fig. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an outdoor heat exchanger filth blockage detection system of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The following describes an outdoor heat exchanger filth blockage detection method and system of an air conditioner and the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an outdoor heat exchanger filth blockage detection method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a method for detecting filth blockage of an outdoor heat exchanger of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s101: and acquiring the operation parameters of the air conditioner, wherein the operation parameters at least comprise the pressure difference of an inlet and an outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger, the rotating speed of an outdoor fan and the working current of the air conditioner.
For example: the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure at the inlet of the outdoor heat exchanger and the pressure at the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger, so that the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger can be obtained. The rotating speed of the outdoor fan and the working current of the air conditioner can be obtained by utilizing the feedback of the air conditioning system, and the working current of the air conditioner can also be obtained by detecting through a current sensor and the like.
S102: and determining whether the outdoor heat exchanger is dirty or not according to the operating parameters of the air conditioner.
As a specific example, determining whether the outdoor heat exchanger is dirty or not according to the operation parameters of the air conditioner includes: judging whether the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger is greater than a preset pressure difference or not; judging whether the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is less than a preset rotating speed or not; judging whether the working current of the air conditioner is greater than the preset current or not; and if the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger is greater than the preset pressure difference, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is less than the preset rotating speed and the working current of the air conditioner is greater than the preset current, determining that the outdoor heat exchanger is dirty and blocked.
Namely: if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is lower than the preset rotating speed, whether the working current of the air conditioner is larger than the preset current or not is further judged, if the working current of the air conditioner is larger than the preset current, whether the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger is larger than the preset pressure difference or not is further judged, and if the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger is larger than the preset pressure difference, dirty and blockage of the outdoor heat exchanger is judged.
In the above description, the preset pressure difference, the preset rotation speed and the preset current may be obtained through experiments, for example: and performing an operation experiment under the condition that the outdoor heat exchanger is dirty and blocked so as to determine a preset pressure difference, a preset rotating speed and a preset current. That is, the outdoor heat exchanger is subjected to filth blockage treatment in advance, then the air conditioner is started, and the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the working current of the air conditioner and the like are detected for multiple times. Thus, the preset pressure difference, the preset rotation speed and the preset current can be obtained through statistics.
According to the dirty and blocked detection method for the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner, whether the outdoor heat exchanger is dirty and blocked can be accurately judged, and the dirty and blocked detection method has the advantages of being accurate and reliable in detection, so that a user can clean the dirty and blocked heat exchanger in time, and further the reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
Further, after it is determined that the outdoor heat exchanger is dirty, the method further comprises: and determining the filth blockage grade according to the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan and/or the working current of the air conditioner. For example: the larger the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger is, the smaller the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is and the larger the working current of the air conditioner is, the higher the filth blockage grade is, namely: the filth blockage situation is more serious.
For example: the visceral levels comprise at least a mild visceral level and a severe visceral level, and the method therefore further comprises: if the degree is a mild filth blockage grade, performing filth blockage alarm; and if the dirty blockage level is severe, controlling the air conditioner to stop after a dirty blockage alarm is carried out.
That is to say, when the dirty stifled condition of outdoor heat exchanger is not serious, can in time send the suggestion, the user just in time clears up. Of course, if the filth blockage is severe, the air conditioner may be adversely affected to continue to operate, for example: the damage compressor, the operating efficiency is poor, consequently, can control the air conditioner and in time shut down, avoid causing the unnecessary loss, further promote the reliability of air conditioner.
Further, if the grade is a mild filth blockage grade, the method also comprises the following steps: the operating frequency of the compressor is reduced. Namely: by limiting the operating frequency of the compressor, the damage to the compressor can be effectively avoided, and therefore the safety and the reliability of the air conditioner are further improved.

In an embodiment of the present application, dirty stifled determination module 220 is used for judging whether the pressure differential of outdoor heat exchanger entry and export is greater than preset pressure differential, judges whether outdoor fan rotational speed is less than preset rotational speed, judges whether air conditioner operating current is greater than preset electric current, if the pressure differential of outdoor heat exchanger entry and export is greater than preset pressure differential outdoor fan rotational speed is less than preset rotational speed just air conditioner operating current is greater than preset electric current, then confirms that outdoor heat exchanger is dirty stifled.
In an embodiment of the present application, the filth blockage determination module 220 is further configured to determine a filth blockage level according to a magnitude of a pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger, a magnitude of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, and/or a magnitude of the air conditioner operating current after determining the filth blockage of the outdoor heat exchanger.
In one embodiment of the present application, the visceral levels comprise at least a mild visceral level and a severe visceral level, the system further comprising: the alarm module (not shown in fig. 2) is used for giving a filth blockage alarm when the filth blockage judging module determines that the filth blockage is in a mild filth blockage grade; and the control module (not shown in figure 2) is used for controlling the air conditioner to stop when the filth blockage judging module determines that the filth blockage level is serious.
