9. The locking device for an external electrical box of an air conditioner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a protective cover is provided on the mounting base plate.
10. A locking method for an external electrical box of an air conditioner, which is implemented by using the device of any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s01, arranging the electrical box in the positioning tool, and locking the electrical box through the adjustable locking device;
s02, after the electric screwdriver is moved from the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction to be locked and positioned, the electric screwdriver is held by hand and pressed downwards along the vertical direction to realize screw locking;
s03, in the moving process of the electric screwdriver, the measuring device measures the moving distances of the electric screwdriver along the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction, records the locking sequence and the locking number of the screws according to the moving distances and then transmits the locking sequence and the locking number to the processing unit;
s04, the processing unit compares the real-time data transmitted by the measuring device with a preset logic sequence to judge whether the electric appliance box has the problems of abnormal screw locking sequence and missing locking;
s05, when the real-time data are consistent with the preset logic sequence, the processing unit controls the adjustable locking device to be opened, and the electric box is taken out and placed on the production line to flow into a next procedure;
and when the real-time data is inconsistent with the preset logic sequence, the processing unit controls the locking of the adjustable locking device, the electric appliance box cannot be taken out, the locking quality is manually reset and checked, and the problem of locking missing is solved until the real-time data is consistent with the preset logic sequence.
