Claims (15)
1. A method of preventing a handbrake from being undrawn, comprising:
S1, judging whether the vehicle is in a power-on state or a power-off state, and entering S2 when the vehicle is in the power-off state;
s2, judging whether the hand brake is pulled up, and entering S3 when the hand brake is not pulled up;
and S3, judging the position of the driver, and sending out corresponding alarm level prompt information according to the position of the driver.
2. The method for preventing the brake from being pulled continuously as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the position of the driver and sending out the corresponding warning level prompt message according to the position of the driver comprises:
s41, judging whether the driver leaves the seat or not, and if not, entering S42; if the driver leaves the seat, go to S43;
s42, sending a primary alarm, controlling a display unit to display an alarm prompt, and controlling a buzzer to buzz;
s43, judging whether the driver leaves the vehicle or not, and entering S44 if the driver does not leave the vehicle; if the driver leaves the vehicle, go to S45;
s44, sending a secondary alarm, controlling the display unit to display an alarm prompt, controlling the buzzer to buzz, and controlling the voice unit to broadcast the alarm prompt;
and S45, giving a three-level alarm, and controlling a loudspeaker to continuously sound and a vehicle lamp to flash.
3. The method for preventing the brake from being pulled as set forth in claim 2, wherein the determining whether the driver leaves the seat comprises:
Whether the driver leaves the seat is judged through signals detected by a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor arranged below the seat cushion.
4. The method for preventing the brake from being pulled as set forth in claim 2, wherein the determining whether the driver leaves the seat comprises:
whether the driver leaves the seat is judged through signals detected by a pressure sensor arranged below the seat cushion and a grating sensor arranged beside the seat.
5. The method for preventing the handbrake from not pulling as set forth in claim 2, wherein said determining whether the driver leaves the vehicle comprises:
acquiring environment images inside and outside the vehicle;
determining whether the driver leaves the vehicle according to the environment image.
6. The method for preventing brake pull-out according to claim 1, wherein after the sending out the corresponding alarm level prompt message, the method for preventing brake pull-out further comprises:
and when the pull-up of the hand brake is detected, stopping sending out the corresponding alarm level prompt information.
7. The method for preventing brake pull-out according to claim 1, wherein after the sending out the corresponding alarm level prompt message, the method for preventing brake pull-out further comprises:
Acquiring the continuous prompt time of the prompt information of the current alarm level;
and determining whether the continuous prompting time is greater than or equal to a first preset time threshold, and stopping sending the current alarm level prompting information when the continuous prompting time is greater than or equal to the first preset time threshold.
8. A device for preventing a handbrake from being undrawn, comprising:
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the vehicle is in a power-on state or a power-off state;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the hand brake is pulled up or not when the vehicle is in a power-off state;
the third judgment module is used for judging the position of a driver when the hand brake is not pulled up;
and the alarm module is used for sending out corresponding alarm level prompt information according to the position of the driver.

The device for preventing the brake from being pulled as claimed in claim 8, wherein the third determining module is used for determining the position of the driver and comprises: the third judgment module is used for judging whether the driver leaves the seat or not and judging whether the driver leaves the vehicle or not;
the alarm module is used for:
when the third judgment module judges that the driver does not leave the seat, a first-level alarm is sent out, the display unit is controlled to display an alarm prompt, and the buzzer is controlled to send out buzzing;
When the third judgment module judges that the driver leaves the seat but does not leave the vehicle, the second-level alarm is sent out, the display unit is controlled to display the alarm prompt, the buzzer is controlled to send out buzzing, and the voice unit is controlled to broadcast the alarm prompt;
and when the third judgment module judges that the driver leaves the vehicle, the third judgment module gives out a three-level alarm to control the loudspeaker to continuously make a sound and the lamp to flash.
10. The device for preventing the handbrake from not being pulled as recited in claim 9, wherein said third determining module comprises a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor disposed under the seat cushion.
11. The device for preventing the handbrake from not being pulled as recited in claim 9, wherein said third determining module comprises a pressure sensor disposed under the seat cushion and a grating sensor disposed beside the seat.
12. The device for preventing the brake from being pulled as claimed in claim 9, wherein the third determining module comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring environment images inside and outside the vehicle; and
a first determination module determines whether the driver is away from the vehicle based on the environment image.
13. The device for preventing the brake from being pulled continuously as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second determining module is used for detecting whether the brake is pulled after the corresponding alarm level prompt message is sent out.
14. The brake pad pullout prevention apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the continuous prompt time of the prompt information of the current alarm level; and
and the second determination module is used for determining whether the continuous prompting time is greater than or equal to a first preset time threshold value or not, and stopping sending the prompt information of the current alarm level when the continuous prompting time is determined to be greater than or equal to the first preset time threshold value.
15. A vehicle characterized by comprising a device for preventing the handbrake from being pulled undrawn according to any one of claims 8 to 14.
