Therefore, in light of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, a valve assembling apparatus with automatic loading and unloading function capable of preventing damage to a ball valve is provided.

The valve body to be assembled is manually placed on the rotary table 102, the power mechanism is started, the power mechanism drives the rotary table 102 to rotate by 90 degrees, then the rotary table 102 stops moving, the corresponding ball valve is placed on the valve body, after the valve body continues to rotate by 90 degrees, the power mechanism drives the pressing mechanism to press the ball valve into the valve body, and finally the ball valve is manually taken out to be collected.

The valve body is manually placed on the turntable 102 and rotates below the pressing mechanism, the valve body is clamped by the clamping mechanism, the power mechanism drives the second intermittent disc 207 to rotate, the sector gear 217 swings up and down and is meshed with the gear bar 405 to drive the third supporting column 401 to slide up and down, the second connecting rod 402 and the fixed cylinder 403 which are fixedly installed on the third supporting column 401 drive the pressing column 404 and the buffer assembly to move up and down, when the pressing column 404 moves down, the valve body and the ball valve are assembled, then the power mechanism drives the turntable 102 to rotate, and finished products are manually taken out and collected.
As shown in fig. 9, the buffer assembly includes a second sliding rod 4041, a second spring 4042, a pressing block 4043 and a protection film 4044, the second sliding rod 4041 is slidably mounted on the lower side of the interior of the pressing column 404, the second spring 4042 is sleeved on the second sliding rod 4041, the pressing block 4043 is fixedly mounted on the lower end of the second sliding rod 4041, and the protection film 4044 is fixedly mounted on the lower side of the pressing block 4043.
When the plunger 404 is pressed down, the pressing block 4043 contacts the ball valve, the second spring 4042 is compressed along the second sliding rod 4041, the repulsive force of the second spring 4042 offsets a part of the downward impact force of the plunger 404, and then the plunger 404 is pressed down continuously to press the ball valve into the valve body, so that the damage of parts is avoided.
As shown in fig. 6, the chucking mechanism includes a first link 3, a first fixing column 301, a first sliding rod 302, a limiting plate 303 and a first spring 304, the first link 3 is rotatably mounted in a groove formed on the second arc-shaped baffle 106 through the first fixing column 301, the first sliding rod 302 is hinged to the front end of the first link 3, the first sliding rod 302 is slidably connected to the second arc-shaped baffle 106, the limiting plate 303 is fixedly mounted at the right end of the first sliding rod 302, the first spring 304 is sleeved on the first sliding rod 302, and the first spring 304 is located between the first link 3 and the second arc-shaped baffle 106.
When the rotary table 102 rotates, the first arc-shaped baffle plate 103 extrudes the first connecting rod 3, when the first connecting rod 3 moves, the first sliding rod 302 is driven to slide on the second arc-shaped baffle plate 106 to compress the first spring 304, after the rotary table 102 stops moving, under the elastic force of the first spring 304, each part returns to the original position, and simultaneously, a valve body placed on the first arc-shaped baffle plate 103 is clamped, so that the smooth pressing process is ensured.

As shown in fig. 13, the collecting device further includes a collecting mechanism, the collecting mechanism includes a bent rod 7, a material frame 701, an inclined plate 702, third fixing columns 703, a connecting plate 704, sliding columns 705 and a third spring 706, the two bent rods 7 are fixedly installed on the front side of the bracket 1, the material frame 701 is fixedly installed on the upper ends of the two bent rods 7, the front lower end of the inclined plate 702 is fixedly installed on the material frame 701, the rear upper end of the inclined plate 702 is in contact with the turntable 102, the two third fixing columns 703 are fixedly installed on the front side and the rear side of the middle position on the inclined plate 702, the two connecting plates 704 are respectively rotatably installed on the third fixing columns 703, the inner end of the sliding column 705 is fixedly installed on the right outer portion of the connecting plate 704, the outer end of the sliding column 705 is slidably installed on the inclined plate 702, the third spring 706 is sleeved on the sliding column 705, and the third spring 706 is located between the connecting plate 704 and the inclined plate 702.
When the product is pushed out by the pushing mechanism and slides along the inclined plate 702, the rebound force of the connecting plate 704, the sliding column 705 and the third spring 706 buffers the product to a certain extent, so that the inertia of the product during movement is reduced, and the product is prevented from being worn when falling into the material frame 701.
