As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, two side edges of the upper cover plate 1 respectively protrude outward from outer side surfaces of the two vertical plates 2, a bottom surface of the upper cover plate 1 is used for being connected with a cross beam 61 of the underframe 6, and outer side surfaces of the vertical plates 2 are used for being connected with an inner end of the cross beam 61.
In this embodiment, the cross beams 61 on the bottom frame 6 are located at two sides below the upper cover plate 1, and the top surfaces of the inner ends of the cross beams 61 can form an effective support for the upper cover plate 1, so that the upper cover plate 1 can be stably kept at the position even when stressed. In addition, the inner of crossbeam 61 still links to each other with the lateral surface of riser 2, and when riser 2 upper edge links to each other with upper cover plate 1, the outside face to riser 2 carries on spacingly and guarantees that riser 2 is stable in vertical state, guarantees the reliable and stable of structure.
The invention also provides a front end structure of the underframe, and the front end structure of the underframe is provided with a traction beam framework.
The draw beam framework with the structure is arranged on the bottom frame 6, and the structure of the draw beam framework is greatly simplified compared with the traditional structure, so that the whole weight of the draw beam framework is effectively reduced, and the complex procedures of the mounting seat 8 during connection are omitted, so that the whole weight of the bottom frame 6 can be reduced, and the structural stability of the draw beam in the drawing process is improved.

Claims (10)
1. The draw beam framework for set up on the chassis, its characterized in that includes:
the upper cover plate is connected to the bottom frame;
the upper edges of the two vertical plates are connected with the bottom surface of the upper cover plate, and the two vertical plates are arranged in parallel along the direction of the vehicle body and are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the vehicle body;
the middle partition plate is arranged between the two vertical plates and is positioned below the upper cover plate, one end of the middle partition plate is used for being connected with the end beam of the underframe, and the other end of the middle partition plate is inclined upwards and is connected with the bottom surface of the upper cover plate;
the lower cover plate is arranged between the two vertical plates and is positioned below the upper cover plate, one end of the lower cover plate is used for being connected with a sleeper beam of the underframe, and the other end of the lower cover plate extends to the position below the middle partition plate; and
the mounting plate is arranged between the extending end of the lower cover plate and the extending end of the middle partition plate, and a coupler mounting hole is formed in the mounting plate;
and the upper cover plate, the middle partition plate and the lower cover plate are respectively provided with lightening holes.
2. The trailing beam frame of claim 1, wherein the under cover plate is disposed obliquely downward from the bolster to the end beam.
3. The trailing beam structure of claim 2, wherein the extended end of the lower cover plate is provided with a coupling portion disposed perpendicular to the plate surface of the mounting plate and coupled to the lower end surface of the mounting plate.
4. The trailing beam frame of claim 1, wherein the end of the center spacer attached to the mounting plate has a downwardly bent protrusion with a flat surface for attachment to the mounting plate, and the end of the center spacer attached to the upper cover plate has an acute included angle with the upper cover plate.
5. The trailing beam frame according to claim 4, wherein the center spacer has a first opening extending therethrough in a vertical direction with the opening being disposed toward the end beam at one end thereof and a second opening extending therethrough in a vertical direction with the opening being disposed toward the upper cover plate at the other end thereof.
6. The trailing beam frame of claim 5, wherein the end of the upper cover plate attached to the end beam is further provided with a third opening.
7. The trailing beam framework of any one of claims 1-6, wherein two auxiliary reinforcing plates are disposed between the vertical plates and the end beams, the two auxiliary reinforcing plates being disposed horizontally on the outer sides of the vertical plates and corresponding to the inner and outer sides of the middle partition plate.
8. The draft sill frame according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein both side edges of said upper cover plate are respectively protruded outwardly of outer side surfaces of said vertical plates, a bottom surface of said upper cover plate is adapted to be connected to a cross member of said underframe, and outer side surfaces of said vertical plates are adapted to be connected to inner ends of said cross member.
9. Undercarriage front end structure characterized in that it is provided with a trailing beam frame according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. Rail vehicle, characterized in that it is provided with an underframe front end structure according to claim 9.
