Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for determining filth blockage of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes:
s11: acquiring initial power consumption and current power consumption during operation of the air conditioner;
further, the acquiring of the initial power consumption of the air conditioner includes:
and acquiring initial power consumption of the air conditioner from the stored information, wherein the initial power consumption is calculated and stored according to an initial operation state after the air conditioner is installed.

Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for determining filth blockage of an air conditioner according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment includes:
s21: obtaining the initial power consumption Q of an air conditioner under a working condition, and obtaining the current power consumption Q under the working condition the same as the initial power consumption1;
Further, the step of obtaining the initial power consumption Q of the air conditioner under a working condition is to obtain an input current value and an input voltage value of the air conditioner during initial use under the working condition, and then calculate the initial power consumption Q by multiplying the input current value and the input voltage value;
similarly, the current power consumption Q under the same working condition as the initial power consumption is obtained1The current power consumption Q is calculated by obtaining the input current value and the input voltage value when the air conditioner operates under the working condition and multiplying the input current value and the input voltage value1。
S22: calculating the current power consumption Q1A ratio c to the initial power consumption Q;
s23: and if the ratio c is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, judging that the air conditioner is dirty and blocked.
The initial power consumption amount Q and the current power consumption amount Q1Because the air conditioner outdoor unit is obtained, the air return condition of the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit is one of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner outdoor unit directly influences the performance of the air conditioner, which cannot be predicted by manufacturers and cannot be tested by laboratories. Air conditioner installationAfter the air conditioner is installed, the air return condition of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is determined, the air conditioner is new, the heat exchange effect is the best, the power consumption of the air conditioner is collected to serve as an initial comparison value, and the initial comparison value is stored in a control chip of the air conditioner. And after the air conditioner runs for a period of time, acquiring the current actual power consumption of the air conditioner, and comparing the current actual power consumption with the initial comparison value.
Above-mentioned, the factor that influences the actual power consumption of air conditioner is many, and the operating mode of outer lane in so time, the frequency of compressor operation, the setting (strong, well, low) of air conditioner internal unit windshield etc. only obtain power consumption under the same parameter and compare just meaningfully, judge just can be accurate. When the parameters are consistent, the power consumption of the air conditioner is increased (the performance is reduced), and the condition that a barrier blocks the air return inlet of the outdoor unit is eliminated, the situation that two air conditioners are dirty and blocked, particularly the condenser of the outdoor unit, can be judged. And reminding a user to clean the air conditioner in time according to the judgment result, and ensuring that the air conditioner can keep high working efficiency.

If the air conditioner is in initial operation after being installed, the current operation parameters are set as follows: the operation frequency of a compressor is 60Hz, the inner ring is 30 ℃, the outer ring is 35 ℃, and the windshield of an indoor unit of the air conditioner is a high windshield, wherein the input current value I acquired by the air conditioner is 4.5A and the input voltage value U is 220V;
q ═ U × cos Φ ═ 220 × 4.5 × 0.98 ═ 970.2W,
after the air conditioner operates for half a year to one year, under the condition of the same operating parameters, the input current value I acquired by the air conditioner15A and input voltage value U1=220V;
Then Q is1=U1*I1*cosφ=220*4.5*0.98=1078W,
c=Q11.11, less than the first threshold value 1.2, so that the air conditioner is not presentAnd (5) blocking the viscera.
Since the actual input voltage of the air conditioner affects the magnitude of the input current, it cannot be determined simply from the input voltage value or the input current value, and it is compared with the power consumption amount.
It should be noted that, the specific value of the first threshold in this embodiment is not limited to a fixed value, and when the method is actually used, the value of the first threshold is determined according to a deep learning algorithm in combination with an actual installation location and an operation effect of the air conditioner.

If the air conditioner operates in the initial period after being installed, the power consumption of the air conditioner in the initial period is counted according to the parameters set in the following table;
compressor operating frequency | Inner ring | Outer ring | Inner machine windshield |
40 | 27 | 32 | Middle wind shield |
50 | 27 | 32 | Middle wind shield |
60 | 30 | 35 | High wind shield |
70 | 32 | 38 | High wind shield |
