Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, based on the same inventive concept, the invention provides a method for detecting cleanliness of a filter screen, which comprises the following steps: s1: acquiring a first temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor 13 and a second temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 15; s2, calculating a real-time difference value of the first temperature and the second temperature, comparing the real-time difference value with a preset difference value, and determining the cleanliness of the filter screen according to a comparison result; and S3, storing the cleanliness of the filter screen.
The first temperature sensor 13 is in front of the heating element 14, the second temperature sensor 15 is behind the heating element 14, the temperature sensed by the second temperature sensor 15 is higher than the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor 13 under the action of the re-air flow and the action of the heating element 14, a relatively fixed temperature difference is a preset difference, the preset difference is actually the difference of the sensed temperatures of the two temperature sensors when the temperature difference is set, namely the change of the real-time difference relative to the preset difference, the change between the cleanliness of the filter screen and the cleanliness of the filter screen at the moment when the preset difference is set is reflected, the detected frequency is one minute, and the cleanliness of the filter screen obtained after each detection is stored for readability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before the acquiring the first temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor 13 and the second temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 15, the detection method further includes: and sending a heating instruction.
Before detecting the temperature, a heating command should be sent to heat the heating element 14 according to a predetermined power, and a heating plate may be used as the heating element 14.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before the acquiring the first temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor 13 and the second temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 15, the detection method further includes: acquiring an on-off storage state; if the on-off storage state is the power-on state, no action is performed, and if the on-off storage state is the power-off state, the difference value of the first temperature and the second temperature corresponding to each gear is recorded as the preset difference value of each gear; and sending a calibration completion signal and changing the on-off power storage state into a power-on state.
The foregoing has described the setting step of the preset difference value, when the air conditioner is powered off or moved, the preset difference value needs to be reset, that is, the original state of the cleanliness of the filter screen is newly selected, so that there is a reset of the preset difference value after each power off, and therefore, the action needs to be determined according to the power on-off storage state, that is, the power on is not performed, because the power on state indicates that the preset difference value is already set, when the power off is performed, the preset difference value of each gear needs to be set, the wind speeds of the gears are different, the corresponding preset difference values also need to be set separately, and when the detection is performed, the corresponding preset difference value is acquired according to the gear at the time of detection, and when the setting is completed, the power on-off storage state is changed into the power on state, and the power on-off storage state can be obtained next time, that is not performed, that is, the setting action of the preset difference value is not allowed to be performed again.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the calibration complete signal is sent and the on-off power storage state is changed to the power-on state, the detection method further includes: and acquiring an on-off electric signal, changing the on-off storage state into an off state and deleting the record information of the preset difference value until the off signal is acquired.
After the preset difference value is set, if the power is not cut off all the time and the power on-off state is not changed, the reset is not needed all the time, but when the power off signal is acquired, the power on-off storage state is required to be changed and the reset is performed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the comparing the real-time difference value with a preset difference value and determining the cleanliness of the filter screen according to the comparison result includes: acquiring gear information and selecting a preset difference value corresponding to the gear according to the gear information; and when the real-time difference value is smaller than the preset difference value, determining that the cleanliness of the filter screen is dirty.
As described above, when the real-time difference is compared with the preset difference, the preset difference corresponding to the gear at the time of detection should be obtained, and when the viscera is blocked, the wind speed is affected, so that the real-time difference of the temperatures sensed by the two temperature sensors at the moment becomes slow, that is, the real-time difference is smaller than the preset difference, and the more serious the viscera is, the larger the difference between the real-time difference and the preset difference is, otherwise, the viscera blocking condition can be determined by the difference between the real-time difference and the preset difference.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the real-time difference is smaller than the preset difference, determining that the filter screen cleanliness is dirty includes: when the real-time difference value is smaller than the preset difference value by 1 ℃, determining that the cleanliness of the filter screen is a dirty first level, and when the difference value between the real-time difference value and the preset difference value is increased by 1 ℃, increasing the cleanliness of the filter screen by one level.
In some embodiments of the invention, the detection method further comprises: acquiring dust detection result information; when the detection result information is that dust exists, a dust removal signal is sent; and sending a dust removal stopping signal when the detection result information is ash-free.
The positions and the working processes of the ultrasonic detector and the dust remover 7 have been described above, but it is necessary to determine the dust removal signal and stop the transmission of the dust removal signal by acquiring the detection result of the ultrasonic detector, thereby controlling the dust removal device to remove dust and stop the dust removal.
In some embodiments of the invention, after said storing said screen cleanliness, said detecting method further comprises: acquiring the cleanliness of the filter screen; when the cleanliness of the filter screen is greater than or equal to the first grade of dirt blockage, generating a voice reminding instruction and a repair reporting instruction; executing the voice reminding instruction, and generating and sending a repair report signal according to the repair report instruction.
By acquiring the latest stored filter screen cleanliness, a reminding instruction and a repair instruction are generated according to the dirty blocking condition, namely, reminding and repair are carried out when the dirty blocking occurs, and a repair signal is sent to a maintenance center so as to remind the maintenance center of the dirty blocking.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the executing the voice alert instruction includes: and acquiring the identification information, and executing a voice reminding instruction when the identification information identical to the preset identification information is acquired.
The voice reminding needs to be periodically effected when the relevant user is in the environment, so that the voice reminding instruction is required to be executed by acquiring the identification information and comparing the identification information with preset identification information if the identification information accords with the preset identification information, the identification information can be set to be the voice or the image of the user, and the voice reminding instruction is executed when the voice or the image of the user is identified.
In some embodiments of the invention, after the obtaining the filter screen cleanliness, the detecting method further comprises: when the cleanliness of the filter screen is greater than or equal to the first level of dirt blockage, a mobile terminal reminding signal is generated and sent.
The mobile terminal is mainly a mobile phone of a user, a reminding signal is sent to the mobile phone through a wireless network, the user can quickly acquire the dirty and blocked situation by checking the reminding signal, meanwhile, after receiving the repair signal, the repair center can send a reservation message to the mobile phone of the corresponding user, and the user can reply to the reservation of the repair center through the mobile phone to conduct the appointment, so that the repair is organized.
