Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, based on the same invention concept, the invention provides a method for detecting cleanliness of a filter screen, which comprises the following steps: s1: acquiring a first temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor 13 and a second temperature sensed by the second temperature sensor 15; s2, calculating a real-time difference value between the first temperature and the second temperature, comparing the real-time difference value with a preset difference value, and determining the cleanliness of the filter screen according to the comparison result; and S3, storing the cleanliness of the filter screen.
First temperature sensor 13 is before heating member 14, second temperature sensor 15 is behind heating member 14, under the effect of air current and heating member 14 again, the temperature that second temperature sensor 15 sensed is higher than the temperature that first temperature sensor 13 sensed, and there is a relatively fixed temperature difference, be the preset difference promptly, and the preset difference is exactly the difference of the induction temperature of two temperature sensor when setting up this temperature difference, that is the change of the relative preset difference of real-time difference, the cleanliness of filter screen and the change between the filter screen cleanliness this moment when the reaction is exactly setting up the preset difference, the frequency of detection detects once for a minute, the filter screen cleanliness that reachs after detecting every time is saved, in order to be ready to read.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before acquiring the first temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor 13 and the second temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 15, the detection method further includes: and sending a heating instruction.
Before the temperature is detected, a heating command should be sent to cause the heating member 14 to heat at a predetermined power, and the heating member 14 may be a heating plate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before acquiring the first temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor 13 and the second temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 15, the detection method further includes: acquiring a power-on and power-off storage state; if the power-on and power-off storage state is the power-on state, no action is performed, and if the power-on and power-off storage state is the power-off state, the difference value of the first temperature and the second temperature corresponding to each gear is recorded as the preset difference value of each gear; and sending a calibration completion signal and changing the power-on and power-off storage state into a power-on state.
The setting step of the preset difference value has been described above, and when the air conditioner is powered off or moved, the preset difference value needs to be reset, i.e., from the original state of cleanliness of the newly selected screen, and therefore a reset of the preset difference value is required after each power cut, and therefore an action is determined according to the power-on and power-off stored state, i.e. no action at power-on, because the power-on state indicates that the preset difference has been set, and at power-off, preset difference values of all gears are required to be set, the wind speeds of all gears are different, so that the corresponding preset difference values are different and need to be respectively and independently set, and the corresponding preset difference value is adjusted according to the detected gear during detection, the power-on and power-off storage state is changed into the power-on state after the setting is finished, then there may be no action, i.e. no action to set the preset difference value again, when the power-on/off storage state is acquired next time.

After the preset difference value is set, if the power is not cut off all the time and the power on/off state is not changed, the reset is not needed all the time, but after the power off signal is obtained, the power on/off storage state needs to be changed and the reset is carried out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the comparing the real-time difference with a preset difference and determining the cleanliness of the filter screen according to the comparison result includes: acquiring gear information and selecting a preset difference corresponding to the acquired gear according to the gear information; and when the real-time difference is smaller than the preset difference, determining that the cleanliness of the filter screen is dirty and blocked.
The foregoing has described that, when the real-time difference is compared with the preset difference, the preset difference corresponding to the gear during detection should be obtained, and when the filth is blocked, the wind speed is affected and becomes slow, so that the real-time difference of the temperatures sensed by the two temperature sensors at this time becomes small, i.e., smaller than the preset difference, the filth blocking condition is more serious, the difference between the real-time difference and the preset difference is larger, otherwise, the filth blocking condition can be determined by the difference between the real-time difference and the preset difference.
In some embodiments of the present invention, said determining that the cleanliness of the filter screen is dirty and clogged when the real-time difference is smaller than the preset difference comprises: and when the real-time difference is 1 ℃ lower than the preset difference, determining that the cleanliness of the filter screen is a dirty and blocked grade, and when the difference between the real-time difference and the preset difference is increased by 1 ℃, increasing the cleanliness of the filter screen by one grade.
In some embodiments of the invention, the detection method further comprises: acquiring dust detection result information; when the detection result information indicates that dust exists, a dust removal signal is sent; and when the detection result information is that no dust exists, sending a dust removal stopping signal.
The position and operation of the ultrasonic detector and the dust remover 7 have been described above, but it is necessary to determine the sending of the dust removal signal and the dust removal stop signal by acquiring the detection result of the ultrasonic detector, and then control the dust removing device to remove dust and stop removing dust.
In some embodiments of the invention, after said storing said screen cleanliness, said testing method further comprises: acquiring the cleanliness of the filter screen; when the cleanliness of the filter screen is greater than or equal to the filth blockage level, generating a voice reminding instruction and a repair instruction; and executing the voice reminding instruction, and generating and sending a repair signal according to the repair instruction.
By acquiring the cleanliness of the newly stored filter screen, a reminding instruction and a repair instruction are generated according to the filth blockage situation, namely, when the filth is blocked, reminding and repair are carried out, and a repair signal is sent to a maintenance center to remind the maintenance center of the filth blockage situation.
In some embodiments of the invention, the executing the voice alert instruction comprises: and acquiring identification information, and executing a voice reminding instruction when the identification information identical to the preset identification information is acquired.
The voice reminding needs to take place a regular effect when a related user is in an environment, so that the voice reminding instruction is executed only by acquiring identification information and comparing the identification information with preset identification information, if the identification information is consistent with the preset identification information, the identification information can be set to be the voice or image of the user, and the voice reminding instruction is executed only when the voice or image of the user is identified.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after said obtaining the cleanliness of the filter screen, the inspection method further comprises: and when the cleanliness of the filter screen is greater than or equal to the filth blockage level, generating and sending a mobile terminal reminding signal.
The mobile terminal is mainly a mobile phone of a user, a reminding signal is sent to the mobile phone through a wireless network, the user can quickly know the filth blockage condition by checking the reminding signal, meanwhile, after receiving the repair reporting signal, the maintenance center can send an appointment message to the corresponding mobile phone of the user, and the user can reply the appointment of the maintenance center through the mobile phone, make an appointment and further organize the maintenance.
