A steel strip mounting apparatus for reinforcing plastic moisture-proof pallets as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a linkage assembly (9), wherein the linkage assembly (9) comprises: a missing tooth gear (91) connected to the rotating shaft (42); an inner arc rack (92) connected to the inner arc surface of the disc (44); and the connecting gear (93) is connected to the connecting rod (73) close to the gear (91) with the missing teeth, and the connecting gear (93) is meshed with the inner arc-shaped rack (92) and the gear (91) with the missing teeth.
