Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of wood processing, and particularly relates to a method for processing a solid wood furniture plate.
Background
The ancient wood is the main raw material which human beings depend on for survival, and is called four main raw materials together with steel, cement and plastics. The wood resource has strong reproducibility, easy processing and good environment coordination, and has very important function in economic construction and daily life of people as a building and industrial material. However, with the exhaustion of the world natural forest resources and the implementation of the national natural forest protection project, the artificial forest wood becomes the main species for relieving the supply and demand contradiction of the wood markets at home and abroad in the future. The artificial forest wood mainly comprises poplar, fir, pine, eucalyptus, paulownia and other tree species, has the characteristics of high growth speed, high yield, short felling period and the like, has the characteristics of high young wood proportion, low basic density, short wood fiber and conduit molecules, thin cell wall, large fiber and ray ratio, more conduits and the like compared with natural forests, thereby causing the characteristics of low wood density and surface hardness, large longitudinal dry shrinkage and the like, and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, easy moisture absorption, poor size stability, short service life and limitation of the application range. Therefore, it is an important subject to improve the comprehensive performance of fast growing wood and to increase the utilization value thereof. The wood modification method is an effective way for improving the physical and chemical properties of the artificial forest wood, the density, the surface hardness, the wear resistance and the dimensional stability of the treated wood are greatly improved, and the wood can be widely applied to the industries of floors, building decoration materials and furniture.
The wood impregnation process is divided into two stages of impregnation and drying and curing: the impregnation stage generally adopts vacuum pressurization treatment, and the impregnation treatment agent is wide in range and comprises organic substances, inorganic substances, nano particles, composite substances among the nano particles and the like. The organic substances usually selected include phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin and melamine resin, and glyoxal, polyethylene glycol and nontoxic and cheap natural organic substances-soluble starch and the like which have less environmental pollution are also adopted.
The solid wood jointed board is an important process in manufacturing solid wood furniture, the jointed board can better eliminate the phenomena of uneven board surface warpage and cracking deformation, has better sense of unity in texture and color, more prominent texture after painting, and higher wood utilization rate, and accords with the principle of ecological utilization of raw materials.
The invention provides a processing method for a board for solid wood furniture, which is based on a wood impregnation process and a solid wood splicing process, aims at researching and optimizing impregnation liquid and splicing process parameters in a solid wood furniture production process, improves the strength and hardness of a wood wool material, and improves the dimensional stability.
