firstly, the corrugated base paper is placed on a conveyor belt (2), and then enters an oven (3) after being conveyed by the conveyor belt (2);
secondly, a negative pressure fan (40105) and an electric heating tube (40103) are started, the negative pressure fan (40105) blows heat generated by the electric heating tube (40103) into a first conduit (402) and a fourth conduit (403) through an air inlet hole (40106), the heat is conveyed into the oven (3) through the first conduit (402) and the fourth conduit (403), and meanwhile, the heat in the first conduit (402) and the fourth conduit (403) is sprayed out through two first spray heads (409), so that the heat can dry the corrugated raw paper on the conveyor belt (2);
thirdly, when the corrugated base paper is baked again, the blower (406) is started, the blower (406) transmits the water vapor in the oven (3) into the second conduit (404) through the third conduit (407), the water vapor enters the box body (40101) through the second conduit (404), and the condenser pipe (40107) is started at the same time, so that the condenser pipe (40107) can condense the water vapor into small water drops and drop the small water drops onto the inclined plate 40108, and then the small water drops are discharged through the air holes in the inner wall of the box body (40101), and the redundant heat can be transmitted into the oven (3) again through the guide holes in the partition plate (40104) by the first conduit (402) and the fourth conduit (403);
and fourthly, after the dried corrugated base paper passes through the three groups of flattening mechanisms (6), the deformation of the corrugated base paper in the drying chamber can be eliminated.
