the adjusting structure (4) comprises a second rotating shaft (41), a rotating plate (42), a second screw rod (43), a first sliding block (44), a reset spring (45), a limiting block (46) and a limiting groove (47), the second rotating shaft (41) is arranged at the end part of the guide plate (26) deviating from the drainage box (1), the second rotating shaft (41) is rotatably connected with the guide plate (26), the rotating plate (42) is arranged outside the second rotating shaft (41), the rotating plate (42) is rotatably connected with the guide plate (26), the second screw rod (43) is arranged inside the second rotating shaft (41), the second screw rod (43) is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft (41), the first sliding block (44) is arranged outside the second screw rod (43), and the second screw rod (43) is in threaded connection with the first sliding block (44), the top end of the first sliding block (44) is in a round table structure, the bottom end of the first sliding block (44) is in a hexagonal prism structure, the first sliding block (44) is connected with the second rotating shaft (41) in a sliding manner, the limiting block (46) is arranged inside the second rotating shaft (41) on one side of the top end of the first sliding block (44), the section of the end part of the limiting block (46) close to the first sliding block (44) is of a trapezoidal structure, the limiting block (46) is connected with the second rotating shaft (41) in a sliding way, the section of the limiting block (46) is of a cross-shaped structure, one side of the limiting block (46) is provided with one end of the reset spring (45), the other end of the return spring (45) is arranged in the second rotating shaft (41), the limiting block (46) is in sliding connection with the limiting groove (47), and the limiting groove (47) is formed in one side of the inner portion of the guide plate (26).
