weight setting interface;
and generating the project analysis image according to the target setting option.
7. The project management method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring project progress update information in a project proceeding process according to the project correction information specifically comprises:
acquiring a progress updating instruction of the rectification project shown in the project rectification information;
generating a progress updating interface according to the progress updating instruction, wherein the progress updating interface is used for displaying progress updating content filling columns;
Acquiring progress contents filled according to the progress updating content filling column;
and generating the project progress updating information according to the progress content.
8. An item management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the basic information acquisition module is used for acquiring project basic information of a project and generating an information entry completion instruction according to the project basic information, wherein the information entry completion instruction is used for prompting a user that entry of the basic information of the project is completed;
the splitting information acquisition module is used for splitting the project according to the project basic information and acquiring project splitting information, and generating a project splitting completion instruction according to the project splitting information, wherein the project splitting information completion instruction is used for prompting a user to complete splitting and entry of the project;
a status information acquisition module for acquiring the project splitting information and acquiring the project status information of each split project, and acquiring project modification information according to the project status information;
the progress information acquisition module is used for acquiring project progress updating information in the project processing process according to the project rectification information;
and the data acquisition module is used for acquiring project data management data according to the project progress updating information.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
