Background

s7, standing for 1-2 days, and after the base layer pavement is dried, uniformly spraying the adhesive on the surface of the base layer pavement through spraying equipment to prepare for asphalt paving operation.

s5, carrying out washing and cleaning operations on the base pavement sprayed with the adhesive removing agent through a pavement sweeper;
s6, washing the base pavement by using a high-pressure water spray gun, and removing the residual adhesive removing agent on the base pavement to prevent the adhesive removing agent from influencing the adhesion between the base pavement and the asphalt to be paved;
s7, standing for 1 day, after the base pavement is dried, uniformly spraying an adhesive on the surface of the base pavement through a sprinkler to prepare for asphalt paving operation; the adhesive is prepared by mixing percarbamide, alpha-amino-beta-phenylpropionic acid, 2-methoxy-9-chloro-5-decene and phenolic resin; the volume ratio of the percarbamide to the alpha-amino-beta-phenylpropionic acid to the 2-methoxy-9-chloro-5-decene to the phenolic resin is 1:3:2: 5.

s7, standing for 2 days, after the base pavement is dried, uniformly spraying an adhesive on the surface of the base pavement through a sprinkler to prepare for asphalt paving operation; the adhesive is prepared by mixing percarbamide, alpha-amino-beta-phenylpropionic acid, 2-methoxy-9-chloro-5-decene and phenolic resin; the volume ratio of the percarbamide to the alpha-amino-beta-phenylpropionic acid to the 2-methoxy-9-chloro-5-decene to the phenolic resin is 1:5:3: 6.
According to the invention, firstly, the garbage on the base pavement is removed through manual cleaning, and then the design that the adhesive remover is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the base pavement by adopting spraying equipment is adopted, so that the adhesive remover can be contacted with substances such as rubber particles adhered to the base pavement and fully react, the substances such as the rubber particles are completely removed under the action of the cleaning equipment, the condition that the asphalt laying effect is influenced due to the fact that the residual rubber particles cannot be removed is avoided, and the using effect of the asphalt pavement cleaning agent is improved;
