Description

Condom automatic arrangement and supply device for correcting condom along one side direction
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to an Automatic Condom aligning and feeding device (Automatic Condom alignment Control System) for aligning condoms in one-side directions, and more particularly, to an Automatic Condom aligning and feeding device for aligning condoms in one-side directions, which can feed condoms in a state where outer side surfaces of the condoms are positioned at an upper side in a process of transferring condoms fed from a spiral chute portion to a sealing position of a packing unit through a linear chute portion.
Background
Generally, an automatic condom packaging machine includes: a condom supply unit capable of supplying a large number of condoms while sequentially arranging them through a spiral chute; a condom transferring unit which can transfer the condoms supplied from the spiral chute to a packaging position in sequence through a linear chute; and a packing unit capable of packing the condoms transferred by the condom transfer unit in a continuous sealed manner, independently of each other.
Specific observations of the structure of an "automatic condom arranging and feeding device" in Korean laid-open patent No. 10-2015-0069728, which is a prior art relating to an automatic condom arranging and feeding device, are as follows:
fig. 1 is a plan view illustrating an automatic condom alignment and feeding apparatus in the prior art, which includes:
a spiral chute part 10, wherein the spiral chute part 10 can supply a large number of thrown condoms while sequentially arranging along a spiral track line 11; a hopper 40, wherein the hopper 40 includes a vibration part configured to allow the condom to be inserted into the spiral chute part 10 according to a signal of a detection sensor; a linear slide groove portion 20, wherein the linear slide groove portion 20 can sequentially move the condom supplied from the spiral slide groove portion 10 along a track line 21 and send the condom to the package sealing unit 30.
In the conventional art as described above, the condom is sealed and packed by the condom being sequentially arranged along the spiral track line 11 and continuously moving and being supplied to the linear groove portion 20 by the action of the spiral groove portion 10 and the linear groove portion 20 by the vibrating portion in a state that the condom is loaded in the spiral groove portion 10, and the condom being sequentially moved along the linear track line 21 and being supplied to the package sealing unit 30 in the linear groove portion 20.
However, since the condom moving while being aligned from the spiral chute portion 10 through the spiral track line 11 by the linear chute portion 20 is supplied in a state where the positions of the outer side portion and the inner side portion of the condom are arbitrarily mixed and hermetically packaged, when the condom is taken out by tearing the wrapping paper in order to use the packaged condom in this state, the outer side portion and the inner side portion of the condom are not uniformly built in, and the user needs to check the inner side portion or the outer side portion one by one and then use the condom, which is troublesome.
That is, the condom is provided in a form that a wearing ring formed at a lower end of a body portion is rolled toward the outside, and a semen receiving portion is formed in a protruding shape on an outer upper end of the body portion, wherein the condom is divided into an outer portion and an inner portion, the outer portion is an upper portion in a direction of the rolled portion, and the inner portion is a portion enabling a genital organ to be inserted into a bottom portion of the rolled wearing ring. In the conventional feeding device for packaging condoms, the positions of the outer side portion and the inner side portion of the condom are not fed to the same position but are fed to an arbitrary position, and thus there is a problem that the orientation of the condom cannot be confirmed by observing the wrapping paper.

The height position of the camera 554 is adjusted by adjusting the adjustment handle 551, so that the shooting focus of the condom can be adjusted.
In addition, an image display may be provided to enable an image of the condom photographed by the camera 554 to be confirmed from the outside.
The mutual operation state related to the present invention configured as described above will be described as follows.
In a state where the condom is mounted in the spiral chute portion 100, the condom is sequentially moved while being sequentially aligned along the spiral track line 110 of the spiral chute portion 100 by the operation of the spiral chute portion 100 and the linear chute portion 300 of the vibration unit, and is continuously supplied onto the correction track line portion 510 positioned above the entrance of the linear chute portion 300, thereby realizing a process of sequentially entering the condom onto each track line of the correction track line portion 510.
Then, in the condom side orientation correcting device 500, when the detecting pin 536 is located at the first detecting sensor 537A by the action of the condom detection position moving unit 530, each of the air cylinders 534 provided on the shuttle table 533 and disposed on each of the track lines of the correction track line part 510 is operated according to a detection signal of the first detection sensor 537A, so that the air cylinder shaft 535 descends to a state of being caught on the condom, while the reciprocating stage 533 is moved toward the traveling direction of the guide rail 531 by the action of the reciprocating drive unit 560, and thus the condom on each track line, until the sensing pin 536 is located at the second sensing sensor 537B, the cylinder shaft 535 stops the movement of the condom according to the rise of the detection signal, the reciprocating table 533 moves in the reverse direction again to make the cylinder shaft 535 descend again to block the condom and move the condom, and the above processes are repeatedly executed.
Thereafter, the condom is moved to a photographing correct position by the condom detection position moving unit 530 while the moving condom is photographed by the camera 554 of the condom correction detection unit 550 disposed at the upper portion of the support 520, an image, which is an image photographed by the camera 554 to confirm whether the condom is located at a preset correct position, is recognized by the image recognition processing part, and thus a recognition signal is transmitted to the condom correction unit 540 with respect to a condom which is not located at the preset recognition position.
While photographing the condom moved by the condom detection position moving unit 530, continuous transfer thereof is performed by the vibration unit, so that detection is performed by the position detection sensor 543 of the condom correction unit 540, which becomes in a state of being able to be located at a position where it drops off through the correction hole 511 formed on the correction track line portion 510, and at the same time, receives a detection signal thereof so that the air injection port 545 disposed at a position corresponding to the reversed position of the condom injects air according to a signal of the condom correction detection unit 550.
As described above, the air injection ports 545 inject toward either side of the condom, whereby the horizontally arranged condom is in an upright state while being dropped onto the rail line 310 of the linear chute portion 300 located therebelow by the inclined surface of the correction hole 511, such that the condom is arranged in an inverted state while being moved along the rail line, which is moved together with the condom moving in one-side orientation, to be continuously supplied onto the linear chute portion 300 in the same orientation state. Therefore, when the package is sealed, the outer side portion or the inner side portion of the condom is uniformly packaged at a uniform position in the direction toward one side, and the package is opened in a state where the position of the inner side portion or the outer side portion of the condom is known before the wrapping paper is opened.
