As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a system for commodity management, including: the bar code collector 100 is connected with the PC end 200 through a wire or a wireless, the PC end 200 is connected with the server end 300 through a network, and the bar code collector 100 in the embodiment is a handheld terminal (PDA) which is connected with the PC end 200 in a wireless mode.
The bar code collector 100 is used for collecting the bar codes of the goods, and the information coded by the bar codes of the goods is compiled by adopting the rules uniformly regulated by the international article coding association (EAN), and comprises country codes (for example, the country codes of China are 690-699), the codes of the goods producer, the goods codes and the like. The barcode collector 100 may be installed with decoding software to decode the collected commodity barcodes. In other embodiments (not shown, the same applies below), the bar code collector 100 is only responsible for collecting the bar codes of the goods and transmitting the images of the bar codes of the goods to the PC terminal 200, and the step of decoding the bar codes of the goods can be performed on the PC terminal 200.
The PC end 200 is configured to receive the commodity barcode information acquired by the barcode acquirer 100, and upload the commodity barcode information to the server end 300.
Referring to fig. 2 additionally, the server 300 is configured to provide a query interface 400, where the query interface 400 is displayed on the PC 200, so that a user can query the commodity data through the query interface 400 displayed on the PC 200. The query interface 400 is also used to import, export, or edit merchandise information, and the query interface 400 has a plaintext region 500 and a ciphertext region 600.
The server 300 is connected to an article encoding center, and when the PC 200 uploads the article barcode information to the server 300, the server 300 compares the article barcode information with the data of the article encoding center to obtain information such as the article name, the article unit price, the article manufacturer, the article specification, and the like, which are article disclosure information. The commodity public information is automatically filled in the text box corresponding to the plaintext region 500 on the query interface 400. The commodity information in the ciphertext area 600 is commodity privacy information, such as a commodity stock quantity, a commodity price, a commodity discount, etc., and the commodity privacy information is usually manually edited or locally imported by a user. When the user needs to export the commodity information management file, the commodity information in the plaintext area 500 is uploaded to the server 300 in plaintext, the commodity information in the ciphertext area 600 is encrypted and then uploaded to the server 300 in ciphertext, and the server 300 further generates the commodity information management file and exports the commodity information management file through the query interface 400 of the PC 200, so that the commodity privacy information is only displayed on the PC 200 and not obtained by the server 300.
After finishing the information inquiry of one commodity, the user may continue to inquire the information of other commodities in the inquiry interface 400, for example, click the "add commodity" button in fig. 2, the inquiry interface 400 caches the previously added commodity information, and when the user acquires a new commodity again through the barcode acquirer 100, the commodity information of the new commodity is automatically filled into the inquiry interface 400 through the server 300 until the user finishes the barcode acquisition of all the commodities, and clicks the "export" button to export the commodity information management file. Of course, in other embodiments, the "add merchandise" button may not be required, but the PC end 200 may buffer the previously added merchandise information by default, and when a new merchandise barcode is acquired by the barcode acquirer 100, the previously added merchandise information may not be lost, so that the merchandise information management file including multiple merchandise information may be derived at one time.
Similarly, the user may import the previous merchandise information management file stored in the PC terminal 200 into the query interface 400, and generate a new merchandise information management file with the newly added merchandise information, so that the user is saved from manually editing the previous merchandise information management file to add new merchandise information, which is more efficient and convenient. When the commodity information management file is imported into the query interface 400, commodity public information in the commodity information management file is filled in a text box of the plaintext area 500 of the query interface 400, and commodity privacy information in the commodity information management file is filled in a text box of the ciphertext area 600 of the query interface 400, so that commodity privacy information is not obtained by the server 300.
In this embodiment, since the barcode collector 100 is a handheld terminal (PDA), the screen thereof is usually small, and it is inconvenient for the user to edit the merchandise information management file, the PC 200 is added to the system for merchandise management of this embodiment, so that the user can import, export or edit the merchandise information management file. In other embodiments (not shown in the drawings, the same applies below), the barcode collector 100 may be a large screen terminal or an industrial tablet computer, the screen of which is larger, so that the user can operate the barcode collector conveniently, and the functions of the PC terminal 200 in the previous embodiments can be replaced, so that the system for commodity management may include the barcode collector 100 and the server terminal 300 without the PC terminal 200; therefore, the screen of the barcode collector 100 may display the query interface 400, the query interface 400 and the merchandise information management file template are stored in the barcode collector 100, and the rest of the contents may refer to the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In other embodiments, instead of the article encoding center, the server 300 may also connect to an e-commerce platform to obtain the article information or build an own article information database for the PC 200 to query.
