In step S201, the second voice information used by the target service provider for language communication may be voice information used by the target service provider for language communication with another service requester during the history of executing the service order, voice information used by the target service provider for language communication with the service platform, or voice information used by another service platform or another scenario.
According to the second voice information used when the target service provider carries out the language communication, the use frequency of the preset vocabulary in the second voice information can be determined, and the ratio of the number of the target second voice information containing the preset vocabulary in the second voice information can also be determined.
In step S202, for the case where the determination of the usage of the preset vocabulary in the second speech information in step S201 is performed to determine the ratio of the number of the target second speech information including the preset vocabulary in the second speech information, step S202 may be performed according to the following steps:
step 2021: screening target second voice information with preset sensitive words from the plurality of pieces of second voice information;
step 2022: determining the proportion of the target second voice information in the second voice information according to the quantity of the second voice information and the quantity of the target second voice information;

In step 2021, at least one sensitive vocabulary of a certain vocabulary usage type may be preset according to the vocabulary usage type. The screened target second voice message may include at least one same or different preset sensitive vocabulary.
For example, where the vocabulary usage type is vulgar, then the preset sensitive vocabulary may be the preset vulgar. And screening out target second voice information with preset vulgar vocabularies from the plurality of pieces of second voice information of the target service provider.
In step 2022, in order to more accurately determine the vocabulary usage type of the target service provider, when determining the amount of the target second voice information, the same target second voice information may be accumulated, that is, when the screened target second voice information is the same, the amount of the target second voice information may be accumulated.
In step 2023, a preset occupation ratio threshold of the target second voice information in the second voice information may be set, and when the occupation ratio of the target second voice information in the second voice information reaches the preset occupation ratio threshold, the vocabulary usage type of the target service provider is determined.

In executing step S102, when at least one candidate service order is matched for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider, the following steps may be executed:
step 1021: determining the interest topic field of the service requester according to the historical attribute information of the service requester;
step 1022: and matching candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters with the same topic field for the target service provider according to the interest topic field of the service requester and the adept topic field of the target service provider.
In step 1021, the topic of interest field of the service requester is related to the age, occupation, gender and academic history of the individual, and thus the topic of interest field of the service requester can be determined according to one or more information of the age, occupation, gender and academic history of the service requester. For example, the service requestor is a woman, accountants, and can determine that her topic of interest area might be finance, make-up, etc.
In step 1022, the server may match the topic of interest field of the service requester with the topic of interest field of the target service provider, and when the topic of interest field of the service requester matches the topic of interest field of the target service provider, the server matches the candidate service orders corresponding to the service requester with the same topic field for the target service provider.
In the embodiment, the candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters in the same topic field are matched for the target service provider, so that the service requesters and the target service provider have more common topics, the matching degree of the target service provider and the service requester in the aspect of language communication is improved, the willingness of communication between the service requesters and the target service provider can be enhanced to a certain extent, the service experience of the service requesters is improved, and the success rate of the orders is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the historical attribute information may be a physical health condition; the service style may be a driving stability degree.
In the step S102, in the process of matching at least one candidate service order for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider, the candidate service order corresponding to the service requester with good driving stability may be matched for the target service provider with good driving stability according to the physical health condition of the service requester and the driving stability of the target service provider.
Wherein the driving stability degree is determined according to the action information of the target service provider in the process of executing the historical service order.
When the action of the target service provider in the process of executing the historical service order is too large, accidents can occur due to unstable driving, and for a service requester with a bad body, some sudden diseases can occur, so that personal safety problems can occur.
The physical health condition may include the presence or absence of a major disease, the presence or absence of a physical deficiency, the presence of a physical weakness, or the like.
Therefore, the server matches the candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters with good physical health conditions for the target service providers with good driving stability with respect to the physical health conditions of the service requesters and the driving stability of the target service providers.
In the embodiment, the target service provider with good driving stability is matched with the candidate service order corresponding to the service requester with good physical health condition, so that the comfort level of the service requester in the served process can be improved, and the service experience of the service requester on the target service provider is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the historical attribute information may be any one or more of: age, gender and physical health; the service style may be a degree of civilized behavior specification;
In step S102, when at least one candidate service order is matched for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider, the candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters except the physical performance state difference may be matched for the target service provider with the poor civilization performance specification degree according to the physical performance state of the service requester and the civilization performance specification degree of the target service provider.
The degree of the specification of the civilized behavior of the target service provider mainly refers to the degree of the compliance of the behavior of the target service provider with the specification of the civilized behavior.
The physical ability status of the service requester refers to whether the service requester is in a weak or strong status.
In the embodiment, the method mainly considers that when the civilization behavior specification degree of the target service provider is poor and the physical ability state of the service requester is not good, personal injury is easily caused to the service requester, and by avoiding matching candidate service orders corresponding to the service requester with the poor physical ability state to the target service provider with the poor civilization behavior specification degree, the matching degree of the target service provider and the service requester is improved, the personal safety of the service requester can be protected to a certain degree, the safety of the service requester is enhanced, and the service experience of the service requester is improved.
In some possible embodiments, the above embodiments may be combined to match candidate service orders corresponding to service requestors with more similarity to the target service provider.
Specifically, candidate service orders corresponding to service requesters with similar language types and the same vocabulary use types can be matched for the target service provider; the target service provider can be matched with candidate service orders corresponding to service requesters with similar language types and the same interest topic fields; the target service provider can be matched with candidate service orders corresponding to service requesters with the same vocabulary use types and the same interest topic fields; and matching candidate service orders corresponding to service requestors with similar language types, same vocabulary use types and same interest topic fields for the target service provider.
By the technical scheme after the combination of the above embodiments, the problem of language communication obstacle between the service requester and the target service provider can be avoided, the willingness of the service requester to communicate with the target service provider can be enhanced to a certain extent, and the matching degree of the target service provider and the service requester in the aspect of language communication is improved, so that the service experience of the service requester on the target service provider is improved, and the success rate of orders is improved.
In a possible embodiment, before allocating the at least one candidate service order matching the target service provider to the target service provider, the service quality information of the target service provider may be further considered, and the at least one candidate service order matching the target service provider may be allocated to the target service provider only when the service characteristics of the target service provider meet the preset requirements.
The quality of service information may include at least one or more of: the percentage of the service orders complained by the target service provider in all the service orders in a preset time period; the percentage of all complaint service orders served by the target service provider in all service orders; whether a service order complained due to a preset problem exists in service orders served by a target service provider within a preset time period; whether all service orders served by the target service provider have service orders complained due to preset problems or not; whether a record for forbidding taking service orders exists in a preset time period by a target service provider or not is judged; whether a target service provider has a record for forbidding taking over service orders or not; the target service provider's current service score; the lowest service score of the target service provider in a preset time period; a minimum service score for the target service provider; the highest service score of the target service provider in a preset time period; the highest service score of the target service provider.
The preset problem may refer to a preset problem that may cause personal safety and/or property safety of the service requester.
Because the data forms corresponding to different pieces of service quality information are different, normalization processing can be performed on the data corresponding to each piece of service quality information, that is, dimensional data corresponding to each piece of service quality information is converted into dimensionless data. For example, for whether a service order complained due to a preset problem exists in service orders served by a target service provider within a preset time period, if yes, the service order is represented by feature data 1; if not, the data is represented by the characteristic data 0.
Based on the quality of service information, the quality of service of the target service provider may be scored. The process of scoring the service quality of the target service provider according to the service quality information can be executed in a trained neural network model, and the vectorized service quality information is input into the neural network model, so that the service quality score of the target service provider can be obtained.
Then, all target service providers are ranked according to the service quality scores from high to low, and at least one candidate service order matched with the target service providers can be preferentially allocated to the target service provider with the highest score; at least one candidate service order matching the target service provider may also be assigned to the target service provider scoring a preset score.
In the implementation process, after at least one candidate service order matched with the target service provider is distributed to the target service provider, the executing service journey can be monitored in real time, and a warning is given in advance to the target service provider with the service quality score not meeting the requirement.
As a possible embodiment, the following explains the order processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application by taking a car booking driver as an example, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 1: and screening out target first voice information with preset words from a plurality of pieces of first voice information when a passenger corresponding to each candidate service order to be distributed has a conversation with a network car booking driver in the historical riding process.
In this step, the first voice information is the voice information of the passenger. The first voice message is the voice message of the passenger extracted from the voice dialogue between the passenger and the net car booking driver in the historical riding process.
At least one vocabulary of a certain vocabulary use type may be previously set according to the vocabulary use type. The screened target first voice information can contain at least one same or different preset vocabulary.
Step 2: and determining the proportion of the target first voice information in the first voice information according to the quantity of the first voice information and the quantity of the target first voice information.
In this step, the vocabulary usage type refers to a type to which the used vocabulary belongs, and the vocabulary usage type can be distinguished according to the applicable occasion, applicable crowd, word sense, etc. of the vocabulary, for example, the vocabulary usage type can be divided into: civilized and vulgar vocabulary, network and traditional vocabulary, white words and words of language, and the like. The type of use of the words is not limited to the examples described above.
When the screened target first voice information is the same, the number of the target first voice information may be accumulated.
And step 3: and determining the vocabulary use type of the passenger according to the proportion of the target first voice information in the first voice information.
The preset occupation ratio threshold value of the target first voice information in the first voice information can be set, and when the occupation ratio of the target first voice information in the first voice information reaches the preset occupation ratio threshold value, the vocabulary use type of the passenger can be determined.
And 4, step 4: and matching at least one candidate service order for the target network car booking driver according to the vocabulary use type of the passenger and the vocabulary use type of the target network car booking driver.
In step 4, the determination method of the vocabulary usage type of the target net car booking driver may also be performed in accordance with the determination method of the vocabulary usage type of the similar passenger.
Generally, the vocabulary use types of the target network car booking drivers are determined in advance and stored in the database, and when the target network car booking drivers are in service orders to be distributed, the vocabulary use types of the target network car booking drivers can be obtained from the database.
And 5: and judging whether the service quality of the target network car booking driver meets the preset requirement or not.
First, the service quality information of the historical service order of the driver of the target network car appointment can be obtained from the database.
According to the service quality information, the service quality of the target network car booking driver can be graded. The vectorized service quality information can be input into the neural network model, and the service quality score of the driver of the car appointment in the target network can be obtained.
And judging whether the service quality of the target network car booking driver meets the preset requirement or not through the service quality score of the target network car booking driver.
Step 6: and if the service quality of the target network car booking driver meets the preset requirement, distributing at least one candidate service order matched with the network car booking driver to the target network car booking driver.
All target network car booking drivers can be ranked according to the service quality scores from high to low, and at least one candidate service order matched with the target network car booking drivers can be preferentially distributed to the highest-scoring target network car booking drivers; at least one candidate service order matching the target web car booking driver may also be assigned to the target web car booking driver scored to a preset score.
Through the embodiment, when the service order is distributed to the online car booking driver, the passenger and the online car booking driver with the same vocabulary use type as the passenger are matched, the problem of communication between the passenger and the online car booking driver is considered, and the willingness of communication between the passenger and the online car booking driver can be enhanced to a certain degree; and service orders are distributed according to the service quality of the online car booking driver, the quality service requirement of passengers is considered, and the matching degree of the target service provider and the service requester in the aspect of language communication is improved, so that the service experience of the passengers on the online car booking driver can be effectively improved, and the success rate of the orders is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, a block diagram of a service system in which the order processing method of some embodiments of the present application is located is shown.
The service system may include one or more of a service request terminal 301 (a terminal used by a service requester of the method provided by the present application), a terminal 302 (a terminal used by a target service provider of the method provided by the present application), a server 303 (an execution agent of the method provided by the present application), a network 304, and a database 305, and the server 303 may include a processor for executing instructions.
In some embodiments, the service requester corresponding to the service request terminal 301 may be the actual demander of the service or another person other than the actual demander of the service. For example, the service requester a may use the service request terminal 301 to initiate a service request for itself, or may use the service request terminal 301 to initiate a service request for other actual service demanders (for example, the user a may call a car for his friend B).
In some embodiments, the target service provider corresponding to the terminal 302 may be an actual service provider or another person other than the actual service provider. For example, user C of terminal 302 may use terminal 302 to receive a service request serviced by actual service provider D (e.g., user C may pick up an order for driver D employed by user C), and/or information or instructions from server 303.
In some embodiments, the service request terminal 301 may comprise a mobile device, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, or the like, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the mobile device may comprise a wearable device, a smart mobile device, or the like, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the service request terminal may be a device having a positioning technology for locating the position of the service requester and/or the service request terminal.
In some embodiments, the server 303 may be a single server or a group of servers. The set of servers may be centralized or distributed (e.g., server 303 may be a distributed system). As another example, the server 303 may be directly connected to at least one of the service request terminal 301, the terminal 302, and the database 305 to access stored information and/or data.
Network 304 may be used for the exchange of information and/or data. In some embodiments, one or more components in the service system (e.g., server 303, service request terminal 301, terminal 302, and database 305) may send information and/or data to other components. For example, the server 303 may acquire a service request from the service requesting terminal 301 via the network 304. In some embodiments, the network 304 may be any type of wired or wireless network, or combination thereof. By way of example only, the network 304 may include a wireless network, a telecommunication network, an intranet, the internet, etc., or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, network 304 may include one or more network access points. For example, network 304 may include wired or wireless network access points, such as base stations and/or network switching nodes, through which one or more components of a serving system may connect to network 304 to exchange data and/or information.
Database 305 may store data and/or instructions. In some embodiments, the database 305 may store data obtained from the service request terminal 301 and/or the terminal 302. In some embodiments, database 305 may store data and/or instructions for the exemplary methods described herein. In some embodiments, the database 305 may include mass storage, removable storage, volatile Read-write Memory, or Read-Only Memory (ROM), among others, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, database 305 may be implemented on a cloud platform.
Based on the same technical concept, embodiments of the present application further provide an order processing apparatus, an electronic device, a computer-readable storage medium, and the like, which can be specifically referred to in the following embodiments.
Corresponding to the order processing method shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further provides a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus. The apparatus may be understood as a component of a server including a processor, which is capable of implementing the order processing method described above, as shown in fig. 4, the order processing apparatus may include:
a first determining module 401, configured to determine historical attribute information of a service requester corresponding to each candidate service order to be allocated;

determining historical attribute information of a service requester corresponding to each candidate service order to be distributed;
matching at least one candidate service order for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider;
assigning at least one candidate service order matching the target service provider to the target service provider.
2. The order processing method according to claim 1, wherein the history attribute information includes a frequent dwelling place; the service style comprises a language category;
the matching at least one candidate service order for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider comprises:
and matching candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters with similar language types for the target service provider according to the language types corresponding to the frequently-living places of the service requesters and the language types of the target service provider.
3. The order processing method according to claim 1, wherein the history attribute information includes a vocabulary usage type; the service style comprises a vocabulary use type;
The matching at least one candidate service order for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider comprises:
matching candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters with the same vocabulary use types for the target service provider according to the vocabulary use types of the service requesters and the vocabulary use types of the target service provider; the vocabulary use type of the service requester is determined according to the first voice information used when the service requester performs language communication.
4. The order processing method of claim 3, wherein the vocabulary usage type of the target service provider is determined according to the steps of:
determining the use condition of a preset vocabulary in second voice information according to the second voice information used by a target service provider during language communication;
and determining the vocabulary use type of the target service provider according to the use condition of the preset vocabulary in the second voice information.
5. The order processing method according to claim 4, wherein said determining the vocabulary usage type of the target service provider according to the usage of the preset vocabulary in the second voice message comprises:
Screening out target second voice information with preset sensitive words from the second voice information;

determining the interest topic field of the service requester according to the historical attribute information of the service requester;
and matching candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters with the same topic field for the target service provider according to the interest topic field of the service requester and the adept topic field of the target service provider.
7. The order processing method according to claim 1, wherein the historical attribute information includes a physical health condition; the service style comprises a driving stability degree;
the matching at least one candidate service order for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider comprises:
matching the candidate service orders corresponding to the service requesters with good physical health conditions for the target service provider with good driving stability according to the physical health conditions of the service requesters and the driving stability of the target service provider; the driving stability degree is determined according to the action information of the target service provider in the process of executing the historical service order.
8. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining the historical attribute information of the service requester corresponding to each candidate service order to be distributed;
the matching module is used for matching at least one candidate service order for the target service provider according to the historical attribute information of the service requester and the service style of the target service provider;
An allocation module to allocate at least one candidate service order matched to the target service provider.

11. The order processing apparatus of claim 10, wherein the second matching sub-module comprises:
the second determining module is used for determining the use condition of a preset vocabulary in second voice information according to the second voice information used by a target service provider during language communication;
and the third determining module is used for determining the vocabulary use type of the target service provider according to the use condition of the preset vocabulary in the second voice information.
12. The order processing apparatus of claim 11, wherein the third determining module comprises:
the screening module is used for screening target second voice information with preset sensitive words from the second voice information;
a fourth determining module, configured to determine, according to the number of the second voice messages and the number of the target second voice messages, a ratio of the target second voice messages to the second voice messages;
and the fifth determining module is used for determining the vocabulary use type of the target service provider according to the proportion of the target second voice information in the second voice information.
