Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the objects, structure, features, and functions of the present application, reference should be made to the drawings and detailed description that follow.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a system for commodity management, including: the barcode collector 100 is connected to the PC end 200 through a wire or wirelessly, the PC end 200 is connected to the server end 300 through a network, and in this embodiment, the barcode collector 100 is a handheld terminal (PDA) which is wirelessly connected to the PC end 200.
The barcode collector 100 is used for collecting a barcode of a commodity, and information coded by the barcode of the commodity is compiled by using a rule uniformly specified by the international article code association (EAN), and includes a country code (for example, the country code of china is 690 and 699), a commodity manufacturer code, a commodity code, and the like. The barcode collector 100 may be installed with decoding software to decode the collected commodity barcodes. In other embodiments (not shown, the same applies below), the barcode collector 100 is only responsible for collecting the barcode of the product and transmitting the image of the barcode of the product to the PC terminal 200, and the step of decoding the barcode of the product can be performed on the PC terminal 200.
The PC 200 is configured to receive the barcode information of the goods collected by the barcode collector 100, and upload the barcode information of the goods to the server 300.
Referring to fig. 2, the server 300 is configured to provide a query interface 400, where the query interface 400 is displayed on the PC 200, so that a user can query commodity data through the query interface 400 displayed on the PC 200. The query interface 400 is further configured to import, export or edit commodity information, and the query interface 400 has a plaintext region 500 and a ciphertext region 600.
The server 300 is connected to the goods coding center, when the PC 200 uploads the goods barcode information to the server 300, the server 300 compares the goods barcode information with the data of the goods coding center to obtain information such as the name of the goods, the unit price of the goods, the manufacturer of the goods, the specification of the goods, and the like, which are public information of the goods. The commodity public information is automatically filled in the text box corresponding to the plaintext area 500 on the query interface 400. The commodity information in the ciphertext area 600 is commodity privacy information, such as commodity inventory number, commodity price or commodity discount, and the commodity privacy information is usually edited manually by a user or imported locally. When a user needs to export a commodity information management file, the commodity information in the plaintext region 500 is uploaded to the server 300 in plaintext, the commodity information in the ciphertext region 600 is encrypted and then uploaded to the server 300 in ciphertext, and the server 300 further generates a commodity information management file and exports the commodity information management file through the query interface 400 of the PC 200, so that the commodity privacy information is only displayed on the PC 200 and cannot be obtained by the server 300.
After the information query of one kind of goods is completed, the user may continue to query the information of other kinds of goods in the query interface 400, for example, click the "add goods" button in fig. 2, the query interface 400 caches the information of the goods added in front, when the user collects a new good again through the barcode collector 100, the goods information of the new good is automatically filled into the query interface 400 through the server 300 until the user completes the barcode collection of all goods, and click the "export" button to export the goods information management file. Of course, in other embodiments, the "add commodity" button may not be needed, but the information of the commodity added in front is cached in the PC terminal 200 by default, and when a new commodity barcode is collected by the barcode collector 100, the information of the commodity in front is not lost, so that the commodity information management file including various commodity information is once derived.
Similarly, the user can import the previous product information management file stored in the PC 200 into the query interface 400, and generate a new product information management file with the newly added product information, so that the user can save manual editing on the previous product information management file to add new product information, which is more efficient and convenient. When the product information management file is imported into the query interface 400, the product public information in the product information management file is filled in the text box of the plaintext area 500 of the query interface 400, and the product private information in the product information management file is filled in the text box of the ciphertext area 600 of the query interface 400, so that the product private information is not obtained by the server 300.
In this embodiment, since the barcode collector 100 is a handheld terminal (PDA), and the screen thereof is usually small, which is not convenient for the user to edit the product information management file, the PC terminal 200 is added to the system for product management in this embodiment, so that the user can import, export or edit the product information management file. In other embodiments (not shown, the same applies below), the barcode collector 100 may also be a large-screen terminal or an industrial tablet computer, which has a larger screen and is convenient for a user to operate, and may replace the function of the PC terminal 200 in the foregoing embodiments, so that the system for commodity management may include the barcode collector 100 and the server terminal 300 without the PC terminal 200; therefore, the screen of the barcode collector 100 may display the query interface 400, the query interface 400 and the product information management file template are stored in the barcode collector 100, and the rest of the contents may refer to the foregoing embodiment and will not be described herein again.
In other embodiments, instead of the goods coding center, the server 300 may also be connected to an e-commerce platform to obtain the goods information or establish a goods information database thereof for the PC 200 to query.
