The network interface 23 may comprise a wireless network interface or a wired network interface, and the network interface 23 is generally used for establishing communication connection between the electronic device 2 and other electronic devices. For example, the network interface 23 is used to connect the electronic apparatus 2 to an external terminal through a network, establish a data transmission channel and a communication connection between the electronic apparatus 2 and the external terminal, and the like. The network may be an Intranet (Intranet), the Internet (Internet), a Global System of Mobile communication (GSM), wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), a 4G network, a 5G network, bluetooth (Bluetooth), wi-Fi, or other wireless or wired network.
It is noted that fig. 6 only shows an electronic device with components 21-23, but it is to be understood that not all of the shown components are required to be implemented, and that more or less components may alternatively be implemented.
In this embodiment, the system 20 for screening activation of the salesperson stored in the memory 21 may also be divided into one or more program modules, and the one or more program modules are stored in the memory 21 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the processor 22) to complete the present invention.
For example, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating program modules of a first embodiment of the system 20 for implementing screening activation of an employee, wherein the system 20 for implementing screening activation of an employee may be divided into an acquisition module 201, a cache module 202, a classification module 203, and a processing module 204. The program module referred to herein is a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing a specific function, and is more suitable than a program for describing the execution process of the system 20 for screening activation of the salesperson in the electronic device 2. The specific functions of the program modules 201 to 204 have been described in detail in the third embodiment, and are not described herein again.

The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which the system 20 for screening activation of an attendant is stored, and when executed by one or more processors, the system 20 for screening activation of an attendant implements the method for screening activation of an attendant or the operation of an electronic device.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner.

Claims (10)

1. A method for screening and activating an attendant, comprising:
step 01, obtaining attribute information of a waited screening operator, wherein the attribute information comprises a unique identification mark and an attribute label of the waited screening operator;
step 02, calculating attribute values of corresponding salesmen according to the attribute labels of the salesmen to be screened, classifying the salesmen according to the attribute values, and forming a classification identifier of each salesmen, wherein the identification identifier and the classification identifier of the salesmen to be screened are matched to form data to be activated of the salesmen;
and 03, distributing the salesmen in the data to be activated according to a preset distribution strategy, and activating the distributed salesmen according to the preset activation strategy.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the attribute value in step 02 is a composite score of the operator, and the operator is classified according to the composite score of the operator to be screened, wherein the priority of the composite score greater than the first threshold is class a, the priority of the composite score between the first threshold and the second threshold is class B, the priority of the composite score less than the second threshold is class C, the classes a, B and C are classification identifiers of the operator, the first threshold is greater than the second threshold, and the priority is in the order of class a > class B > class C.
3. The method for screening and activating an operator according to claim 2, wherein the attribute tags in step 01 include performance, traffic volume and response time of the operator, the composite score is calculated based on the attribute tags, and the specific calculation formula is as follows:

Δ x ,Δ y ,Δ z respectively representing a business performance processing dimension, a business volume processing dimension and a response time dimension of a salesman;
k x ,k y ,k z the evaluation indexes represent different evaluation index weight coefficients respectively, and are usually selected according to the requirements of each department.

The operator screening and activating method according to claim 1, wherein the allocation policy in step 03 includes selecting a predetermined number of data of operators from the data to be activated at predetermined time intervals for allocation processing, wherein the proportion of class a operators in the predetermined number of operators is not lower than a third threshold, and the proportion of class C operators is not lower than a fourth threshold.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the allocation policy in step 03 further comprises allocating a predetermined number of operators to high-priority agents, the priorities of the agents are divided according to the proportion of the activated operators and the idle time under their names, when the proportion of the activated operators is higher than a predetermined threshold and the proportion of the idle time of the agents is lower than a predetermined threshold, the agents are high-priority, and the predetermined number of operators are preferentially allocated to the high-priority agents.
6. The screening activation method for salesman according to claim 1, wherein the activation policy in step 03 comprises setting the priority order of activation according to the priority ratio of activated salesman, and selecting the number of daily activations and the start time of activation according to the existing task amount.
7. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is configured to store an attendant screening activation system executable by the processor, the attendant screening activation system comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring attribute information of the salesman from the salesman database;
the cache module is used for temporarily storing the attribute information of the salesman to be screened and sending the attribute information of the salesman to be screened to the classification module;
the classification module is used for receiving the attribute information of the salesman to be screened, which is sent by the buffer, and performing priority classification on the salesman to be screened to form a classification identifier of each salesman, wherein the identification identifier and the classification identifier of the salesman to be screened are matched to form data to be activated of the salesman, and the classification module sends the salesman to be activated to the processing module;
and the processing module is used for receiving the information of the salesman in the data to be activated and activating the salesman in the data to be activated according to a preset distribution strategy and an activation strategy.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the classification module comprises a calculation submodule and a classification submodule, the calculation submodule is used for calculating the attribute value of the salesman according to the attribute label of the salesman, and the classification submodule is used for performing priority classification on the salesman according to the attribute value.
9. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the processing module comprises an assignment sub-module and an activation sub-module, the assignment sub-module is configured to assign an operator in the data to be activated to an agent, and the activation sub-module is configured to activate the assigned operator.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein a system for screening activation of an employee, the screening activation system executable by at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the steps of the method for screening activation of an employee as set forth in any one of claims 1-6.
